I appreciate having a complete quote on everything required for my complaint and things to watch down the road. I also appreciate their kindness - I sort of called when I was having issues getting my car towed from a parking lot when I was still a bit shocked from having broken down while driving. And their work was quality as well as their taking care of some things that potentially could have been damaged by the necessary repairs. When telling my niece about my experience, she commented how honest of them which I thought was a testament to their name and philosophy. I plan to use them for all my car needs going forward.

We were in for an oil change and had a great experience. The location was well maintained🧱 clean and kid-friendly. We werent there long but long enough to enjoy some complimentary snacks, water, pop and awesome chocolate chip cookies! The kids loved the chalkboard wall and tv that was showing underwater sea life in hi-def! When our vehicle was finished, Mike walked us through all system checks that were performed and answered questions honestly. Our total was much cheaper than what we paid in PA for an oil change and thats one of many perks that will keep us going back. We will definitely return for all work needed on our vehicle! Gave me an extremely overpriced quote for a new clutch. Still dont know why.Every item on the quote was $200-400 more expensive than it should be. A nice stage 1 racing clutch, AND flywheel was $800 total from another place, and they wanted to charge me $825 just for a stock clutch and $450 for the flywheel, and another $300 for the slave cylider. They wanted to charge me $1000 for labor when it should have been $600.Glad I found a better place before I spent way more than I had to. They were not interested in finding the best deal for their customer. The final price was almost $3000. I got the same job done by a place who I trust now for $1600. At least I know who I can trust now.

Little old lady tourist deeply appreciates this business’s quick service during our holiday breakdown. Local Toyota dealer couldn’t see me for 3 days but these guys took us right in and fixed problem so we could get home. Happy!

Went in w/a flat tire in which a screw was readily visible. Service advisor advised they were extremely busy and it would be hours before the tire could be checked by a technician. Decided to play golf and the phone rang before we had played two holes. Reasonable price for an inner patch and the tire was ready.FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Due to concerns about warrantee and my financial situation i found Honest 1 to be very open minded but yet honest in getting the vast amount of work that needed to be done. When i said i would need it done on a certain day. It was done and ready. They were continuously courtiest and helpfull over the course of 2 months. They kept me informed all through the process. They kept staff abreast of the situation in case i called. I am very pleased with management and staff, especially Sabrina and the other young lady working the counter.

I took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for breaks break pads because I thought it was time. Honest-1 called me and said that they drove my Jeep and did a thorough inspection and found that that my breaks are in good condition… I don’t need pads or anything. I expect to pay $80 to $100 for the inspection and it only cost me $28.00. Everyone was so kind. There shop is extremely clean and the waiting area is fresh, clean and relaxing. I love this place!

Great staff but misdiagnosed the F-150 problem during a follow up on a new battery; they indicated that it was not the alternator and could not find a solution for the new batterys failure to retain charge. My regular mechanic (in Sarasota) installed a new alternator; problem fixed!!

Called ahead and they ordered the battery for me. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Recommend to my sister and they checked her car out and did not try to up sell. They charged her battery and she was on her way.

They reviewed the problem, tested to make sure there wasn’t a problem and then did not charge for their time as they showed me there wasn’t a problem with my tire. That’s first class professionalism, and I’ll bring my car back to them for standard maintenance.

Honest is far from what this company and location are. I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield washer nozzles replaced and was quoted around 75$ for parts and labor 1 week prior to showing up I scheduled the drop off for 10 am on 7/27/21 and made the appointment on 7/20/21. I arrive and they say itll be a little while and I say thats fine Ill wait. I go for a walk and when I return after 90 minutes I am told that I will need to pay the $70+ diagnostic fee and that the parts arent in and will need to be ordered at $60 per nozzle! The total for what I needed done would have been around $220. 120$ alone for sprayer nozzles is price gouging. I walked away without having any work done. I walked into the local Jeep/Dodge dealership, paid $20 for 2 nozzles with no discounts and fixed the issue myself.I also witnessed one of the counter ladies attempt to convince an old lady in a new vehicle that she MUST purchase their fuel treatment service for 260$. The woman looked at me and I shook my head no. Item markups of 300% and unnecessary charges, fees, and services will have me avoiding this establishment going forward. I suggest you do the same.

