I think it is the best place to live in Beaumont. There are nice people who live here and nice workers. It is pet friendly, just an all around awesome place to live.

I was happy to find that they have furnished apartments as an option. I recently moved out on my own and this really helped me with not having to buy a place full of furniture.

I like living here and have not a single complaint since I moved in. The people who live here pretty much keep to themselves. So you dont have to worry about any obnoxious neighbors.

The first moment I arrived to tour the property they treated me with respect. The staff impressed me along with the community so I made the decision to move on site. The quality services and attention have continued even after I became a resident.

I lived here for a year and had a really great experience! The apartment, complex and amenities were always clean and functioning. The office staff and maintenance staff were always helpful, polite, and timely. They were exceptionally helpful anytime I needed anything and always very kind. The location is great too. Would highly recommend it!

I called for a private apartment tour and everyone was so nice. I really liked the community. It was clean. I can see myself calling Beaumont trace home in the future.

I didn’t end up moving to Beaumont, so I wasn’t able to live here:( But, the customer service I received while shopping around for an apartment was AMAZING! I will definitely live here when/if I get a transfer. I strongly suggest checking this place out.

We moved to Beaumont Trace almost 3 months ago from the East coast. We didnt have the luxury of visiting the area prior to our move. Our search was done completely online! Using an apt finder site, the Beaumont Trace Luxury Apartments, A Sedlin Company website & information from the attentive/friendly office staff, we made our decision. Since moving in I can truly say we love it here! The prices are very reasonable. We are super happy that we chose Beaumont Trace!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Had a few issues with my fridge but maintenance responded and remedied the issues within 20 minutes of making the request. Very satisfied with the service.

Beaumont Trace is a beautiful place to live. Neighbors are friendly and the workers are amazing. Maintenance does a great job. The people cleaning around the place always has a smile!

Our vehicle and several others were broken into while staying here. No cameras for security. In the process of moving, management decided to come in my apartment without notifying me, leave my doors unlocked and my storage door open with a lot of my belongings still inside. If you want to feel safe on your own home, dont move here. Oh and Haley, or Ashley, dont even think about commenting for me to reach out to address my concerns. I havent gotten anyone to answer my phone calls to management all day.

I love living here. Since the new manager, and leasing agent has started I’m beginning to see a difference. They’re so helpful and welcoming. There were minor things that needed to be addressed in the beginning, but Hailey and Chloe’ came along and started getting things together right away. If you have any issues they get it done. It doesn’t matter if it a simple question, you no longer have to worry about an attitude. These ladies are the BEST thing to happen to this complex since I moved in.

Don’t feel very safe, loud music and loud neighbors. Rent is too high for the quality

It is a great place to live and the staff is very nice. Its a pretty safe area. I am looking forward to living here for a few more years.

I have looked at almost every apartment community in the area and most dont compare when you add everything up. Beaumont Trace is well kept, spacious, safe with lots close by. The five star office staff and maintenance teams are above and beyond and always make me feel at home!!! Keep up the great work!!

I was visiting some relatives and they showed me around the property. I was pretty impressed with the apartment complex. The amenities were nice and the staff was super friendly.

I have been here for almost a year and I can say I love it here. The managers Ms.Joy and Ms. Leyla is awesome. They are very sweet, kind and understanding. These apartments are very spacious and nice. The best thing about it is that its peaceful and quit. I would highly recommend anyone to this place..

The best part about living here is the management. They are the absolute best!

Scummy place. I moved out and had no outstanding balance. After I moved out and closed my account they charged a $200 cleaning fee and utilities for months that I had moved out without making any attempt to notify me. They had my email, phone number and forwarding address yet chose to mail me my legal notification to the place I had moved out of. Ridiculous.

I absolutely loved this place until I realized how hard it is to get a straight answer from anyone, let alone a call back from someone discussing the application. Me and my husband have tried so hard to get in contact and when we do get into contact we get told that they will call us right back, and NEVER get a call back, and when we try to call them back, they NEVER answer. Completely disappointed, because this place is BEAUTIFUL and we would have loved to move there!

