They have very spacious apartments. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Especially Patrick who was very professional. He gave us a great tour around the apartments. I think it may have been the best tour I have been to in the Baltimore area.

I have lived here for over 2 months now. There is a lot to like about the building from amenities to location (easy 295 access and free fireworks shows on Orioles game nights). However: at move in, my apartment was not clean. Unsure if there was a pet residing in the apartment before me as there was an abundance of hair everywhere. Since moving in, I have had a package lost which I attribute to the overflow shared package lockers. I had ongoing electrical issues with my washing machine since shortly after moving in. Unfortunately I had an entire load of uniforms stained due to attempting to wash clothing on a Sunday/ outside of maintenance duty hours. Lastly - there is a train that blows by at all hours of the day and it is quite loud. You will hear it at least 5 times between 5 and 6 am.

I want to give a special mention to one of the staff, Patrick. He was very helpful and super patient dealing with our various questions. My family and I contacted other apartments as well but none of them gave as amazing service as him. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we have to cancel our plans to move to Baltimore but if the opportunity arises again we know who to call.

The property feels luxurious as advertised and if you have any doubt about leasing here, do it! Patrick was extremely helpful and friendly - taking the time to reach out and answer any questions with care. You can tell they really care about their residents individually. From touring the place to signing the lease to moving in, it was a seamless process.

I wanted to take a little time to really absorb the place before writing a review. Nearly everything about this place is amazing. The amenities. The location. The staff. The responsiveness to resident concerns. The cleanliness of the property - inside and out. How amazingly pet-centric this place is. The secure parking garage with reserved spots (for an additional fee). It is beyond amazing. Special shout out to Patrick and DJ that have been phenomenal. But.. My biggest fear with apartment living has been realized. You will hear the people above you. Youll hear them walk, drop things, drag things, etc. All day long, assuming they are home all day long as people seem to be these days. I really do love everything about this place, except the neighbor noise above.In addition - yes, there is crime in the area. Touching on the responsiveness I mentioned above, we now have an overnight security guard, which I wholeheartedly welcome. Between 1am and 5am, its a bit wild west *outside* the building some nights. If you have friends visit, make them park in the garage. Trust me.All in all, Id suggest living here if you like the area. In a majority of ways, it is amazing. And you are walking distance from a ton of restaraunts, bars, and Ravens and Orioles stadiums. Just be prepared for the nuances of city living. Im going with 4 stars only because of the lack of sound proofing between floors.

Moved in recently and have received great support from all the staff, especially Patrick in the leasing office and the maintenance team. They respond to concerns quickly and respectfully and Patrick is always available to help with my many questions! The attached garage feels very safe as well as all of the locked fob-only entry points. Ive enjoyed living here thus far and exploring the surrounding area!

Went in for a tour with Patrick and wanted to say that he did a wonderful job at showing the facilities and what Hanover cross Street had to offer. He took the time to understand me and gauge where I was on a personal level and wasn’t pushy like a salesman and was willing to work with me anyway he could. I do not know if I will choose to lease with them but I know that Patrick left a great impression on me.

Patrick was so kind and patient to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). The apartments were beautiful and they looked well taken care of. They look just as good in person as they do in the pictures -- and that was something I was worried about after moving to Baltimore from out of state. Although I didnt qualify for moving in, I appreciate his empathy for my situation and his charisma during this tedious apartment search. They treat everyone with dignity and I value that. I hope to reside with them in the future.

Watch out when moving out. Theyll encourage you to move out early, not say anything and when you do, then demand you pay rent for 2 months because its in the small print in your lease. Also the disregard from constant crime and drug use from people in the local area is hugely concerning, especially when they promote a happy neighborhood feel.

Hanover cross street is by far the best property I have toured in Baltimore. The ambiance is breathtaking, they have so many amenities to enjoy. Mareez was such an amazing help during the process. Ask for her!They’re also in the heart of federal hill, and everything is within walking distance to the building.

I stayed for a year, but wish I could have stayed longer. The entire Hanover team tried their hardest during this COVID year. From housekeeping, maintenance, moving managers, etc... they take really good care of this place. Definitely recommend.

