Excellent experience! Needed a car at 4:30am. Our driver was a few minutes early, helped load our luggage, and was very friendly. The service from start to finish was great! From the first inquiring phone call to the ultimate pickup...I was treated with kindness, courtesy and friendliness. The driver was on time and got us to the airport on time. I would definitely use this service again - very trustworthy!

Logan’s customer service staff is very professional and could not ask for nicer personnel to do business with. The drivers are all so friendly and always drive with caution when transporting me to casino trips. The entire limo is ususally very clean and well-maintained. I found Flat Rate Car service on Yelp, after reading the reviews I decided to give them a call and see how they work out.So, we have been using Logan Airport Car service for over 6 months now, and I cant say enough good things about them. The drivers are always professional and punctual. I just text the owner Frank and set up when I need to be picked up and dropped off and its super easy -theres always someone there. Fantastic service. Last minute booking on a weekend but confirmed immediately. Driver couldnt get to my destination as it was in a pedestrian zone so parked up and walked me the rest of the way! Also cheaper than a local taxi.

I was in Boston for a conference and needed to make a 6:30 flight out of town. I figured the odds of having a cab waiting at 4:15 was slim. I decided to call in my request the night before, always iffy results.

We called them to transport us twice last night in Boston, Massachusetts. They arrived within 10 minutes of us calling them. I highly recommend this cab service.

Alam was our driver both to and from BOS. He provided excellent customer service both times. He was prepared when our return flight from London arrived well over an hour late and had checked on our flight. Nice man. I would use them again. Some people in the comments are complaining about the texting, but I actually appreciated it - much more convenient for me to text than to take calls.

Very prompt service, the service lived up to its name, the taxi was indeed on time. Service is punctual and is affordably priced. Used them to go to SFO and also back from SFO to my residence. Very clean cabs everytime I use the service also fresh smelling rather then some filthy cabs. Highly recommended.

I scheduled a pick up just before 5am to the airport, and not only was the driver on time and courteous but he also called multiple times to make sure I was ready. I actually overslept my alarm and the calls were the only reason I woke up and made my flight. The driver had to wait about 20 minutes for me to be ready but was still there when I was ready