I just renewed my lease for another year because this apartment community is clean, very quick maintenance requests, good safety features, friendly neighbors, and good quality building.

The place itself was very nice but the staff was so rude and the bigger older lady was such a B#%&@, I had read reviews about Beaumont being racist but these females took it to the extreme; even questioning whether the monthly rent could be paid. Unfortunately anyone wanting to rent at this place has to go through these racist, rude witches, so renter beware

I moved here a few months ago from Washington and absolutely love where I live. Joy the main leasing agent was so friendly and welcoming. I was nervous moving before checking out the apartment, but Joy made me feel so comfortable for the move. She got to know me on a personal level and anytime I have a problem ( not even about the apartment) she acts like it is her problem and helps me try and fix it. I highly recommend living here it’s safe and kitchen appliances are awsome and new!

We lived there for only a short few months before we moved into our home once it was ready but what a great experience. The staff and management was accommodating in every way and went above and beyond all our expectations. The community is quiet and feels secure. They arent just pet tolerant they are pet friendly which was great for our 2 dogs. Although we were moving into our home it was actually tough to leave.Highly recommended place to live for anyone looking for a great 2-3 bedroom apartment while not breaking the bank.Thanks again to Laura and her staff!!

The front office will never answer the phone! You have to leave a note in the front mail box to get a call back about your package status in the front office. There are no weekend hours anymore. The office hours are 9-5pm M-F so you have no time to get your package if you work long hours.

I loved living here this past year! Nice and quiet community tucked in towards the outskirts of the city but still close enough to everything. Laura and staff were always nice and friendly, I never had any issues while my stay at Beaumont trace. Nice layouts, granite counter tops, modern kitchens...Youll enjoy living here too!!!

The Management and maintenance hands down one of the best that I had the honor to work with!! They are always welcoming and ready for anything!! When we had to move they were more then accommodating, answered the million questions I had, and they had our back when it came to cost!! Thank you very much for everything!!!

Ive lived here two years now. It is a safe and clean complex. I havent had any issues. The staff has always been nice when I went in to see them. It is def pricey to live here, but worth it if you are looking for a place that is safe, clean, and updated.

We havent lived in an apartment in over 25 years, and after relocating from California, Beaumont Trace was our best option while building our home. The spacious apartment is well-appointed with ceiling fans in every room, granite counters, wooden blinds, stainless steel appliances, and your own washer and dryer in an indoor laundry room. It was clean and the complex is well maintained; all repairs are promptly addressed. There is a little work out area with a tv and basic equipment. Garages are available for an additional fee, and they come with an automatic door opener. I thought I could live here forever until the unit above us was occupied by a herd of thundering horses. My dishes in the cupboard rattle from their heavy footsteps. Thats apartment life, I guess. My only other complaint is we are locked into 6 month lease increments. Even after residing here for 6 months, you cant convert to month-to-month without being GOUGED. Texas needs some tenant rights laws!

Do not rent here ! These people are definitely the worst ! They try to say that your apartment is dirty when you move out so you can pay ! They dont answer the phone when you call and they dont fix your requests ! The wall was coming apart and we had water damage ! We have made many complaints and they werent resolved ! Its definitely not worth the money and the management is terrible they go through so many employees and they arent on the same page !

Totally rude and uncaring front office personnel. Lived there for 9 months and whenever you went to the front office to discuss process to renew or give notice that we would be moving out, depending on who you talked to there was a different answer. Plus, the emergency weekend number in the lease is wrong. Lots of apartments in Beaumont. Avoid this one

Dont stay here! Your car will be broken into because theres not enough safety and security despite the gate which anyone can get into. They also just changed their payment system where now you can no longer do automatic draft and cant pay with cards without being charged a fee now for paying YOUR RENT of all things. Been here for almost a year and while I love Laura I hate this complex
