Called to book and woman told us cottage was available!! Then told us to call back later in the day to chack availability????? Never called us back OR answered our booking appointment!?? Very unprofessional

I picked Seaside because when I found them on Google every review was 5 stars...29 of them. Im going to make it an even 30! This place was awesome. Quaint place with a killer view! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Boats for use in the small cove were a nice touch. Best of all were Gail and Carroll, the owners. They were great hosts and had a refreshing old school approach to managing the cottage - they dont take credit cards and they answer the phone directly when you call.

What a wonderful place to stay on MDI in Maine. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. Everything we wanted to do and see was close but we still felt like we got away from it all. The best part though was by far the beach with the sunsets!!!

Stayed for almost a week in September. Super clean cottage, kayaked almost everyday. Close enough to Bar Harbor and the park entrance, but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of the area. Look forward to one day returning.

Small cozy wooden cottages with a very comfortable feel. The floral decorations around the site are beautiful and the location beside the beach is also great. It is conveniently located right in the heart of St. Andrews which is also great.

Rented cottage six last week...better than I ever imagined....as EVERYONE else has said, the most beautiful location, perfectly clean and updated. So well equipped and the most gracious hosts. My only regret is not spending more time there but ACADIA beckoned us daily. Could have just stayed there and not gone anywhere (except lobster pound)! I hope to go back...it was THAT GOOD! And cant EVER forget the most spectacular sunsets and scenery. Watched bald eagles fly across cove every morning. TEN STARS!

I love seaside cottages because of everything they have to offer, there cottages are awesome and comfy. I can easily go swimming, kayaking, and cannoeing. While We stay there we go hiking to. Very good.

My wife and I have stayed at Seaside Cottages multiple times since the early 1980s. Every visit has been better than the last. The cottages are quaint, up to date and very clean and the views are spectacular.The LeLands are wonderful hosts and will supply you with what ever you need to make you stay enjoyable and comfortable.Thank you Gail and Carroll for all the years !Terry and Rose Davis

It wasnt a wonderful experience Carol and Gail were very welcoming into their world very relaxing quiet time to go to relax and get away from it all The Cottages were very clean and everything need the best time for me was it night complete quiet it was amazing cant wait to get back there next year

A Lovely place, we can totally recommend. The cottages are clean and are equiped with everything you need. They also have a Deck with barbecue and direct view on the ocean. The owner was very Nice. To Bar Harbour you drive 15 min.