Nice shop, excellent service and staff. The waiting area is much nicer than many hotels I’ve been to :)They replaced my AC condenser within a couple days. It was a big job but they delivered on time. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.

Wow! You have got to see this place for yourself...its like being in a really high end living room, 4k TV, with GREAT customer service, outside patio, coffee, soda and snacks, kids area to play. The service bays are so new and clean its simply amazing. It made me smile!

I’ve used Honest1 twice now and both times they were a pleasure to work with. They accommodated all of my needs and timeframes I needed the work completed it. I will definitely be using again!

They repaired a vapor cylinder in my jeep. I had ordered the part from them. They said it would take two days for the part to come in but it took closer to two months. I never got a call when the part came in or even just an update. Two days after the installation of the new part my check engine light came back on. I wont be using honest1 again.

I cannot speak highly enough for this business. From start to finish they treat you with respect and professionalism. They fully explain what they intend to do, show you detailed results and keep an open line of communication with you through the hole process. Their facility is super clean, stocked with soda, coffee and tea, with lite snacks. Plenty of power plugs for charging phones and tablets. It really is a very pleasant experience. I have had Honest One work on a few of my vehicles and I never felt I was getting a raw deal.

This is the first time I took my car to have work done and they didnt try telling me other things needed done. I Trust them, and will be making them my only shop to tend to any further issues to my 2012 Highlander. Staff is so friendly and a very nice waiting area. P.s. I am Not a paid Spokesperson! Lol

Car battery died and Kirstie was able to jump it with her portable charger and replace it while we had lunch at the granary next door. Called them on the phone. Told them I had a tire that needed patched. They told me to have the car to them by 5 and they would see if it was fixable. I brought it there before 5. Only to be told from the tire specialist that he could not patch it and balance it because it was an all-terrain tire and that I needed to take it to a tire shop that specialized in tires. The screw in the tire was in a fixable spot he just did not feel comfortable patching it which I dont quite understand. Theyre the ones that mounted and balanced these tires for me when I bought the tires. Disappointed that they didnt try to fix it for me. Will take it to a tire specialist. This is the first bad experience Ive had a ton of one. So Ill chalk this up to the fact that they do not specialize in tires. But will probably continue to use their services for other vehicle repairs.

The experience was outstanding. Ive been stopping by there when my tire pressure light comes on and they fixed it with no problem, even though I wasnt a customer. I became a customer. My first visit was outstanding. They did a full car scan, fixed what needed to be fixed and a little more (that I asked for) and gave me a full report of what my car needed now. The facility is fantastic. Comfortable, lounge feel. I was very comfortable while I waited. I am now a lifetime customer. A++++++

First time using them. The name caught my eye and I thought why not. The center was clean, the front desk person was professional. Free snacks and drinks, and WiFi availability. It was quick and I received texts with updates. I also have a German car which I asked if they work on, and she told me they have a specific guy that works on German cars. I will definitely be back to have them work and maintain my cars. Very good experience. Oh and they gave me a cookie to go :).

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation for the first time at the Honest1 Auto Care on Monday 9/14/2020. I had called in advance to setup an appointment and spoke with Kristie who was very professional and just needed my cell phone number and email address to setup the appointment. When I dropped off the vehicle I just had to confirm the work I was getting accomplished and sign to indicate the maximum amount that the service would cost, which gave me confidence that there would not be any hidden charges when I arrived to pick up the vehicle. I received a text notification that the car was being checked in and then received a vehicle inspection report with the technician’s findings. The findings showed why this check was being accomplished and why it was recommended. This was very helpful as I have received these inspection reports in the past with no reason as to why they were being performed. There was one glitch in the whole appointment process. I received the inspection report electronically but didn’t receive a notification that the vehicle was ready for pick up. I spoke to the manager who checked on the status and indicated that the keys were misplaced on a holder and apologized for failing to receive a notification that the work was completed and my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was very happy with the staff (professional and friendly), vehicle inspection report, cleanliness of the facility, coffee and the cookie with the bill. The only downside was I have used other Honest1 Auto services in different states and they have had coupons for the oil changes and other services. I would highly recommend Honest1 Auto Service. My engine splash (plastic cover underneath the car that protects the engine from road debris) clip broke. Instead of having to buy a new splash and new clips, Honest1 repaired it in 10 minutes and charged me $0.

