Recently moved into this apartment complex from Essex, I must say 3 words, I LOVE IT. The staff and management team are superior. My apartment is very warm and welcoming. Close to the highway and lots of stores, very convenient for me and my family! Thank you guys

Just moved here from the Eastern Shore of MD. I must thank Devonia for being extremely helpful, patience, and friendly!!! The rental process was quick and easy. I am BIG when it comes to Customer Service and I must say Devonia exceeded my expectations.

This is a review for Devonia, the assistant leasing manager! Will return to review the apartment after a few months. Devonia was very helpful in making the process of seeing, applying for, and moving into an apartment. She was a quick and clear communicator, friendly, and straightforward about what needed to be done.

Devonia was extremely helpful! This was my first time going through the apartment renting process. She answered all of my many questions and was thorough. The apartment was nicely updated with the surrounding community being quiet and decent as well

Great tour. Devonia answered all my questions truthfully and was very nice! Even though I didnt get an apartment here due to a change in my programs campus location, this is definitely the best place for value in Baltimore.

I just wanted to say what an awesome experience I had with Rock Glen Apt Leasing office. I made an appointment with Ms. Devonia today @ 10AM & I must say it was awesome!!! Eventhough i was a few minutes late Ms. Devonia was very forgiving and understanding. She was readily waiting for me and greeted me with a smile. Once introductions were in order she was happily available to show me a model unit. The new renovated unit was absolutely great & met my expectations. She then thoroughly went over the propertys brochure packet with me and answered all of my questions. Her knowledge and customer service skills are superb. This was the best experience for me while shopping for a place to live. I would recommend this location to my family & friends.

Ms. Devonia has been helpful throughout the entire rental process. The process was quick and easy and all of my questions got answered within minutes! Quick responses to my email within minutes! I haven’t got a chance to tour my apartment yet because of my schedule but Ms.Devonia has made my process go by much smoother. I am expected to move in next month and I can’t wait to see and live in my apartment !

I was apartment hunting and saw such great reviews about this place and the manager. I reached out questioning what units were available. After reaching out several times and finally receiving an answer, I was told the unit I saw was available. I reached out several more times with reminder emails and finally scheduled an apartment tour. Upon touring was immediately notified that they did not have this unit available. I was still shown the unavailable apartment. I was then shown on a cellphone what unit was available. I was heartbroken that the unit I was told was available now all of a sudden was not. Was this a sales tactic to get people in? Probably. After the tour, I reached back out several times asking for pictures of the second unit I was shown because there were no pictures online. I have still not heard back. Ifs frustrating because I was interested in renting here, but seeing that it’s this much of a hassle to get in contact with management before renting, I should take this as a warning.

Devonia is amazing always answers calls and questions really quick and is very helpful with anything you need maintenance is quick never had a problem that wasn’t fixed within a day and the apartments are spacious

I am currently trying to find an apartment and Devonia at the front office has been the nicest and most helpful person I’ve encountered during this process.

When my wife and I were going through tough times and couldnt pay our rent on time, the property management staff at Rock Glen (Devonia and Shannon) worked with us and treated us with respect, and supported us through it. They remain professional and when we need something, they respond in a timely manner.

I moved here August 5, I rent a basic one bed room for 875. Nothing in the apartment was updated, cabinets door handles were falling off, stove was dirty and old fashion ( my boyfriend was furious) said the apartment look creepy. So I requested a newly renovated apartment. I always would like a top floor with a balcony apartment but they didn’t have any renovated. Only ground floor. I checked out the ground floor model and the kitchen , bathroom and living looks nice. It’s now October 5 I pay for my newly renovated apartment 995 now. And my lease started over. I am now having a cricket 🦗 problem in my apartment , the installed washing machine doesn’t work. I’m am totally not a fan of bug! So I’m really unhappy 🙁 this is crazy. Trying to figure out another option with this Apartment. I want to get rid of these bugs

So far Rock Glen has been nothing but great. This location definitely works for me . Its close to just about everything and its minutes from my job which is the best part. They always make sure they keep the area clean and the ladies in the rental office are always so polite. Im so glad I made my final decision with Rock Glen Apartments.

Moved in June 1 2019 Lykiea and Shannon was very welcoming.. its extremely quiet here.. I love the renovation.. maintenance is not all that professional but I guess you get what you pay for . Im ok for now

I lived here almost a year ago. The woods are gorgeous and thats where the good points end. There are bugs and mice everywhere. You have to fight through the moths to get to your door during the summer. Wasps are everywhere. There isnt enough parking. Maintenance is a messand does half behind work while leaving surly notes behind for you. The leasing office is incompetent and the only way you ever really get results is to call the parent company and complain. Theyre shady. Theyre are hidden fees and read your lease carefully because of you move in after the first of the month, they force you to stay am extra month or pay two months rent to break your lease. The laundry Room in the building looks like a crime scene. I will never recommend this place ever.

This is the worst place ever to do business with. Save your money and dont waste your time. I applied to the property and was told I was approved and that I would receive my offer letter in my email. The next day I called to inquiry about my offer and I was told I was denied?????? I was like well you just told me yesterday I was approved and I had already gave notice to my property that I am moving. They was like oh im sorry and its nothing we can do. Now I am without a place to go thanks to rock glen apt. How can you approve someone then take it back, I think they already had the apartment saved for someone else thats why they did that

Great apartment, they have grounds cleaning everyday, maintenance has a quick response time and I have yet to see any pests. Got the old version apartment and still not that bad

Don’t move here really bad mice problem! Maintenance HALF FIX EVERYTHING! Wish I never moved here! Can’t never get a parking space I always have to park on the street and it’s supposed to be private parking smh 2 buildings share 2 washing machines & dryer and they need to be updated! You have to put your clothes on 2 spin cycles to get all the water out. I called about it nothings been fixed so now I go to a laundromat outside the building if I could I would give this mess of a place no stars it sucks! And Shannon the property manager doesn’t do anything and always fake concerned but doesn’t get anything done!

