I have seen so many changes during those 40+ years... and I can say that I feel grateful to the the people dedicated to offer US the opportunity to re-use... save money... and save the planet by re-using. I know... Many people wont agree with me... but Im happy with my thinking. I love LKQ. If you have time and nothing to do... Go to any LKQ location close to you... and Enjoy... Loved the experience. Got all my parts for a fraction of the price.

The staff is friendly and the place is easy to find. I liked the black top instead of the dirt. Still hot as balls so bring a sun-hat. New rules ask you to take a picture of the vehicle sticker with the QR code before you start pulling parts. Overall good experience.

As a customer prices change not consistent with some stuff but over all i have always found the car and part i needed. As an employee. I know this i always greet my customers with a smile and hello and wish them well as they leave i offer water bottles to everyone that looks thirsty. I guarantee thia you wull always get friendly customer service .

The receptionist named Jasmine is very rude, she took two hours to assist me. I was wating outside in 100 degree weather while she was inside chatting with her friend. However when they received my car they immediately took it in and she was still doing paperwork saying she might not give me the money with a horrible attitude. I would recommend to send this women to take customer service classes. She is not fit to work in an office attending people. And it is not fair because I wasnt doing anything for free I was selling my car. She has no consideration for the customer, she is rude, unprofessional and impolite.

Too expensive, not friendly, acted like I was bothering them to buy parts. They tack on warranties without asking and then suddenly they dont know how to offer refunds. I would say go somewhere else but LKQ has the monopoly on self serve auto wrecking. Just buy new parts its cheaper.

Great for same day parts , you gotta be the DIY guy with your own tools to get the best price. If you want help pulling parts , im sure theres always someone willing to help selflessly or charge you for some labor amd pulling the part you need for some cash.. Cover charge is $3 a/o 2021 . Lots of imports 90s and later models. Also trucks vans and suv domestic & imports. And did i Mention lots of good tires and casings. Not sure if minday Madness is still being promoted. Tires were $8-$15 used. They also have new sets! Good pricing the tires. I Consider it like like Disneyland for the people that love working on their own cars.

Sadly enough they never have my car in stock, and if they do it is so pick to the Bone theres nothing left to pick off of, I love going to this place I just dont like going when they dont have my car parts.Its not going to stop me from going in the future.

From all the LKQs that I been to, this location in Rialto is really organized, the ground is paimented and low grease. The only thing I dont like about it is when a car is recently pulled inside and you get notify on the app, when we go to look for the part, its already without the good parts. Like if they remove the good parts to sell them on the side or if they call other places so they can go remove them and sell them. I when to look for a front grill guard from a Ford Victoria that was pulled inside yesterday afternoon and when I got there today, it didnt have the grill that I was looking for.

Really nice people working here with good prices on parts. Only 3 bucks to go in and look around. Hand washing stands, soda machines, and wheelbarrows you can use to haul your tools and parts around with. Overall great experience.

This company was contracted with Kars4Kids to pick up a donation we had. I almost cancelled it before it happened because the rep who arranged my appointment was rather unpleasant. I emphasized CONTACTLESS delivery to this rep.Truck shows up, driver not wearing a mask and refusing my request to social-distance. He made snide remarks to me during the transaction.Very unprofessional and reflects poorly on Kars4Kids!

They keep the place clean ..youre not in the dirt laying on your back trying to Pull-A-Part.. good selection of what I was looking forjust ..an all-around good clean place to go pull your parts at..

LKQ overcharges for parts, a $3.00 entry fee,but they deduct $3.00 when you buy anything..Why? They dont give you back $3.00 they dont deduct $3.00 so they keep youre money without claiming it to the IRS

This pick a part is so customer centric. The gentleman at the entrance asks what you are looking for and for what car. Then he gives you a printout of what isle those cars are in. This saved me a good hour. I highly recommend this place.

Went by today and got ripped off by Brandon. Got two armrests and three light bulb pigtails and wanted to charge $59 I asked why so said those are the prices I told him Ill take the armrests a one pigtail which cost $35 When I got to the exit I noticed the bill said warranty so I asked the guy at the exit he said they dont ask anymore on the website they say optional I wasnt asked. Brandon is a thief is this how they run this location. Buyer beware

Kind is expensive for used car parts, it should be regulated, there seemed to be alot of hazardous material.People with special needs dont seem welcome, workers dont treat them right.While some people are just doing their job, others are very lazy and dont like to deal with their responsibilities. I dont know why come some to work if thats the case. There is the entrance worker that is very lazy, and a jerk.

Horrible customer service. The manager Stephan wasnt willing to work with me after the cashier made a mistake on my purchase. He acted like the issue wasnt a concern of his. He was very dismissive and unprofessional. Stay away from this place!!

Their domestic selection has shrunk drastically no selection whatsoever and their prices are pretty high on some of their stuff not happy anymore.

I love going to Pick a Part. Its my Disneyland! The service, however, at the Rialto location would put a certain mouse to shame. When I told the gu6 at the front, signing everyone in that,the only parts I had in my tool bag were body parts, rather than looking at me with disgust , he instead chuckled and told me I was in the right place and to pick a trunk! Hahaha!When the temp reached 100, around noon, they were giving free water.These guys and gals are kind, patient and knowledgeable. I found my new home store.

I was set on finding a pair of size tires 265/70R17 which I did. This place is huge and packed with all type of vehicles. Oh and cant forget about theyre every Monday $8.00 dollar deals it helps alot .Thank you LKQ for the service you and your staff provide for the community. 😎👍

Had a good experience this time at the LKQ Rialto.. Unfortunately I must pay an entry fee each time I enter an LKQ yard in the same day.Suggestion: charge a one time entry fee for all LKQ yards good for one day.