I am selling a 4-bedroom house in Baltimore and I decided to downsize. I probably looked at more than a dozen properties. Ultimately, I found a house to rent that provided the space I needed. But, boy oh boy, the folks at Hanover Cross Street made that decision very hard to make. The units I looked at there were outstanding. Beautiful finishes and well designed. But even more than that, the staff is outstanding. From being greeted warmly and professionally, to giving me a personal tour of the building and grounds, to securing for me a very strong price offer on a 2-bedroom unit, the staff at Hanover Cross Street went above and beyond. It’s a beautiful place and my leasing consultant, Mareez, was absolutely delightful and charismatic. At some points I forgot I was actually in an apt building because it was so quiet. Usually in apt building you can hear everything the neighbors are doing and or talking about! I can say I didn’t! There are very few moments where I pay respect to management, but I applaud them, they were able to hire a young lady named Mareez with a certain type of charisma that you just dont see anymore. That firm of charisma is called authenticity, I’ve been shopping for apartments for weeks now as I move to Baltimore and the lack of interest, hospitality and respect I received from most complex’s was nothing short of average. Suffice it to say, I’ll be moving in shortly. If management ever reads this, thank you.

I visited a few living spaces to consider while my home is being built and although I found a few apartments I liked, I really liked Hanover but my decision was due to the amazing hospitality and customer service from DJ. I have lived in Hanover Cross Street since May 2018 and love it here. The building and amenities great, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is perfect. Walking distance to the stadiums, many restaurants/bars/shops, downtown, and the harbor. Also, parking is reasonably priced and having a garage is a must in Fed Hill. Management also hosts great events and parties, which are not to be missed.

I was in sort of a rush to move due to an unforeseen circumstance and I scheduled several property tours within a two day span. Hanover was my first stop and I really fell in love. I applied and still went to view the other properties. I found a sky rise that I absolutely loved in the heart of downtown. While beautiful, my final decision to stick with Hanover came really because of DJ. She was so warm and welcoming and she just gave me all the vibes. I felt at home as soon as I met her. Great location, awesome amenities, and super friendly staff. Hanover Cross St is in a prime location right next to downtown fed, the inner harbor, and both ball parks. It also helps being located so close to 95 which makes my commute simple. Overall great place.

I just moved in and I am IN LOVE! Staff are very friendly and my move in experience went very smooth. One of the staff members (Chris) helped me with everything during my application process and I moved in within 3 days after applying. The property is amazing! It is very clean and well kept. I am very happy and please that I moved here. A welcome card and gift bag with house supplies was awaiting when I moved in my apartment = )

I could not say better things about a place I have lived and rented from. They are pet friendly, as well. The amenities are great, as well. Ample parking in the garage, the dog wash was a god-send for me, and the gym was a nice addition as well.First, I moved from across the country. The leasing staff were exceptionally accommodating and patient with me. The move in process was painless, I showed up, had my keys, and that was it.For the year I lived there, the staff were extremely responsive. I never had an issue with timeliness in a response or professionalism.I will also say, the apartments are QUIET. There is a lot of things I could say about this apartment complex and it’s employees but one word that best describes what I have experienced so far is INCREDIBLE!From the very start of meeting the leasing agents when my father and I were looking to move to this complex of the professionalism and kindness I received from Elena, DJ, Carlyn, and Chris to all the help to make sure our moving was all taken care, doing last minute changes to make sure we move to the apartment we liked and how fast and organized everything was.I definitely recommend anyone to check Hanover cross apartments over any other apartment. Amazing modern complex, updated gym equipments, clean complex, amazing maintenance crew that makes sure everything is taken care of. As someone that had the worse experience with other apartments such as spinnaker bay apartments who was way over priced and the cleanliness was horrible, it was definitely an amazing upgrade.One other thing I need to mention is their rent price and how it is very competitive compared to other apartments, specially for the quality, style and cleanliness of the apartment your living in. Definitely worth it.