I just recently moved into my new renovated apartment and i am completely in love with it everything is soooooo beautiful here, Mrs shannon & mrs Lykeia were very helpful from the moment i walked in and so nice i will definitely be referring this place to others

This apartment is so ghetto and they will look for every way to drain money out of you. I lived here for 2.5 years, started with about $690 for a 1-bedroom, ended up paying about $900 for this ghetto apartment. When moving out, they charged me a notorious amount-over $300 amount for a useless carpet that needed to be changed anyways. The carpet that had already lost its texture from the years.Also, they would change all of their system without informing you. The storage was demolished and restructured without informing the tenants, I suddenly went to the storage and found that it had been locked, keys changed, all my stored items were no where to be found, probably stolen or thrown away. I called, and they just told me to come get the new key because they changed it. What in the world!!!The washing machine is ghetto, little and old, you would be better off going outside to wash your clothes. Only 2 machines and 2 dryers for 2 huge buildings. Once you wash your clothes there, it losses its color and smells very nasty. I never knew this, until I saw my friend from another building come to my building to wash clothes, saying she was given same keys. Really? 2 Building- 2 Washer and Dryers? RidiculousThey also changed their online payment system without informing tenants, when it was time to pay rent, you had to start all over again like a new tenant, calling the apt office for a useless code, adding new account, making life very uncomfortable. They are very disorganized.There is nothing interesting or good about here, they never upgrade anything, but they keep increasing their rent like crazy. Save ur money and rent a better place. I came in as a UMBC student; I am now a graduate and I felt like a lottery winner when I was moving out.

I would like to commend Ms. Lakeyia Edmonds on her professionalism! She was courteous, patient and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me with my leasing experience and it is because of Lakeiya that Signature Properties comes highly recommended in my book! Thank you Lakeiya for everything!

Watch out for your things being stolen if you move here !!!!!!!! The apartment I was in was broken into soon after moving in, so get rental insurance right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and how would you like your car stolen? How about having your car stolen right off the lot and no one addresses it even after you file a police report ? In addition to all of this I will say , the maintenance is pretty good even though it has changed over the years. The people at front office change frequently as well, oh and lets not forget about the the power going frequently depending on the area that you live in at Rock Glen. But back to things getting stolen...My advice again is to it get renters insurance early if you move here !!!!!! Do it right after you move in please dont waste time !!!!!! Keep your apartment clean (to avoid mice) and get a Wheel Lock and alarm, because depending on where you live in these apartment complexes people come in and out of the parking lot frequently to use the dumpster (even though they put a sign that up that everyone ignores) random people also would use the laundry rooms in the past but now there are key cards for the laundry room instead of coins so that has cut down on intruders. I will also repeat if you drive an older car get a Wheel Lock and also have an alarm ! Oh and get used to the second hand smoke.Just a warning. Just be aware of your surroundings if you plan to move here...

3 words Lakeyia Lakeyia Lakeyia!She has made this could-be stressful experience the most easiest renting experience Ive ever had to deal with. Im only familiar with the Baltimore area because my job is located in Catonsville so looking for nice areas to rent is stressful. Lakeyia is beyond helpful, knowledgeable and genuine. I did my research and saw previous reviews but I took a chance anyways and meeting Lakeyia was a breath of fresh air. Shes personable, professional, relatable and sticks to her word. If this company does training courses for new-hires Lakeyia needs to be a speaker and trainer because they way she does her job should be the expectation and blueprint. I am happy with my unit and look fwd to renting here for a while. Thank you Lakeyia so much for being at the right place at the right time.

I moved here in July 17 and i can’t wait to leave and get a house. Don’t get me wrong when i 1st moved here i only had about 3 maybe 4 tents in my building.p It was normally quite expect my downstairs neighbor fussing with her bf everynight n every morning, then a few months ago it seem like they just wanted to fill the vacant WITH ANYBODY willing to pay. It’s ALWAYS fussing n fighting and crying babies & police being called . I lost my job and asked for them to work with me and the answer was NO. I had an eviction for a Monday and said i got paid that Friday they basically said “so what we want it Monday” I can’t wait for my lease to be UP so i can MOVE. When you are late on your rent they will not allow maintance to fix ANYTHING. Smh they leave you constant notes on your door allowing others to know about your situation. For what you pay MOVE TO the actually county.

These apartments are so trifling. Extra charges, maintenance doesnt help, and dont get me started about the management staff. They are nasty and have the worst attitudes. Save yourself the hassle and move elsewhere. Not to mention the shooting that recently occurred with bullets flying through windows. Dont move here if you dont want to get shot.

There are mice in certain buildings I guess especially if you are near the woods, complained about the problem and all they did was put old mouse traps down under my sink( clearly that doesnt work) if they run over my stove and counter. My lease is almost up but in order for me to stay I requested to be transferred to a front balcony apartment. One person says theres a waiting list and since my least will b e up soon I will be at the top of the list obviously thats not true because Ive seen 4 front balcony apartments get cleaned and no one called and said hey we have one available. When I call its oh youre still on the list..?? smh I dont like living near the woods because too many bugs and there is rodents. Maintaince sucks! seems like there is just one person working and it takes them forever to fix something and you have to call them almost everyday to see when they are coming to fix the problem. Contemplating on biting the bullet to pay an extra $190 to do a 6month lease if I cant find a new place in time because I cant stay another whole year here.

I have been living here for a month today and I hate it! Please save your money and move somewhere else. I cant wait to leave!!!
