We have been very happy with Transportation of New England. Instead of a marginal cab and driver, we have solid vehicles and good drivers. I can email for a ride to the airport or a pick up. We can put the trip on our charge card to help manage receipts. Our extended family traveled to our Florida home at Christmas, we arranged a pick up for four adults and a baby in a car seat. It was a breeze! We are delighted to find this service.

Booked them for a pick up and return when I visit my cousins in Boston. Their service is excellent, I was treated like a VIP...thats complete value for money. Everything went smooth and their customers service is awesome. I really appreciate the calls I received to confirm and keep me updated. Highly recommended!

I have used Transportation of New England to transport my first year college student from campus to Logan and back several times. They are always prompt and professional. They made my student feel comfortable and safe. They made sure she was delivered to where she needed to go and made sure she was inside before they left. Their pricing is reasonable. These people are completely unreliable! DO NOT USE. We had a reservation with them to pick us up at Logan from our return flight. They never called as they stated they would, we called them and were told they are not coming for us and to take a taxi and then hung up on us. Dumb founded at this, we called back and to make sure we heard correctly and we told once again that they were not coming and to take a taxi, I told them I would take one if they were going to reimburse us the difference between the taxi fare and their service. The person said they would not paid that and again hung up on me. These people stranded us at the airport, our reservation was for myself, my wife and our 3 month infant. They didnt care. Again do not use!!!

They drove me with my family to Ogunquit ME and brought me back to Boston. Impeccable service all around.

Tried the hybrid option. Pleasant ride in a clean car, polite driver, arrived early.

I asked for a taxi for the following day at 2:30pm. They were completely fine taking my information, until they heard that I was in Dorchester. I asked them where they provide service, to which their response was everywhere else. I find that to be completely ridiculous, as we live so close to Quincy/Milton that we might as be part of those cities rather than some of the less desirable neighborhoods of Dorchester. Horrible service and horrible policy.

Easy pleasant ride to Boston Logan Airport

The quality of the cars is variable, but personally, that is not important to me. The only thing I would like is if they would repeat the address when I ask - we both have accents and whilst they are always in the right place, I often have a slight nervousness as to whether I was understood.
