While removing snow my tractor slipped into ditch. Southtown responded quickly to pull the tractor out safely. Friendly, professional services and rapid response.

We needed a tow to Bloomington from just outside Lexington. The gentleman who assisted us was one of the nicest guys and assured us he would get us wherever we needed to get. He was timely and extremely kind. We would highly recommend this towing company to anyone who needs help getting to somewhere.

The price of the tow was fair but the staff have no clue what they are doing. Southtown towed my vehicle off the interstate near Towanda to their shop. I had another tow company drive to Southtown to tow my vehicle to my house in Morton. When my tow company arrived, Southtown had no idea where my truck was or who I was even though I paid my bill maybe two hours prior. Staff was...a bunch of rude jack***es.

Have used them for large trucks and never an issue. Great company to work with!

Reasonable prices and very friendly

Service was great. Driver showed up within hour of calling. Hooked up motorhome and delivered to repair shop. Towing equipment worked great on motorhome. I would recommend Southtown Wrecker for towing motorhome and other large units. They have equipment to tow any vehicle.

Charged 100$ to move a small building from the back of our home to the back of our property. Would not give details of the price when i called to asked. Super over priced.
