We were so blessed by the service of Bland’s Towing last night. On a busy Friday night they not only called out two trucks to our van on the interstate so we could both ride, but then also gave us a ride home. At no point neither Victor nor Brandon acted inconvenienced by helping us out and maintained an upbeat attitude in the early morning hours. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Great price, great service.This is by far the best place for towing. I called over 6 different Tow’s and this was the cheapest by far! They were so professional and quick. I’m never going to anyone else to tow my car. Especially since I don’t have AAA or anything like that. This place saved me soo much money compared to the others I called.

I wanna give a huge shout out to Victor with Blands Wrecker Service for helping my 16 year old daughter Liberty this afternoon. She had a tire blow out on State Road 46 in Ellettsville. He was there to tow someone elses vehicle. He changed her tire and got her on her way in no time. Bless him and the nice lady he was already assisting. Fastest tow service Ive ever experienced. Called AAA and within 30 minutes the tow truck arrived. The tow truck driver was nice as well, which means a lot when you are having to be towed.

AAA sent Chris to help us with a flat spare tire six miles off a paved road at a trail head. He was helpful, polite, and cheerful. Chris quickly got us up and going and even followed us out to a main road to make sure our tire would hold air. We were on our way within about an hour of first calling AAA!

Price Gougers.Charged us over $750 to drive 11 miles (per the Technicians log, they charged us for 17) and back the brakes off on our boat trailer because they were locked up at Monroe and we popped a tire. 1/2 hour drive 1 way and about an hour (1.5 hour max job, we have the phone records with the tech.), so a total of 2 to 2-1/2 hour job ($175 per hour, 2 hour minimum) and they charged us 3.75 hours, plus mileage, plus credit card fees. The only positive was that the tech. was very informative and told us when he got there and when he was done (Like I said, we have the phone records). I could have had someone from Indy drive down for that price.

Woke up this morning and my battery was completely dead Chris came out checked my battery cables cleaned them and got me going on my way being an Uber driver I appreciate the service very much

This one gets two separate ratings. The first, dispatch, gets 1 star from me. 👎 The reason is that I was quoted a price, then a mileage rate. I was not told that I had to pay for the truck to travel to and from my location. Only for the miles my vehicle was hooked up. The man that towed me that night gets 5 stars. He was quick, polite, intelligent, and spoke up for us to his management after learning that we were quoted the wrong price fron the dispatcher. Overall, Ill give it a 3. Be more informative to your customers/clients Blands.

Tow like you would expect. Show up rather late. Took well over an hour after initial call. On the more expensive side of towing services. Make sure to get an initial price check. Anything over 10 miles youll probably want someone else.

Nice guy, horrible policies. We have State Farm and towing coverage through them, and when they showed up they demanded money up front.They absolutely should have billed State Farm directly. But no, screw the one who was in a wreck even more. If you have insurance that handles towing, BEWARE.

We waited more than 1 1/2 hours for this towing company that was located 5 miles from where we needed a tire repaired. It was a sketchy apartment neighborhood at 1 in the morning and with a small child. When the guy finally showed up, he never said hello even though I did, and he never apologized for the long wait. He changed the tire but the customer service was severely lacking here. Lexis contracted with AAA to find this company. I wouldn’t recommend using them directly. Some sense of urgency and southern hospitality would go a long way here.

Everyone Loves to be stranded with five kids in 104 degree weather!

Their tow truck drivers are very rude and disrespectful, I would never tow from them again. Kens Westside Service & Towing are a way more professorial and they arent rude.

Be sure to inquire about all the hidden fees first. Driver of truck was very friendly but they arent informed about the numerous fees that they tack on once they have your car so IF you are going to use them make sure to call the actual shop and inquire about these first. My bill got very expensive and my car was there less than 24 hours.

I sold a car the person I sold it to didnt put in there name and drove it it broke down got a pink slip in the mail about it I called blands told them it wasnt mine anymore they told me they where getting ready to crush it and not to worry about it ,today I got a paper in the mail from the collection agency saying I owed $848.00 I never got a bill in the first place or I would of got it taken care of since I no longer owned that car

Very friendly people, helped to try to get my truck started, then called 2 other drivers to see about hauling my truck, trailer and tractor about 50 miles to my home, never asked about money until we where done, eventually got truck started, the bill was very reasonable.

The $125 bill that I was quoted over and over again turned into hidden charges that added up to $259 in less than 24 hours. No other fee was ever mentioned. Total scam artists that take advantage of people down on their luck. Office staff was beyond rude.

Towed me from visitors parking, not the first time this has happened. They scammed me and they will do it to you. Don’t use this service. These people are crooks
