The building and my apartment were both lovely, and management was great (friendly, helpful, responsive). Highly recommended if youre looking to live in the area

Not a tenant. I wanted to be. I cannot stand my time being wasted. I called about a two bedroom for 10/31. The person who answered (they dont announce their names) asked me all these questions, and took a significant amount of time waiting for a system to load that was supposed to determine whether or not there was an apartment available that met my standards. He said he found one. He asked me if I wanted to go on a tour; Then he told me he couldnt schedule the tour, someone else had to do it, and they would call me back. No one called me back. I received an email later on stating that they didnt have any two bedrooms. They then went on to tell me about all their one bedrooms-one doesnt go from needing a two bedroom to not needing one just because thats all you have available. I called just to point out that nobody called me back, and they said Im sorry, I dont know who you spoke to, but we dont have any two bedrooms, and we wont. He then started telling me about their one bedrooms, again. I have a near adult human in my care, I need a two bedroom. More than that, I shouldnt have to repeat myself multiple times when I say I need a certain amount of rooms. Thats not something you can convince me to change my mind on. Again, I hate my time being wasted. This is the kind of thing that makes me not consider or recommend people in the future.

Ive been in this building since Jan 2017. I LOVE it. Steven, the Assistant Manager is amazing. I dont know why they simply dont make him the manager. He goes out of his way for all residents. Tony, the Maintenance Manager, is amazing, as well. I mean, as selfish as it is, I dont ever want them to leave as long as Im living there. I have no plans of leaving anytime soon.

Our experience living at the Lenore has been fantastic. Weve been here for almost one year, and we cant wait to re-sign our lease for another. The location is great; we are walking distance to Streets Market and lots of great bars and restaurants, and we always feel very safe in this area. The management team is *wonderful.* Weve only ever had one maintenance issue and it was addressed very quickly. Besides that, they are always so pleasant and willing to assist us with anything that comes up. And of course, its nice to live in such a gorgeous, historically rich building. I highly recommend the Lenore!

Been at the Lenore for almost 2 years and I absolutely LOVE it! First off, the building is absolutely beautiful and is in a very central and convenient location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When you meet Steven, the assistant property manager, you will fall in love with him. He is so friendly, funny and informative. Terresina was the property manager when we first arrived and she was great. The new property manager, Mary has been awesome at handling any issues that we’ve had with our apartment. You can expect at least 1 (on most days both) members of the management team in their office every single day. Also, both Mary and Steven are very responsive to emails and are always quick to take action. Tony and Henry are the maintenance men of the building and not only are they friendly but they are great at what they do. Overall, you won’t be disappointed living at the Lenore!

I lived at the Lenore in 2014/2015 during my internship at the Mercy Medical Center. I was walking around looking for apartments after searching online, and noticed this amazing building near the hospital. Thankfully I walked in and within 2 days, I moved in. Excellent location. I did not even need a car during my stay which saved me tons of money to use in a gorgeous 1 bedroom apartment. Breathtaking building and amazing apartments. Till this day, I have not found an apartment building to give me the same experience. They did have issues with heat in 2014/2015 which hopefully have been resolved by now, but that is the only reason I gave them 4 stars.

My wife and I have lived at The Lenore since June of 2016 and have loved every minute of it! The Lenore itself is a beautifully maintained piece of history with staff that are always available to assist their tenants. At a great price, location and accommodations, The Lenore is the perfect place to call home!

If you want to live in downtown Baltimore the Lenore is where you should be. Its a beautiful and historic building, almost brand-new and modern apartments, and nice amenities. The management is also extremely humble, friendly, helpful, and fast. I lived there my whole first year in Baltimore and have zero complaints about my experience with the building. Only thing that can be improved and promoted: the gym facility on the first floor.

Ive been living at the Lenore going on 4 months now, and I have absolutely 0 complaints. From the staff, who are awesome on a daily basis, to how central the location is, to how peaceful and quiet it is at all times. Im looking forward to signing on for another year when this lease is up.

I love living at The Lenore!I moved to The Lenore from an apartment just one block away and I could not have made a better decision. After a particularly stressful day at the my old building, I walked into the building unannounced and within a week, I had signed my lease with The Lenore. All of the management is so nice and maintenance orders are done timely and correctly. Having the dog park in the building is a lifesaver and the dog waste bags are always kept in stock. While the gym is small, I can get a quality workout with what is available and the machines are never down for maintenance. I am unfortunately moving out of Baltimore for educational reasons but if I was staying, I honestly couldnt imagine living anywhere else!

We loved living here. We didnt love paying to park on the parking garage. Rent is a bit high too, but you def get what you pay for. Great staff as well.

The Lenore is a marvelous luxury apartment building that is located only a few blocks from the Inner Harbor and The Charmtastic Mile. Its also close to historic Mt Vernon. The renovated building has great amenities and is close to all the main downtown restaurants, hotels and shops.

Been a resident since January. I love it here! No complaints at all. Everyone is friendly..even the pets lolI just love the atmosphere! Property manager is AWSOME!

During last two years I have moved in and out of couple of places and I can tell you that I have had the best experience with The Lenore. Brittnay is an amazing manager and other staff are very friendly helpful. They all go above and beyond their responsibilities to make us feel comfortable.The complex provides a family-feeling, has an unbeatable rent rate comparing to similar places in dowtown and is safe and clean. I have lived here for a few weeks so far and loved it.
