I have Filled in another Application for a One Bedroom. I am just Checking to see if my Application is Still on File and I see on line that a One Bedroom is Now available

Mrs. Alicia and Mrs. Angel are the sweetest people ever. They accommodate all needs and care about their residents. Thank you ladies for a job well done. We definitely need more people like y’all in this world.

I have mold an they came an sprayed sum thing then spray painted over it an it’s literally everywhere in my house I had to send my baby to his gg cause it’s so bad

They have rats and they dont do nothing about them. The water is dirty.

I dont smoke and I smell weed all in my apartment. The walls are thin. Neighbors get too loud. I have seen ten people live in a four bedroom apt. Raccoons are everywhere. It wont rain a lot and it stills flood. Of course, i have told the rent office about this but they dont care.

I dont live here but was a guest for a few weeks Mold on every wall, infested with roaches we bomb the place and sprayed it was no match to the many roaches there. Can literally hear the racoons scratching in the roof I assume was in attic. I know its low income but they can be much better

Dont ever move here.Mold in all the units Ive been in and all they do is paint over it. Theres roaches & gnats everywhere. I kept my apartment spotless and still had problems with bugs and mold. Theres trash everywhere outside. Ive had my car vandalized two times and nothing was done. Children set a fire next to my unit and nothing was done. There is no security on duty at all.Office staff is beyond rude. And the manager of Dominium is rude also. She talks to you like youre nothing. Ive had items stolen out of my apartment when the maintenance comes when Im out. A $500 necklace is MISSING. the office staff stole my rent money and when I found out about it they said they cant return it. They will just credit it. This is the sorriest place ever.

Always have trash every where people are loud, ghetto, disrespectful and the walls are too thin never move here if u do dont ever get a down stairs apt youll hear every thing from up stairs and you wont have any peace
