As a work from home employee, its a nice quiet complex. Lake view and is gorgeous and relaxing. Just watch your step due to some residents not cleaning up behind pet litter. Water bill confusing. Reduced water usage by washing twice a month instead 3 or 4 times a week and bill still the same, as far as my current short time here, the experience is as expected!

I should not have had to call a locksmith to open my door when my in-laws came in for the delivery of my child. Maintenance wouldnt take the $25 dollar fee after talking to me on the phone and I got a text message to call a locksmith.We have been seeing bugs in our apartments and of course they spray .....on the outside! I wish I would have looked better and found better properties to live in before signing a lease. We only have until May 31st....I wish we could get out sooner!

The apartment was recently rennovated which is a plus. However after living there several months we began to see pet waste left in the grass by residents, whole pots of food thrown off the balcony, bread, chicken legs andy kind of bone just thrown in the grass behind the building. Residents consistently smoked weed which made my whole living room and sons room smell horrible. Maintenance ignored a request for my air conditioning unit on a friday and when I called the office on Monday they said that their had been no work order placed. Is not quiet, people seem to always be outside talking loudly everyday during my sons nap time and again at his bedtime at night. We are only here temporarily due to Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta affecting our home. If we had moved in here to live more permanently we would be securing a new location ASAP.

Just moved in couple of weeks ago. Rent is reasonable. Michelle the Manager is helpful and friendly. Its quiet. Like that my balcony looks out on the lake. If there is a lot of traffic it takes me four minutes to get to work. Just what I needed. Excellent bandwidth and lag time is negligible with Spectrum.

I have lived at Lexington on the lake for 6 years no problem at all when some thing breaks they are right on it well kept up i really feel safe here

I wouldnt recommend nobody to stay here. the landlord Michelle walks in your apartment when she feel like it. she stole money out my apartment and was walking digging in my apartment looking for stuff and didnt even clean up or put stuff back after she finish snooping in my apartment. dumb thief. I been staying here for two years. I have never had a problem with the apartments till she started working there and then she doesnt wanna give me her boss number so i can report her stealing from me.

Nice family oriented place. Convenient location. Very relaxing to sit by the lake and feed the ducks.

Great spot for newly renters! Reasonably priced for location and area.

Always having problems with my ac. Ceiling fan in master bedroom makes noise. Reported it several times and theu still have NOT FIXED IT!!
