I made a reservation for a wedding sent a deposit via cash app and he emailed me the contract. Price was affordable. Day of the wedding he was more than two hours early and waited patiently outside of the hotel for the people to get ready. Service was outstanding. Limo was super clean. From setting up the appointments to the pick up and drop up. They make getting to and from the airport so much easier for everyone. Great experience!! Rented the 14 passenger Tahoe suv limo to go dinner for my 40th. Alex arrived 30 min early, the limo was clean, stocked with water, ice and champagne glasses. The disco lighting in the limo was fun and we were able to easily hook the phone up to the stereo via Bluetooth. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends. What a fun time!!

I had a perfect experience with Boston 5 Star. I booked the limo week of our event and was treated professionally and quickly. I got a great deal! The limo arrived early to pick us up, was clean and well stocked, and Alex was great to work with. We were using it for a bachelorette party, so we werent exactly mellow, and Alex dealt with out loud antics. He checked bars for us to see what the wait times were, texted to check on when we would be leaving, and even made suggestions for places still serving late night food.I did a lot of searching around to find the best deal for our evening, and this was it. I highly recommend using Boston 5 Star!!

Alex and B5SLimo deserve a million stars for saving the day for me and my math students. We didnt have a bus and needed one! After desperately calling around, Alex accommodated us DAY OF and made my math students feel like rockstars with a unique and wonderful experience.