My car would not start in the morning due to a dead battery and Mike came to my house to jump start it for me. Once I dropped off my car, Lauren was able to give me a ride home so I didnt have to wait. The team here is so friendly and they provide information and updates on your vehicle in a timely manner. How this place gets away with charging people almost $200 (which includes a charge for supplies that they didn’t use on my vehicle) is beyond me!! They never drove my car as mentioned on the quote and they must have spent a whole 10 minutes looking over my car. I came by after dropping the car off earlier and it still had not been looked at and then boom, a few minutes later they sent me a quote. Raven magically forgot to include on the quote one of my chief complaints which was that my drivers side door lock didn’t work. Oops, that will be another $1000 on top of the insane quote for all the other work. Now they have my email and cell and I have been bombarded with emails and text messages! Run far, far away!

The wife and I took both our older cars to the place, to be honest we never heard of them but figured we would give them a shot. Its so hard to find trustworthy mechanics. Well i have to say the place is run by an excellent staff. Mike the Manager took great care of our cars and issues. Dave the service manager also listened to our concerns, the mechanic Chris, did an amazing job! The front desk staff Christie and Lauren are absolutely amazing to work with and on point with communication. The final result is two older cars repaired wonderfully by them and a new trust formed. I brought my car in for a four wheel spin balance and rotation. It’s been a couple years since the last balance and I could feel the vibration. I was charged $50 for 4 wheel spin balance and a tire rotation. Upon picking up the vehicle, the steering wheel continued to vibrate. I called Honest and took the car back in. I was then called and asked why I wanted a spin balance In the first place? I explained and was told the first balance they performed was good and the problem is in the axle. They wanted to diagnose the axle problem and call me back with a price. I declined and asked they just spin balance the wheels again and I’ll pick it up. I did and the vibration still persisted. I drove like this for a couple weeks thinking I have an axle problem and then decided for another opinion. I took it to Sam’s Club where I have a membership. They charged me $15.52 including taxes to spin balance the four wheels and rotate. Problem solved. Thanks Sam’s!

Honest One or Scam One?Took in my 4 cylinder Jeep for a tuneup.They charged me $145 to take a look at it then told me it was going to be $1100 to replace 4 spark plugs and coils.. Oh yeah, they were going to throw in a gas treatment..Told them they were nuts and paid my $145.. Had a certified ASE certified mobile mechanics at my doorstep in 2 hours. He was done in 38 minutes. Total bill $275It is one thing to be a little more expensive than the next guy because you feel that you offer a better product or better service, but these guys were simply trying to rip me off.You can keep your free coffee and sodas.. I rather hold on to my money

Took my vehicle in for an oil change, rotate and balance tires, alignment, and several other maintenance items. They did a great job of keeping me informed along the way through text message updates which had links to a page showing photos of the the items that needed work with a description. The building is very new, clean, the staff is professional.Since then have taken my mothers car in for break work. They do a good job with their detailed updates.

I loved being able to schedule an appointment and getting in and out. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. They have WIFI available with complimentary soda and coffee while you wait. But the thing I loved the most was the inspection report was reviewed with me after my oil change was done and the car was already off the rack. No pressure to do it while there - just informative info so that I could make a decision and return if I wanted more done. Fabulous!!! I am a fan.

I don’t trust mechanics so it was pretty difficult to stomach taking my wife’s car here. I usually do all the work myself but my wife’s car is like a space ship and you can’t get to anything. So I, be grudgingly, took it to Honest1. I’m very impressed with their transparency. They take pictures of inspected parts which I thought was cool. I will absolutely take my wife’s car here until (if) they make me regret it. In which case I will let you know.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Felt like iI was at Berns steakhouse. The customer service is excellent. The facility is very clean and pleasant. The mechanic held open my door for me and wiped down the outside of my door. They even left a pack of goldfish crackers on my steering wheel with a thank you card. I brought in my truck for an oil change and tire rotation. There had been a funny vibration for awhile so I thought possibly it needed a tire balance or alignment. After 4 hours of waiting, they went ahead and “attempted” an alignment and failed. My truck pulled to the left. Thankfully they took off the alignment charge. Not happy with the pulling, I called the dealership to set up an appointment. Due to only having 24,000 miles on my truck, the dealership did not think the alignment was necessary. They found what was wrong with the vibration, it had to do with the transmission. Also, they realized that the wrong oil was put in my truck from Honest1. So I had to have the oil drained and changed. Needless to say, don’t take your vehicle to Honest1, they screwed everything up with my truck. I’m being nice and giving 2 stars only because they took off the alignment charge and had excellent customer* service.

