Ive been looking for somebody to be my waxing person for 8 years. I moved from Houston to Austin 8 years ago and have been traveling home to get my eyebrows done. I am so thankful they listened to what I wanted and offered amazing service. Cant wait to go back & take my daughter!

I absolutely adore Andrea. She is great at what she does, she is very sweet, and very professional. She makes me feel so comfortable, and she’s done an amazing job with my services every time I’ve come. If she doesn’t have any appointments available, I’ll wait until I can get one rather than seeing someone new. I almost didn’t want to leave a review since she may get booked up more from people seeing nice reviews, but she so deserves it!!

I highly recommend this place. The person at the front desk, Deanna, was very courteous, inviting, and friendly. Amanda clearly knows what she is doing, she prepped me up and asked how I wanted it to look like. She took her time and did an amazing job with my eyebrows.Both Amanda and Deanna were very nice and made the experience 10 times better.

My third time coming here to get my brows waxed and every time has been an amazing experience. My specialist, Amanda, has truly done my brows justice. I can be pretty particular about how my brows are shaped, but with Amanda I can completely put my trust into her hands as she works her magic. Even though I live 20+ minutes from this location, I will keep coming just for her! Deanna is also a lovely as a front desk worker. I highly recommend their brow gel if you are like me and have uncontrollable brows that won’t stay in place. Definitely worth the cost!!

I absolutely loved my treatment with a Karena. She made sure I was pleased with the treatment . The front office ladies were nice enough to move me up to an earlier time slot when I arrived early .

I get waxed by Andrea and she is amazing and quick! Since day one of her being my wax specialist I have been comfortable around her. She talked me through the experience and it was my first ever Brazilian; I have been getting waxed by her for a little over half a year now.Amazing job Andrea!

I was able to call same day and schedule an appointment. I got Monica cause my normal girl has moved away. Monica was amazing! Professional and quick! She knows what shes doing and helps by talking to you through everything. Honestly we laughed most the time. The packages are on sale right now until the end of this month and I got one I was so pleased! Summer is coming up and Monica is now my go to girl! The place was clean and efficient, front desk ladies were positive and sweet!

I’ve had great experiences at this location. Today I had a service with Amanda, it was my first time with her. She was great to chat with and her technique was perfect. The service was virtually pain free. She pays great attention to detail and she gave me tips to help my skin.

This was my first time going to a European Wax Center & it did not disappoint. Monica did my wax today & she talked me through everything she was doing, but we also had constant conversation through the appointment. Loved my experience- will definitely be returning!

The facility is super clean and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Frankie at Lakeline is amazing, she’s super efficient, making the experience quick and painless but also takes time to make you feel so comfortable and is the most cheerful and professional wax specialist!

Everyone was nice and friendly. Very prompt. I got a Brazilian and I don’t normally get waxed but the esthetician made me feel very comfortable and got through the service quickly which I appreciated. She told me about aftercare and I was able to pick out a good lotion from the front- Megan was the one who helped me and she was super nice and helped me decide which product would be best for me. Really poor service and harassment. Showed up to my appointment Tuesday, only to be told that it was moved to Saturday, without notifying me or without my consent.Then Friday I get reminders about an appointment I never made from an automated messaging service. Why?The front desk is an absolute mess! I’m sure the waxer’s are solid but that front desk is trash tho

Had brow wax done, no make up or fill in done. Could’ve paid $10 at nail salon for same. Was charged for Brazilian when received a full bikini. Attempted to call to discuss with manager, put on hold and never picked back up phone. My waxer is always kind so that’s a plus.

I have been going here for about two years. I will schedule an appointment in advance anywhere from a few days to a few weeks out. I have been called and left voicemails numerous times stating I missed my wax when I wasn’t scheduled to have one. Then I have to call and say that I was scheduled for a different date and I didn’t miss my wax. Today I made an appointment for 12:45. There is a commercial being shot in my neighborhood so it took longer to get out. I called and said I was running a few mins behind. The woman who answered said they had a 9 min late policy. I figured I would be there by the 9 min mark. Sure enough i pulled into the parking lot right at 8 mins found a parking spot and walked in. I told her my name and she said unfortunately you have passed the 9 min mark so we can’t wax you. I guess when I walked in it hit 10 mins. I asked her if I was there ONE minute before they could’ve seen me. She said yes, I told her that makes no sense that I had walked in while it was still on the 9 minute mark. Awful customer service. Last time I went about a month ago my eyebrows didn’t even look like they got waxed and I had to go home and pluck way more off. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service of this location. This is not how you treat customers. I have had to wait 10-15 mins NUMEROUS times to see a waxer for a scheduled appointment.

I have never thought about waxing anything. I got tired of constantly trimming. I was told I should wax. So about 2 months ago I went into this establishment. The experience couldnt have been better. Everyone was wearing masks and the place had great vibes to it. I was greeted immediately by Briana, she was on top of things. The manager Megan walked out and she was crazy nice and just amazing... I then met the tech Allison. She made me feel comfortable when I was crazy nervous and did a perfect job. As I was leaving they all said bye... This experience is the reason I went back about 8 weeks later. The second experience here was just as perfect as the first. This time the tech was Frankie. She was awesome and did a great job.. Thank you ladies. I will be back 👍😊

I would leave Natasha 10000 stars if I could. She’s always so friendly and makes a normally painful experience so easy. I genuinely look forward to seeing her every time I get waxed. Absolutely request her specifically and tip her well because she is a gem. I also really appreciate the rest of the staff at this location as well. The girls at the front desk are always so sweet and work with me every time I fail at adulting and forget my appointment (don’t be like me) and Megan does a really great job managing everything. 10/10 recommend!

Natisha is the best hands down! I have seen her for almost two years for my brows. I always get comments on how good they look. EWC is such a nice place and the wax hurts much less than other waxes. Do yourself a favor and try it out. The first wax is truly free!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location and the people at the front lied to me about some policy they have. I asked another European Wax Center location about the policy I was told here and the other location said there was no policy. Liars deserve no respect.

The staff here is great and I’ve never had a bad or sub-par experience here. Paula is wonderful and the best technician I’ve ever had. She is skilled and makes sure the waxing sessions are as painless as possible. She has great bedside manner, makes me feel comfortable, and is easy to talk to (that’s coming from an introvert). She is knowledgeable about their products but doesn’t try to up-sell or push products in your face.
