Excellent very competent driver. Great scheduling interactions and kept me up to date as things developed. Added a Greeter to wheelchair me from where Alaska Air left off to the limo. Limo was waiting, very clean and had a courteous and very very good driver for our 2 1/2 hour trip. Absolutely nothing to fault.

This was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this service. The driver was early and very professional, the car was immaculate and the knowledge that I could get home safely and in time made my trip more pleasurable.

I have used several livery services for both work and pleasure but this was the first time I have used Master Livery and I could not be more satisfied. Prior to the service they checked in with me to review the itinerary. That is not a common practice. Gardy, our driver, was simply the best. We had many stops and a few real time changes yet Gardy handled it all with the utmost professionalism. Also worthy of note, the vehicle was immaculate and the price was more than competitive. I will be back.

Get a quote, no problem. Then go to pay and they advise that there are no drivers available. Why in the world would quote a trip and if you dont have anyone to do it? Reference # 15809. Extremely frustrating. Now we are left to scramble for other service. Never again!

I had a great experience using Master Livery to get me from the Woods Hole ferry back to my apartment. I usually take the bus but felt uncomfortable due to Covid. The driver was early, easy to find and very professional. He wore a mask the entire ride, as did my boyfriend and I. I will definitely use Master Livery again next time I need a car service!

Driver outstanding on all levels

Everything for the wedding was great. However a limo driver took off without checking the back of the limo or confirming that everyone had gathered their belongings. A phone was in there which was noticed within 5 minutes time. The company charged $75 in order to have it returned. Since we had two limo’s we asked the driver of the other limo to call and get the limo to turn around. He said yes but then also drove off and never got back to us. We were shocked. After spending a lot of time on the phone with the company we had to sign paperwork over the phone and give our credit card number for a private chauffeur to return the phone. Terrible customer service.

I cannot express strongly enough, along with all the on-time and easy to book trips I have taken for myself, how grateful I am for what Master Livery made happen over the last few days. With all the panic and confusion on college campuses right now, I made a reservation to get my daughter and her friends to the airport. Then I changed it. Then I changed it again as the kids started to panic about the possibility of airports closing. Master Livery made all the changes necessary and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process making sure that my girl and her friends made it to the airport safely. So much gratitude!

The limo arrived before pickup time. They were prompt, professional and we would use them again without hesitation. They came from Boston to pick us up. That was something that we were a little concerned about. No problem in coming out, comfortable limo, driver was great and we were dropped off at Logan Airport ahead of schedule.

Used Master Livery round trip from Boston Logan airport to Chatham, MA and must commend them as Mr Gotti our driver was waiting for us as we were somewhat delayed at arrival but with a smile greeted my husband and I and off we were in a spotless suburban so so clean it seemed like a new car. We had water provided by Mr Gotti so kind. For our return to the airport we needed a pick up at 6AM and once again Mr Gotti with a smile was on time and car immaculately clean. 1.30 hours to get to the airport. I will recommend this company to anyone that needs a ride in Boston. You will not find better, trust me.
