Our driver, Hicham, was a saint. Not only was he there waiting for us when we arrived, but when we realized, a five miles out from the airport, that we had left a bag behind, he gladly turned around, dropped me off to retrieve the bag, and then waited patiently and picked me back up. He had our family up to the North Shore from BOS in record time - excellent safe driving and a remarkably kind and intelligent driver. The person gave me a quote without and hassle and explained that’s the price and includes everything. After getting a few other quotes they setup my ride without any issues. I think that your drivers are courteous, respectful and make you feel comfortable .Your cars are very clean and a nice smooth drive .The only concern I have is that when you book a trip to the Airport.There has to be more clarification of what day to be picked up or dropped off if it is an a.m. or a very late trip. Because on my receipt from your car service it said Tuesday but obviously it was 12:30am the next day, so it should have said Wednesday instead Tuesday.Otherwise I am happy and will continue to use your service and recommend you .

Overall great experience. Would recommend and would use them again. We used Blue Nile for a recent wedding, accommodated 6 guests, ride to and from the venue. Driver was on time, drove safely and was courteous. The most important thing for us was to arrive and get back on time and without worry. That was accomplished (why just 4 stars?) Not a huge deal but they do state that bottles of water will be available on board but I had to ask on the ride to the venue, so felt a little awkward and only were given 3 bottles for 6 people and on the way back only found four bottles, perhaps they were tucked into the back seat area and we just didnt see them?? Would have been nice not to have to ask and for there to be enough water for everyone.Update - Changed to 5 Stars! - We immediately received a nice email from Blue Nile - they apologized for any inconvenience which assured us they really want to provide great service and do take all feedback seriously. I would definitely recommend.

Nebyou was my driver and he was wonderful.My trip into Boston was due to a family medical emergency and by the time I arrived I was stressed and exhausted. When I walked out of the airport, Nebyou was there waiting and he ushered me into a spotless car. It was like having a warm blanket thrown around me!!
