I would recommend contracting Blys Guys for any of your towing needs. They are punctual, responsible, respectable & thorough.

The lot is very difficult to find as its not visible from the road. Also, if your car gets impounded youd better be prepared to pay for an Uber/Lyft/taxi ride on top of whatever they charge you, because its extremely hard to get to if you try to take buses or walk.Picking up a car from the lot is by appointment only on weekdays. My advice is plan on getting there at LEAST 10 minutes early so you have time to find the place. If, like me, youre not there at the exact time your appointment is scheduled you might have to wait outside the building for a while (40 minutes for me) if they go tow another vehicle, because they dont leave someone at the lot. I think thats what happened to the other reviewer, May Ko.The actual transaction of money for car was fairly painless and the staff seemed okay, but the very out-of-the-way, inconvenient location combined with the fact that you cant get your car if they have to tow another vehicle (and my particular 40 minute wait outside in the snow) made my experience pretty bad

Sketchy sketchy sketchy. You can tow my car but dont act like you cant give it back! Tells you to come at a certain time and by the time u get there... no one is there and ur fee has increased. Good times.

I was towed in a reserved parking spot for my own apartment and had to pay an 85$ tow fee. Horrible customer service.

They towed my car in the middle of the night and I had to find out thru the cops. When I went to get the car back I was lead to a storage room. It felt like I was in a chop shop
