I stumbled upon Flats to Let because of a hurricane and it was the best decision I made. There was no price gouging since I needed it immediate I was told as soon as the utilities were on I could move in. I was given my keys that same week.

I am grateful to of had stumble acrossFlats to Let upon my arrival to Beaumont. I love the convenience of my place and the styled of their unique buildings. Jennifer has always been fantastic with my one and a half years with them and I have recommended others who rent from them due to my experience.

We saw an ad for a property in Old Town located near 7th Street in Beaumont. My husband and I instantly fell in love with the property. The Duplex has high ceilings, authentic hardwood flooring, and overall charm. Jennifer was patient & kind. When we moved out—we continued to recommend Flats to Let to our friends, family, and acquaintances.The best part about their properties are the location. It’s near Tacos La Bamba & Rosie’s Soul Food.If you haven’t given them a call, then you are missing out.

Ive been a tenant with this agency for 3 years and my experience has been phenomenal! I have received nothing but respect, compassion and professionalism from the owner and the staff. Im proud to call it HOME:)

My experience with them was great. I never had any issues.Jennifer was very nice and easy to get ahold of when I had questions. The house I rented was clean and bug free. I hate that I had to move because I loved it. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing property in the historical district, downtown. The application process was easy, the office manager was professional and helpful. The owner actually gave us the grand tour and made sure everything was in order for us when he gave us the keys.My SIL has been with the agency for a few years and is super happy with them, she told me of an apartment availabile and Im sure glad she did.

Ive had a very good experience with Flats To Let. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My apartment was clean and well kept. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our fridge went out one evening. Management got a repairman out the very next business day. Their properties are very well kept and staff is responsive via whichever contact method I request.

I would never recommend this agency to my worst enemy. They are scam artist and do not provide all of their tenants with a safe and healthy living environment. I paid a deposit and first months rent only to be placed in a home with fleas and mold with my 6 month old child. The owner himself wouldnt even stay in that filthy property let alone let his children, or grandchildren stay there. They are also very rude and the owner seems to be a racist. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND DO NOT RENT! It is also very safe to know the law when dealing with these people or they will try to get over on you!

I have been renting through Flats to Let for 3+ years and I love it. They are very attentive and quick with maintenance (The very small amount of times Ive needed it) I have zero complaints.

These people dont care if you are on time every month for years, if youre stuck in a bind they will evict you as soon as possible. My ex husband has never been late in 2 years and this month, with rent due on the 1st with the grace period of 5 days, he received a notice on the 8th requiring payment within 3 days. If he doesnt pay the amount in full in those 3 days he is considered evicted and will follow with legal proceedings.Mind you this all happened immediately after he called them to let them know what was going on and to make a genuine effort to make sure they know he wasnt trying to dodge or screw them.In the end, they wouldnt mind screwing anyone. Even a responsible and excellent tenate with a great job and two young children.Which means they will do it to anyone!!!!!!Trying to run a business - the male states to another friend of mine that had similar problems with them.Well, any good business owner should know that they wont be able to run much of a business if they dont have anyone else that will rent from them. What keeps business thriving is a repeat customer.We live in a small town where lifes easier and we all help each other out. It will eventually become impossible for them to rent, as we have a tendency to boycott terrible business that dont deserve clientele.Whether your an excellent or terrible tenant, it makes no difference to these people.I will tell everyone I know, and they will never find me renting from them again. I also know my friends value life and family as I do, so I know they will never rent from them for this reason!Good luck to you flats to let.

Owner is a racist, arrogant tool out to cheat and steal your money any way he can. Edit: in response to the reply...its funny because I never submitted an application haha. Nice try tho. These are terrible people and are making up stories now to discredit all of the terrible reviews they have accumulated

I was a resident for 10 months, and have had numerous rude experiences with the property manager over the phone. I had a water leak, and was without water for 4 days and was told that I could fill up my bathtub and use that to bathe and flush the toilet. I had termite damage on one window frame that was never addressed, and my floors were buckled in all the rooms due to water damage from the leak. I had neighbors that slammed the door at all hours of the night, and when I called the office they said they addressed the issue. It was never resolved. I was never late on my rent, or caused any issues and was told I would be charged an extra $200 because I was moving without a notice. My lease was signed for 3 months in December and I moved out in October. They are not the most professional rental agency, and their repairs are done half ass. I had a plumber there who was in my apt entryway about to pull his pants down, and had his wife on the job with him. In all my experience was not the best

Do yourself and family a favor and DO NOT I repeat DO NOT rent from them!! One thing they did when we decided ok we gonna take the House... asked me to turn the water on so they could clean the house but they never paid for the water and I had to pay extra to turn it on at my now home bc they lied saying they would send payment directly to the water company 🙄.... currently seeking legal advice

I have never been so humiliated in my life. There is a difference between PreApproved and APPROVED. After being approved for the apartment and told to come sign the lease, we were subsequently up-approved. I believe that Jennifer Tucker is an inefficient property manager and has a stereotypical approach to people of color. She is going to cause calamity to that business and I pray they can find help that will enhance their brand. Mr. David was a great man to confer with and I hate he has such lousy help in his office.
