This is place is great you don’t have to put a ton of money down but the rent is a little high but all the utilities are included water, sewage, electricity and gas so it balances out at the end. It’s close to the inner harbor part and there is always activities to do there every weekend. All food places deliver to this building you just have to meet them down stairs. They put coffee out in the lobby from 6am to noon everyday for free so if you drink coffee that’s cool. They also have a business center with two computers and internet and a printer in there open 24/7. They also have a nice little gym in there with treadmills and bikes and weights open 24/7. The front desk ladies are definitely helpful and very accommodating. Overall it’s a great place to live I would definitely recommend moving here I had no complaints the whole time I stayed for 3 months for a traveling job! Help me help you I wanna become your number one google tour guide please like or comment!

Lived here for a about 6 months while looking to relocate permanently.Tay, Remota, and Deanna in the building management/leasing office are fantastic to work with! They were responsive to issues and very professional. Highly recommended to work with them!Overall, the building was comfortable, clean and safe. The small gym is a big plus. I was able to land one of the recently updated rooms that had a fantastic view of the clocktower, an added bonus! The apartment is full of a younger crowd, mostly students at the University of Maryland - Medical Center. I wouldnt say there was a strong sense of community, but folks were generally pretty friendly.Working from home wasnt a problem, and never had an issue with very noisy neighbors or late night parties. There were some barking dogs, but thats par the course for a pet friendly building!

Camden Courts did a lovely upgrade to our apartment! It was quick, well done, and the end result was truly beautiful. Especially the smart mirrors! Highly recommend.

Camden court has a wonderful location in Downtown Baltimore! They are so quick to fix any maintenance issue and offer free coffee and printing which is a huge plus being a student in the area. On top of that they have Ms Nicole at the front desk again! I absolutely love her. She is so friendly, outgoing, funny, and is always there to help whenever anyone needs it. Me Nicole actually gets to know the residents and it makes the atmosphere in this building feel more like home. She really makes this place complete and I hope she never leaves again, the replacements had big shoes to fill but I’m glad the original is back, go Camden!

An amazing spot for dental and medical students but best of all exceptional service by Tahsine Sheppard and Deanna Drumond. In a time of stress, the staff went out of their way to treat my son and roommates as a high priority with a constant smile and kind heart! The service they provided was a class act!! The cleanliness and maintenance are outstanding!

I dont have enough great things to say about Camden Court. Most importantly, management is amazing. Deanna and Nicole are quick to solve problems (big and small). They are friendly, will always say good morning, and actively work to make Camden the best it can be. To me, this is what makes Camden better from other apartment buildings in the area. The gym and study rooms are great spaces that are always kept clean. Printing is free and theres always coffee and cookies in the lobby. If you are a student at UMB, Camden is in the perfect location (under a 10 minute walk to school). Another big plus is that the rooms are quiet. Camden is the best!

My experience of this apartment is 100% better because of Nicole Mason. She brightens my day every time I see her, she is always helpful, and is always there for a good laugh. I was so sad when she left, and absolutely thrilled that she has returned. Best decision this new company has made, hiring Nicole back. She is the reason weve kept living here.

I didnt end up living here because there were other things for my personal situation that made living somewhere else a better option for me. But, these are great people. From the time I met Nicole and Deanna at the UMD Carey Law School fair, they were very helpful and informative. They promptly took me on a tour and showed me all of the units that met the criteria I was looking for and checked all of the boxes. When I had concerns about what I did not like or wanted to change they found a way to accommodate me.They were quick about sending me a quote and were very clear on pricing and how it would work. There werent any surprises. These are great units close to the law school for a near UNBEATABLE price. They have everything that were my nonnegotiable like washer and dryer in unit and a gym, and a full kitchen with a dish washer, package acceptance and AC/Heat that is controlled in the units.Plus, during our Live Housing Q&A with the current law students, one of them talked about living here and how accommodating they are. I especially like how they said that they do services request with a couple of hours. If you are an incoming 1L or a part of any other professional program at UMD this is a great close, affordable option.

Amazing place to live in a great location. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The carpet in one of my bedrooms was clean, but a little old and with some stains, and I told them if they could change it because my wife was having allergies, and the carpet was making it worse. They came and checked it, and in just a few days, they changed it. I recommend Camden Court 100 %. I got the rennovated 2-bed, which are amazing.

The building management is HORRENDOUS! Do not live here. They will scam you out of any “deposit” you give. They won’t mention a deposit unless you harass them for months. This has been a consistent issue with all my friends. My boyfriend didn’t get his deposit back for over 9 months since move out. I didn’t realize he’d be the lucky one for actually ever hearing back about it...

The Camden Court is a very nice place to live with excellent amenities. The Baltimore Arena is across the street. The light rail is next to the building giving it a true city living atmosphere. Its close to all the main downtown attractions, very close to Oriole Park, the Inner Harbor and The Charmtastic Mile.

I have always lived in Maryland, but in the more rural, southern parts of Maryland. Moving to Baltimore was a big change for me, but Camden Court was an amazing selection. When I came for a tour, there were nurses and doctors in the main area, which said to me that, right off the bat, this was probably a great complex and a great area to live in. I was not disappointed. The building was built in 2005 and many apartments were renovated again in 2015 (to my knowledge). Even the lowest upgraded apartments are really quite nice. My apartment is spacious and, combined with the location, is a really fair price for the area. The staff, Deanna, Brad, Moe, the Head of Maintenance (apologies as I’ve forgotten his name), Moe, Nicole, and a couple other front desk people are amazing. There was a mix-up when I first moved in because I worked with someone who previously worked for Camden Court and my expectations were that I was getting a fully renovated apartment. Deanna, Brad, and the Head of Maintenance apologized, but all worked together to find a great solution to the problem. The previous tenants slightly broke the ice tray and removed the glass bottom of the refrigerator. Deanna kindly filed service requests for me and maintenance was really very timely. The two aforementioned issues were things I didn’t really see until after move in because of the optical illusion of the reflection of the glass doors. In fact, I didn’t notice until after I tried to put something on the shelf that there wasn’t anything there, so there is really no way anyone would have noticed in the inspection of the apartment after the previous tenant. When I moved in, Moe was working at the front desk and greeted me. I reserved the service elevator ahead of time, but I wasn’t sure how to work it. Moe stayed and showed both me and the movers until I was comfortable we understood and he was exceptionally gracious about it. I’m not particularly comfortable with technology, but everyone has been really helpful in explaining processes or helping me along by doing things (like filing service requests for me).I’ve been here about a month now and the apartment is great. Everyone is quite and courteous. It’s really great to have security and 24 hour concierge. My school suggested Camden Court among other places, but Camden Court really blew me away with how kind everyone was and how beautiful the apartments are. There are two more things I want to address before I end my review: the fire department next door and disability. The fire department is located quite literally next door. It’s not at all a problem for me. I’m on the side closest to the fire department and I’ve never been woken up at all by the noise. It’s a city, so there can be outside noise, but I haven’t felt that it’s been prohibitive of anything. I am higher up in the building, but still.Lastly, I have a motor disability and Deanna was really great working with me to get a parking space inside the garage attached to the apartments. It’s a handicap space and she even gave me options to pick from! Camden Court has been very disability friendly from my experience so far, so, if that’s something that matters to you, this is a good place to be.*This review is based off my personal experiences and knowledge only.

Very much of a beurocracy. Dont get your parking from them, it will save you time and money if you directly deal with a nearby parking garage. Expensive apartments.