Was told I owed $55 then they said $75. I spoke to Dave about this and it was corrected and he assured that all I owed was $55 but then when i went in to pay I was charged $130. I explained this to the person working at the desk but she obviously didn’t care so I just paid it anywayThe service was fine and the mechanic was helpful but for a business with honest in the name I think they really need work on communication.

With this place, the name says it all. I was a little skeptical at first strictly because of the name and was quickly overwhelmed by the professionalism, kindness, and quick service. Well update on 12/5/20 had an app for 9 for a diagnostic test for a code for high pressure sensor. Then when I show up got asked are you dropping it off? I said no I’m waiting , then got told it could be up to 4pm before it could be seen. They are backed up no room to pull it in . I then complained a bit but was still calm , then kristie goes out to shop talks with crew supervisor then comes back in and says it’s probably the manifold that might need replaced it’s going to take a while before they can get it in and still not sure if they can get the parts to fix it . What kind of service is this really? 9 am appointment with a 7 hr window ? Not sure how honest they really are any more , it’s been a hat trick of issues for me. Asked for a corporate number and got told by kristie that the person to contact is mike ? Ok then.Had an appointment today 11/21/20 that I got told that the computer errored and I had to reschedule . So I did , on 11/24/20 Took it in had the brake fluid flush done . Brakes are great , first mechanic doing work however must of been rushed because my cover on top is cracked now and when checking my voltage for my battery, forgot to put my positive cover back on and it landed on exhaust and burned up , thanks to mike and 2nd mechanic that figured the burn smells for me though. The 2nd mechanic also pointed out to me that me cooling fans weren’t running thank you for that as well.

Mike and Raven were efficient and trustworthy in their time estimates and workmanship. I am a loyal customer now.

Sorry to say I have these guys a 5star review a few weeks ago, they seemed so professional and I even took my truck there, after a week I drove with my son and we heard a weird noise, I took the car back and was spun a bit of a yarn about how the transmission was bad but the noise I reported was still occurring. I will have another company look at it but it’s now my problem! Sorry to say I cancelled the extra work needed on my truck because one of the issues I wanted looked at wasn’t repaired! Initially I was impressed but overall it was a bad experience.

My boyfriend brought his car here because he had a flat but the air valve was broken. When he arrived he asked about pricing and the first person told him $40. Baffled my boyfriend then asks the manager and he says $25. The guys working were very rude and sarcastic. My boyfriend then asked how long would it take and they couldn’t give him an estimate time but with a smart alec comment of “it’ll be done before we close at 6”. Mind you my boyfriend brought his car at 1pm. At 4:30 he calls to ask about the progress they made on his car and they tell him he’s next. Arriving at 5:45 they’re still not done working on his car. They come across a problem saying they need a tire key and that my boyfriend should have it. The car is a very old Monte Carlo. Given to him by his late grandfather. Lord knows where that piece may be. Eventually they find the piece they need and begin working on my boyfriends car 5 minutes until 6. I’m currently writing this while we’re waiting for his car and they are still not done mind you the shop is now currently closed. They need to fix the attitudes of their workers and they need to be more considerate. We understand that they were busy and that this small problem could wait but when not having the right equipment to fix it at the end of the day is unacceptable!

I had an appointment to have my wifes SUV serviced today and I was very pleasantly surprised with how Honest1 does business. The facility was clean and modern with comfortable chairs, a tv, snacks and drinks for while you wait. There are bar tops to sit at if you brought a laptop or just want to sit at a table. Lauren was the service advisor that I worked with and she was friendly and easy to work with. She provided me with an estimate for the work that was to be done but had me wait until the work was done before paying. Once the work was complete, I settled my bill for what was told before they got started and was greeted with a pre-printed thank you note and a snack in the cup holder. Prices are extremely competitive and I may just give up changing the oil in my own car. I will gladly continue to do business with them.

The shop was clean. Everyone was so friendly! Communication was excellent! Loved the texting and email of my report. Ernie was the best and even sent a treat home for my kiddos!!

The store and service is top notch. Outstanding management and team members. Plus they have a courtesy car to take you home while your car is being worked on.
