When my flight landed I called the company to notify them that I had arrived for my booked-in-advance private ride, and they told me that I was actually going to need to share it with someone else (whose flight arrived more than an hour after mine). They offered me only a 15% discount despite baiting and switching on me to get two fares for the car instead of one.Additionally, the company displays an extremely dishonest Final Total underneath what appears to be a comprehensive list of costs. Once you book, they add on additional fees (> 10%) and just hope that you wont notice on your statement. So sleazy.Long story short I ended up crammed into the third row of an insanely overpriced shared SUV that I had to wait an hour and a half for. The actual trip was fine, but I will never mess with this company again.

Great Boston limo service!!! A group of us flew to Boston for Memorial Day weekend. After searching the web for a limousine service in Boston to transport us to our Hotel downtown, we decide to go with Boston Logan Limo Service. What made me comfortable to book with them is that they list their phone number and they are open 24 hours a day. Once we have landed at Boston Airport we walked to the limo stand where our driver was waiting for us. We have booked a town car Sedan but were offered a nice SUV. We first thought we would be charged extra but the driver assured us that it is a free upgrade since he was driving the SUV and was already at the Airport. $68.50 From Logan to Boston all inclusive, can’t beat it. Same price going back. We would definitely used them again.

Bait and Switch. Booked on their website, website stated $118 from BOS to MHT one way. They called and said would be $190. Did not honor website quote. They tried to tell me I booked to Manchester, MA not MHT in NH. I went back on website, did it again and their website even showed a map between the locations, so I had done correct first time. Not Good!

Terrible service. They charged us $94.80 for no reason and terrible customer service. Not recommended !!!!
