I got a water taxi from here over to the airport. The Taxi company had a deal to store my luggage for a day. it all worked out and the lady water taxi driver was cool and down to earth

Nice quick ride across the harbor to the airport. The captain was friendly and helpful. They even have luggage storage if you want to walk around town without carrying all of your stuff.

Attended an awesome wedding on the Oddessy, cruised Boston harbor and had a sweet meal, the crew of the boat were very accommodating and the overall experience was top notch.

Water taxi company. Very efficient: i left my luggage in storage while i visited the city and the aquarium, and then i was quickly transported to he airport ferry terminal perfectly on time. More expensive than just taking the MBTA, but quicker, more efficient and of course more scenographic (the view of the city skyline from the harbour itself is amazing).

Highly recommend as a convenient / quick way to get to the airport, along with a great way to store your luggage before a flight if needed. We had to exit our air bnb at 11am and needed a place to store our luggage before heading to the airport. Called up Rowes Warf and the friendly lady on the phone told us how it worked along with helpful tips to make sure we were at the airport on time. The service worked like a champ! It was also fun to see the city from the harbor. Once you reach the airport side there is a nice indoor area to wait for the shuttle, which seems to show about every 20mins.

Had a great time on such a short trip! The captain was awesome and she made me feel right at home! She gave me a hard time and I gave it right back! Fit right in! Thanks again Captain I cant remember your name! Well be back!

Oh My Goodness! What A Beautiful Evening I had with Friends and Family.

I made reservation over the Internet and prepaid. I called from airport and got a message telling me to call back later. I called at the dock when there was no taxi and got same message. The competing cab company called dispatch. No one responded. I waited for an hour, I called again and got same message. then I took the other cab company because I was tired of waiting for the boat that was never coming.

Tried to call a water taxi and their phone went right to voicemail.

So much quicker than a cab! And lovely views and a delightful captain to boot. Never uberring to the airport in Boston again!

Our captain Carl was a pleasure to travel with and a real gentleman! It was our first time in Boston and he was very accommodating.We will definitely use them when we return !

It was a lovely fall day. At the last minute decided to take water taxi to Rowes Wharf to spend Fri happy hour in the city. The captain, a girl not a guy, as most might assume, made it a pleasant quick trip from Logan Boat Dock. I’ll definitely do this again.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our Captain was knowledgeable and kind. Erin, bent over backward to help us out and was so patient and gracious with us when our personal schedule got backed up. She made such a difference in our day in Boston. I would definitely use this company again.

Great way to get around Boston. You can get a ride from 26 different docks on the harbor including the airport, the USS Constitution, the cruise ship terminal and downtown Boston and the Seaport. The excellent captains provide information and history about Boston. Its a great way to get to the city

Great service! Took the water taxi from Logan boat dock, left my luggage with them and went around Boston for a few hours, then got the water taxi back to the airport dock. Easy and smooth.

I love this company! Called the water taxi as instructed when I was on the ground shuttle and the water taxi was there waiting for me when I got to the dock. They made my travel fun and easy. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the harbor. I used them for my return trip to the airport as well and would highly recommend this service!

Very accommodating and friendly skipper. Perfect solution for us. Checked out of our hotel, stopped at Rowes to get tickets for evening transport to Logan, and left our bags - spent the morning and afternoon enjoying the city. Boat ride to the airport included a quick pause in the middle of Boston Harbor, so people could snap a few pictures of the skyline. Great service!

Way too touristy now. Noisy and extremely crowded. Used to be a great place for a quiet supper or drink outside overlooking the harbor. It was lovely and romantic. Sadly they extended the back patio further out into the water with a weird 2 story building on a dock blocking the view.

Very easy transportation from airport. Simply call and a boat will arrive in a few minutes. Gorgeous view of Boston. No traffic. No stress. They will store your luggage so you can go sight seeing. Multiple drop off and pick up locations. Hands down the best way to travel from airport. Dont bother with the roads and traffic.

Used their one-way airport transport with luggage storage. This was the perfect thing for me when I had to check out in the morning but my flight wasnt until 9. The website isnt exactly clear but it you just need to call the captain ~10 minutes before you plan to arrive and shell meet you there. Super helpful and super nice too! Even more impressive she was running the entire operation from the boat, to the phone, to the office. Would highly recommend to everyone

It was pretty cool getting from Logan to the city by speedboat. The Water taxi gives a good view and fun ride through the harbor while going to the pier.