Great place. Good employees courteous, friendly, and helpful. They even have food available which makes it nice since anything else would not be close. Ive been to some places where it appears the employees could care less about you. I didnt feel like that here which I appreciate!

Parts are overpriced. They will buy your car if it in perfect shape and driven in--and willing to take $50.00 for it. They strip all the hot items off cars before putting it out for sale. Many parts are priced higher than new. I consider this place as a last ditch effort only.

Great little junkyard! I like that it isnt on a dirt road, although Im sure the asphalt is really hot in summer. I found the parts I needed and they even offered a military discount, which I happily accepted.

Im completely aware of the challenges they face in loss prevention with all the people who try to rip them off... Though the level of respect leadership and management treats customers and staff could still be greatly improved. Stephen and Marilyn at the front are superstars though.

I called the location, regarding a specific make & model, a representative suggested I checked the website; which helps a great deal because it provides pictures and vehicle location by row. In addition to that advantage, Prices are inexpensive. You can register yourself by Name and contact number, so you can take advantage of free entrance the next time youre short on cash.

Its a good place but somethings dont make sense when you buy parts, still a good place to me, you do save,,,,

The security literally STOLE from me. I bring my tool box in, and as usual, it is checked as I enter the facility. Later on as I’m leaving, I show my receipt for the items purchased and my tool box to the security. He then proceeds and takes stuff out my box and claims it’s not mine and I took it from the yard. Then why do they check in the entrance? These securities have to be more aware of what they are doing. I’m sure they could get into BIG trouble for falsely accusing people. Never will I go there again. DO NOT support a place where you’re literally treated like thieves!

I have been going to salvage yards for 50 years.... now it is just a once every year or so .....just get a part and do a history walk.... I paid $3 to get in and there were maybe 5 people there. I needed a odd wire and found it plus a splash shield.When I was in line the two guys in front of just left there items and walked away. I went to window and the wire with a few plugs on it was $6.35 plus the splash shield was $13.... I had already ordered the shield for $20 new delivered to my door with free shipping....I just wanted to see what they would ask.It is a sad day when online products delivered to your door with a free refund are getting to be a better deal than a pic a part price. LKQ needs to get real with their pricing. I just fee bad for all those out there who depend on a pic a part to keep their cars going.

Fresh crop of cars with every used part I need fixing one of my neighbors cars so far...way less than buying at Auto Parts store or dealer even lower than Online. Of course you have to get your hands dirty bring tools and pull your own part but worth a lil work for savings...Could do without the add on Vore Charges State and Environmental fees and taxes though

When you first get there the big guy is very rude I just wanted some visors then he wanted to argue Im a 49 year old man not a child and in times like these youd think theyd treat ppl better.

I was there last weekend an had a bad experience. Went and bought a roof rack for an old 4runner and before living the place I realized that Ive forgotten the small bag were I put the adjusters and the end caps for it, the guy at the entrance told me that I had to pay separate for those items, so I went back to the cashier and had to deal with a very unfriendly person who told me the same thing you have to pay I explained that those items belong to the rack I just purchased 5 minutes ago, but he didnt care and charged me additional $12.00. I asked to talk to the supervisor, the supervisor waved at me pointing out to next window and that was last time I saw him, waited for him about 10 minutes, but he never came out. $12.00 not a big deal, its the principal. I felt that I was cheated, disappointed and disrespected... I even mentioned to the unfriendly cashier that thats probably why people hides and still small items in to their pockets. Make sure sure if you go to one of these places to try to assemble your parts as much as you can, otherwise youll pay extra for something that you already bought.

Came a little late, and unfortunately they didnt have what I came for but I did manage to purchase a few other things that I came across. Place was the typical Pull-A-Part fare, well laid-out, plenty of space with ample opportunity to get what you need and awesome prices.

The people here are always pleasant and professional, theres nothing to complain about here. Most times, you will find what you need simply by looking.

My favorite place ever, its like a big play ground, I like this yard better than San Bernardino because they have a wider selection of cars and trucks, by downloading the app, you can look up the part car/truck ahead of time, and it eventells you will have row its in.. I went in found the parts I needed and was out in no time, FYI make sure to bring your own tools, they dont have tools for customers to use.

I love going to pick a part to find those parts that I just dont want to pay a lot of money for. Some people that come in here are really great I have to ask a gentleman for a hand just a couple weeks ago to get apart off he assists it until we got it off. He said he was shocked to see a woman there by herself but sometimes a girl has to do what she has to do. The only downfall of pick a part is I wish they would open at 6 a.m. before the sun was actually beating down our necks during the summer time so we could get our part and get out without being burnt

Lousy customer service. They act like theyre doing a lot, but the guy at the counter is out of his element. Im a woman, and I knew more about auto parts than he did. Spent 45 minutes looking at his computer screen, then wrote up an invoice that wasnt even close to what we discussed. Then they sent the part I wanted to another country! Its been 20 days now. Still no part, and no refund. $450 is a lot of money to be playing games with. And read the fine print....after 30 days, tbey wont refund anything. Its completely at their discretion?! I feel violated.

Been going here for about 20 years and ever since it became LKQ, it hasnt been better, the entrance went up to $3. Now there is no such thing as 50% off only 40% off and prices went up slightly definitely taking advantage of customers and does not sound good. Its sad to see these changes.

The clowns that work here arent even cops and theyre still extremely power hungry. I know this isnt some 5 star restaurant or something but regardless youre suppose to treat your customers with at least some sort of respect and not make them feel unwelcomed... how I felt after my experience here. 👎👎