First off, I’ll start on a positive note that the property itself is amazing and beautiful. If you want to live somewhere that feels like you’re on a getaway this is the perfect place 👍🏼 But unfortunately, management and maintenance are horrible. They are unresponsive to personal emails pertaining to resident concerns but have no problem with sending out nasty mass emails to their residents.They fail to keep their word relating to maintenance and property issues and staff are flat out rude. They don’t show an ounce of friendliness to their residents. I’m not even sure how they have lasted this long in managing a property as luxury as this one. If you don’t mind dealing with these specific problems, then maybe/possibly it could be worth your $2,000+ rent.

This property has all of the amenities anyone needs to feel at home. The location is ideal and the staff is warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful.Its almost like being on vacation at a luxury resort but you live there full time. My favorite part of the property is the pool and fire pit. Pre and Post COVID this is a great place to get to know neighbors and truly feel part of a community.

As a big brother I feel safe that my little sister lives here. Safe neighborhood, pool, gym, 2 theaters! Im actually jealous, and will be visiting more often.

I lived in Hanover Cross Street for over a year, it was my first apartment in the area and overall made my first year in Baltimore a very positive experience. The amenities, staff, and maintenance were all very helpful and nice. I would have lived there longer if I could! The building overall is well kept, dog friendly, and very safe. The apartments are also very clean, and have ample space!

We have lived here for 2 years and DJ has been the one to help us with our leases, extension, any questions, etc. She goes out of her way to reach out and follow up with us and is always very cheerful! Our time here has been more pleasant because of her.

Ive lived here 2 years and I love it! The building is beautiful and so are the apartments.In no particular, my favorite things about living here are the location (the proximity to downtown and places to eat and go out in Fed), the enclosed and gated garage, courtyard with pool and grills, my beautiful bathroom, my high ceilings, my large closet, and the friendly staff.

Elena was awesome and made our application process and move-in smooth! She made sure we had everything we needed on move-in day and continues to exhibit excellent service!

Just moved in in December and I love it. I never thought Id enjoy being in the city. From the amenities, to the staff everyone is so pleasant and helpful, They even plan events for us each month. always clean, inside and out and the location is perfect for the local foodie. This area has every cuisine you could think of!

We had to find temporary housing after a fire in our house, and our insurance housing company called multiple buildings in the neighborhood. Hanover Cross was so kind and the only one that was willing to work with our special circumstances! DJ was so awesome from start to finish for the lease and move-in, even with a very expedited schedule and having to work with our insurance company.The space is great - everything has been very clean and management is responsive.

I have a corporate apartment there and this team is phenomenal. I called Chris yesterday and he personally went to my apartment to check on the condition of the unit. Due to COVID-19, it has been empty for 3+ months. He even turned the heat off and emptied the refrigerator and old food in the kitchen cabinets. This is the type of service Hanover Cross Street offers.

My overall impression from start to finish at HCS was impeccable! The community manager Cory, the leasing staff DJ and Carlyn, as well as Teresa were an absolute treat to visit with, in my short visit I met the entire staff and I felt right at home. How cool is that? It says a lot about the community when the entire staff are absolutely fab! Their customer service and attention to the detail was phenomenal. They identified the perfect apartment for me based on my must haves and nailed it! I truly recommend this community for your next place to call home. I sure will this upcoming spring!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on our virtual tour of Hanover Cross Street yesterday. We are newlyweds and have been house/apartment hunting for about a month now and have toured various apartments and row homes in fed/canton/fells at this point. When we setup our tour with Elena she immediately made us feel at home at ease with making sure we had everything we needed and was the most friendly person to work with. When we arrived to the leasing office we were greeted with the biggest smiles by DJ and Elena and I must say their level of service, positive attitude and just pure joy of speaking so highly about HCS made us start an application right there on the spot. The amenities are top notch with a resort style pool, beautiful terrace, grilling stations, private theater rooms, conference centers etc. and the units are the most beautiful layouts with closets big enough to be a den!Believe me when I say this-the level of service DJ and Elena provided for us definitely swayed our opinion and encouraged us to make our easy decision. You want the people you will be seeing almost everyday to be good people and first initial vibes we got were of pure joy! We are so excited to call HCS our new home.