A fun way to get to the airport, and one of the few places that offer secure luggage storage so you can spend some time enjoying the city. Perfect for when you checkout of your hotel but your flight isnt for another 5 hours.Service was prompt and courteous. We got to the airport on time with no problems at all.

A great way to get to/ from Logan airport but you should book first so they know youre going to be where and at what time.Also I suggest you practice phoning their number as we find it impossible with an English phone

Dont believe the other websites you do not get FREE bag storage with return ticket. Its and Extra $8 per person so yeah there is that.They say its posted on THEIR website so I guess I will take their word for it. Ride was good and fast so the service was 4*.

They have facility to leave your bags and have a small trip to downtown, amazing idea

We ended up not using Rowes because of the terrible attitude of the woman driver. I could not believe how rude she was to my husband, daughter, and me as we were asking questions & trying to figure out where she was going to stop in Boston. Customer service is EVERYTHING in the business world, and I will now make sure to never recommend Rowes. Im currently on the City Taxi boat instead (for the third time in the past few years) and the woman could not be any nicer. Exactly the way its supposed to be.

Needless to say, no traffic, and a beautiful ride to Salem. I recommend sitting on the top deck once the boat picks up speed. Kind of a Jack Im flying! feeling but without the sad ending.

The staff is very friendly. The trip across the harbor is only about 7 minutes. It is cheaper, faster & greener than a cab. You also get a wonderful view of the harbor as you travel to your destination.

Worthless Service - Take the water taxi instead. We were there on 10/1/17 and tried to get this service to pick us up. The woman I talked to could only give me approximations, nothing sounded certain at all. After watching 3 water taxis come and go we decided to hop on one with our bags. No problem. Once we got to the wharf (not Rowes) we were able to find a place to hold our bags, people are very accommodating. I feel sorry for the guy who already paid for his ride for his entire family. He had no idea when they would get there. Couldnt get a straight answer from the voice on the other end. I called prior to arrive as they suggest to schedule a pick up and I got no reply.

We (party of 4|) booked the water taxi from the cruise ship terminal to the storage facility at Rowes Wharf and later on from Rowes Wharf to Logan Airport.The second stage was fine and worked without a hitch, the first stage, from the ship, was a disaster.We waited an hour for the taxi to arrive in the open air with no chance of shelter (fortunately dry and sunny). The taxi held 16 people and there were 25 waiting. As we had no fixed time for pick up (even though we had phoned the company once off the ship) and were also 2nd in the waiting line, we were refused transport. The ensuing discussions wasted another 25 minutes and finally we were told the next taxi would be at least an hour. Reached the storage facility by regular cab in the end.The portion of the fee for Ship to Facility was $5/person (taxi cab cost $25), but we were refused a $5/person refund - not a great deal of money I know, but would have shown some good faith by the operators for wasting 2 hours for no reason (luckily our flight was not until the evening).Incidentally getting in and out of the taxi at the floating pontoons was precarious and could be risky for those unsteady on their feet for whatever reason.On the plus side it was worth storing our luggage in Rowes Wharf rather than travelling directly from the ship to the airport to store luggage there and then taxiing back into Boston to make use of available hours.

The service was great and much better, friendlier and accommodating staff than Boston Harbor Cruises. The captain gave us some interesting facts about the city as we came across the harbor and arrived at the New England Aquarium. We previously went on a Boston Harbor Cruises Water Taxi and they would not take us to the location we asked, and only told us they could not go there after we paid and were on the boat.

It was fun to take a boat to the airport, but being able to store my luggage for the day was even more important for me.

Good service. One of the few if not the only place downtown that will store luggage. A tad pricey for a short term luggage storage. Also a nice option to Logan vs Uber ot taxi.

