Collins, Shawna, Adam,I have no respect for you allFor one I came to Adam to confront him on the allegation they have on me Arnold Nick accuse me steal pin sole out of Begley Auto store supposedly I took it to my car then I brought it back to the shop this happen on the day I was looking to speak with Shawna I went to the store asked Nick if he saw her he said she was gone for the rest of the day I left ask Arnold if he saw my fiance breeze he said no so as I was hidden to the auto repair shop to see if breeze was there I greet him at the door and said that I need to speak with him in a calm situation next thing I hear Arnold shouting about something didnt pay him no mind next thing I see Shawna come back to the shop around 5 then collins is coming back in the meantime Shawna and collins said they Heard that we was fighting so my fiance breeze had a talk with Shawna n collins told them how Arnold was yelling from the top of his lungs screaming at Breeze saying he cant be there at work I myself was across the street at 7-Eleven when I heard him screamingAt breeze in front of customers breeze suggest that they review the camera and collins suggest not bothering the boss so the very next Day Im Ban from going to Begley shells store cuz I supposedly stole pine sole out of the shop supposedly Shawna n collins saw me on camera taking the pine sole... Weeks later my fiance get fire because we. Park in ABC parking lot in the fact our starter went out last week we homeless and we cant move the car any other time we are not parked at the ABC parking lot we looking for a place to live now they are giving us 24hrs to move the car or they will tow our car we live in our car this is not right they have people that work at Begleys store getting high yo have people they that reek of Alcohol and they fire my fiance breeze cuz he cant move his car because the starter went out of the car last week Begley told us when we first started working back in july 23rd, they said we could park our car at 5818 Manatee shells and sunco auto 3401 Begley shells mad it easy for my fiance so he could rest up and get for work I feel this was unfair the fact with this pandemic going on and being going on my fiance is a loyal to his job the customer love him he does everything in his power to be at work on time some it was because we are having trouble with the car we had a Trailblazer the transmission solenoid went out of the truck he is a hard working Man only time he is late is cuz we having issues with the car!!!

This is by far the worst location and all of Manatee County. If you attempt to buy something at this location in the cooler and it says 2 for $2 you will not get that price. And no amount of talking or arguing will benefit you due to their machines are seriously outdated and the employees can do nothing about it but apparently requested the manager have fell on deaf ears. It has been that way for many many months.

Jose is just awesome called him from work needed a plug in my tire. I brought it over he plugged the tire put the tire back on I was good to go and its still fine now. Thank you Jose

I dropped in on them (Begley Shell) without an appointment and asked if they could install a new battery in my Silverado. Even though they were busy, the service Manager made it happen. I waited in the air conditioned lobby, (it didnt take long at all) and I was on my way!! Good price, good service, good review!!

I always come here to get my tires checked and the mechanics are always so nice and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and never have an attitude about doing a small job.

I always go to the one on 59th st and manatee..I have a shell rewards card so the gas is discounted..and they have a store..bait..and auto service center and they are all so nice

They have taken care of my car multiple times. I love being able to pick it up after the repair center closes and pay the gas station cashier. They have always gone over and above to make my life easier.

Always have live shrimp when everyone else is out you can count on them! The shrimp is a little pricey but not to far off of my normal shrimp spot!! Ive never used the shop services but the guys there where very nice and filled my low tire and check the other 5!! Now a days you dont find a lot of places like that!!

Starter broke replaced in a timely manner. Julie was there from 2 years prior which indicates they are a good employer. She is very customer friendly. I would recommend for repairs plus they are very proactive.

I would go nowhere else but this place. The people are very friendly and when I go home to Pennsylvania the Honda dealership there are pleased with the work I’ve had done on my car. They were there to assist me when my battery went dead. Don’t look any further go to this place.

LIVE SHRIMP frozen bait and full service garage. Last thing i had garage do was putting tires on custom rims for my BMW and alignment not a scratch or mark on them. Highly recommend.

Convenient and well worth the $10.70 spent. Beats having to go get a repair/plug kit when youve got a screw in your tire...Didnt catch the mechanics name but super nice and l was out of there in 10 minutes!!! Thanks!

Took my car in for engine problems. Had an estimate of about $1100. After almost two weeks to do the repairs I was told were needed, they tell me the engine needs to be replaced. It only cost me $1500 to find that out. When I dropped the car off it was running horribly but at least it could be moved, when I picked it up the engine stalls as soon as its put in gear. Maybe they should have done a more thorough inspection before doing $1500 in repairs that accomplished absolutely nothing. Cant even begin to properly describe how disgusted I am over this. Take your business somewhere else. Me, Im filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is not Claire Satterlee, this is Kate. When I went in to have my oil changed, they found that my front brakes needed repair. So while they were working on my car they drove me to the bank to get money for the repair, and then they drove me home. They also asked me if I would need a ride back when my car was done. No one has ever done this for me and I will be going to them from now on every time I need work done on my car. They were very courteous, helpful, and prompt. It was a good experience for me.Very pleased customer, Kate

The repair shop was honest with me and told me that I was lied to by Midas about my brakes leaking. Was told that they werent and everything was good. Julie was very honest and I highly recommend!

Begley service center are honest mechanics and do not sell you parts you do not need . Moved to the Bradenton area 3 and a half years ago they are my only car repair center. No more car dealership service centers for me. Only Begley. They send car service specials monthly in mail with valueable savings when needed. Highly recommended

I have been a loyal customer for years!! But...when I pulled in with a flat tire I was soooo taken advantage of!!! My husband of 45 years passed away....I didnt know where to go or what to do...he always trusted the station...thus I did too....3 hours later and almost $200.00 for 1 tire...I learned a hard lesson...trust isnt cheap !! Gas is always higher at this station than any other place on Manatee Ave.....Now I have learned so are the tires !!!

Every time I called, a very rude woman answered who was clearly unimpressed that Im not already a car expert. They consistently tried to scam me into over paying for small, inexpensive things. They were unfriendly and not at all helpful. I will never return, or send friends to your business

All in all a good experience getting a fuel injector replaced in my old Nissan truck. I would use Begley Shell Services at the corner of 59th and Manatee again.

The owner of this hole in the wall has a chip on his shoulder! Rude SOB! Had an issue with my truck, and he refused to look at. Confused, shop was open. Sells bait but wont tell you what works well. Save your time and money!

The owner seems to be a good guy, but I would suggest having someone other than Julie answer the phone. She doesn’t seem to know what customer service really is.

Much smaller than I expected and advertised a live bait but had a sign on the door No Live Bait. Maybe they were just out during my visit and this isnt a common accurance.