From the tenant events, prompt service (both maintenance & general questions), & overall friendliness of the staff - Hanover really goes above & beyond! I recently visited my daughter who lives in this building. As a mother who works in healthcare I was more than happy to see the cleanliness(housekeepers were disinfecting the door knobs elevator buttons, key pads and other high touch areas helping to fight the COVID virus.), the security in this building helps to reassure me that my child is safe. The office staff are friendly and courteous they not only knew my daughter name but the name of her dog as well. They are very helpful answering any question that I had all while wearing mask and practicing social distancing. We were able to take a short walks to what I think are some of Baltimore best restaurants and shops. This building has several outstanding amenities ( most of which had restrictions due to COVID again happy to see that they have the safety of their residents in mind) looking forward to using them next time I visit.

We relocated to Cross Street around 5 months ago and are so happy to call this home! We love our apartment (floor to ceiling windows) and the convenience of so many great restaurants within walking distance! Highly recommend.

I had a very smooth move in process with help especially from DJ, one of the staff! She did an amazing job coordinating everything down to the last detail so that my partner and I would have a stress-free move in process. DJ is incredibly friendly and quick to respond to emails, and has been an amazing resource!

My girlfriend and I looked at about 15 different apartments (🙄). We met Theresa for a walk through and before we even got into the apartment she was more welcoming than any other apartment agent. She wasn’t pushy, she didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience as we were just walk ins, she was funny, and personable. This apartment was the perfect fit for us. It has a lot of closet space, large balcony, big living space, bath tub and shower, amazing pool area, REASONABLY PRICED PARKING, cut out for office space, large washers and dryers, and without a doubt the best staff that’s fun and super helpful. Great addition to Baltimore.

My time so far at Hanover Cross Street (even in the midst of a pandemic) as proven to be an incredible living experience. Even in these trying times (and I mean trying, because this COVID ordeal has residents acting like children at times), management has been nothing but cool, collected, and professional.I look forward to a few more years here and hope this review helps anyone who is on the fence.

I’ve been living here a few months and really enjoy it! The staff has been great and the space is beautiful and nicely kept. Very convenient location and parking. I would recommend living here!

From the moment I walked into Hanover Cross Street, I had such an amazing experience. Sara was so welcoming and eager to help my roommate and I find the perfect apartment. I could tell Sara truly and genuinely wanted my roommate and I to find a place where we would be happy. The whole experience was so pleasant and Sara was not only helpful, she was also professional and caring about our wants and needs in our apartment home. I am happy to say that my roommate and I applied to live at Hanover Cross Street the same night we first walked in to check it out. Thank you for your amazing help Sara, we are so happy to call this place home!!

The community is great and building is absolutely stunning. Big closets and good sized apartments. Amenities- pool, courtyard, gym and theaters etc are all beautiful and great places to hangout. Since weve moved in a few months ago weve had a few maintenance issues, all of which have been resolved quickly. One time we even had maintenance at our door within 30 minutes of putting in a request! All the staff (leasing and maintenance etc) are very helpful and go the extra mile to make your living experience great!

I really like living here for multiple reasons. I feel that I have become a part of the Hanover Cross st community, mainly due to the efforts of the leasing team. Specifically, Sara and Logan have been extremely helpful in every stage of our stay at Hanover. Their first class treatment keeps us comfortable and we would recommend Hanover to any and everyone

I been on a tour there before but this tour with DJ showed the best options for my cousins budget. She was also very pleasant making me reconsider my recent move. 10/+]

My cousin and I just moved into a two bedroom apartment here at Hanover Cross Street. Amazing complex in the middle of Baltimore. Having the highway right next to us is so convenient for commute.The cherry on top with Hanover is the leasing office. The absolute and most professional group of mangers I have ever worked with in regards to apartment management. Theresa and the rest of her staff are fantastic. All intangibles such as patience, professionalism, and kindness are represented in that office. Give them a call and set up a tour here, you will not regret it!

Carlyn is the absolute best! I had the pleasure of visiting with her yesterday and I couldnt be more impressed. She has amazing energy and professionalism. The community is awesome as well; lots of unique features. Definitely at the top of my search list. Just ask for Carlyn when stopping by.

Hanover Cross Street is a wonderful community. Although I am not a resident, the building and all of the amenities are stunning! Logan in the leasing office was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met and always willing to help with whatever she can!