We had two terrible experiences. The first was when we were at the airport. We had to call three times and they came after waiting 40 min and no apologies. The second time was when we had an appt to be taken back to the airport. The boat was 10 min late and the guy got off the boat and left us waiting. After 20 more min we rushed to get an Uber so we wouldnt miss our flight. He never came back.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. We booked the Beachcat with Steven B. from 11a-2p. for a special event. We booked months in advance and prepaid (down payment at time of booking and balance a week before our trip $1,000+). I confirmed all details of our written contract 2 days before our trip. We show up to the dock (early) at 10:30a and Steven did not have us on his schedule, blamed the charter company, and offered no solution other than canceling. We traveled from NYC for this event, so that was not an option. He was very rude, dismissive and disorganized. A captain and first mate eventually arrived and we set sail at 12:10p (1+ hour late) and returned to the dock at 2:25p (just in time for the charter he told us he had on his sch. for 2:30p). I immediately approached him about how to be refunded for the over half an hour we were shorted, he raised his voice and his HANDS at me, told me as far as im concerned you left the dock at 11:30 and went back into his taxi business. I spoke with the owner of the Marina and the owner of the Charter company, which he blamed for the error and they did an investigation. After their investigation they advised that Steven admitted to raising his voice and hands at me and to shorting us the half an hour, and that he also tried to say we damaged the boat (although a charter boarded & set sail immediately after we docked) and after further investigation confirmed the boat was never damaged. They advised that they would no longer work with Rowes Wharf and Steven in particular, and refunded us.Do not work with Steven - he also owns the taxi company with similar reviews.

Maybe i was lucky but i cal to say i would be at the dock in 7 minutes, got there, the captain was there... And off we went. 12 minutes layer i was at logan , hopped on the route 66 bus and 10 minutes later i was ar my terminal. Perfect.

They told us the pick up would be at a certain time and I called 10 min after that scheduled pick up to check and they said on their way, 3 more minutes. Well, it’s been another 5 minutes so almost 20 min late and they are still not here. This company is unreliable

In June my sister and I had an 8 hour layover in Boston before catching a flight to Europe to start a 3 week vacation, so we decided to take advantage of the layover to explore the city. We both pre-purchased tickets to cross the harbor. We followed the instructions and placed a call to Rowe Wharf Water Transport to arrange transportation. I knew it was not going to be a positive experience when the individual who answered the phone asked me if it was possible to take another water taxi across the harbor. I explained that we had pre-purchased the tickets so that was not possible. She said it would take about 15 minutes to get to our location and I agreed to the time. 30 minutes later as we watched 4 water taxis come by from Boston Harbor Cruises, one driver tried to help us out by calling Rowes Wharf Water Transport to see if they would agree to transfer the money to their company if they took us across. The company response was no and they would be there in a few minutes. We waited another 15 minutes and gave up and paid for Boston Harbor Cruises to transport us to our location. When it was time for us to return and gave them a call so I could get part of the transportation I pre-paid for. I was told by the staff to pick us up from the Ferry location would cost us $10 even though we had paid for a round-trip ticket.My advice to you is dont waste your money on Rowes Wharf Water Transport. I found that Boston Harbor Cruises had more boats and ran a more timely route for the same price.

If I could give this zero stars I would. First let me say that I purchased a Groupon which I do not normally do but I figured it would be a fun thing to do in Boston for my six year olds birthday. I book online and am in the city w my six year old, my 8 month old and my husband ready for our 2pm tour. It is not easy to get into the city from Marshfield w two kids one being under the age of one. I get a call from some young kid around 1130 am telling me the cruise is cancelled and I was the only one who booked the 2pm. I find this hard to believe on a beautiful Saturday In May but maybe thats why there is a groupon because the business is failing ...I told the young man that Im in the city and my daughter is now crying because she wanted go on the boat. The man tells me he will check w the owner and get back to me. So we go out to lunch and wait ... And wait .. By 1:30 no call back . I call the owner and he answers and says that yhe tour is in fact cancelled and that there is a glitch with his system showing a sold out Cruise to the public but showing nobody booked except me on his end. I am upset but he agrees to refund me my money. Groupon refunded me right away ( thanks groupon) but Steve Goyette ( owner) has stopped emailing me back and has yet to refund me almost two months later. Im so disappointed in this business. I also find it funny he reviewed his own company and gave himself 5 stars. :)I will tell everyone I know not to use this company. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else

With a long layover in Boston, Rowes was the ideal company to use to get from the airport to the city and back. I took the free airport shuttle to the Water Transportation stop, made a phone call to Rowes and was picked up within 10 minutes. They stored my luggage while I toured the city and had a water taxi ready to take me back at my requested time. I reserved ahead online, so only had to show my mobile voucher for the service.

Call to check the hours. Online it says 10pm but called the office and they said 5:00 ...very inconvenient to wait out in the cold for nothing!

Taxi got the job done, but the experience was bad and I would NOT go to them again. On our ride from Logan to the wharf, the captain (Erin) was extremely rude and yelled and ridiculed other patrons. She then had the nerve to ask for a tip.Don’t take this cab service!
