I love the small, friendly environment as I get major anxiety from pretentious spas who always have more services to sell. My more recent appointment was canceled due to tech having “covid exposure” and was I told I would be contacted to reschedule, which I never was (rude!), totally fine — I’m going back to my original place it’s worth it for a little more money to see lasting results.I went here for five electrolysis appointments, but have not seen an improvement as I was at my other electrolysis place.The appointments did run on them and the facility was clean.

I was scheduled and serviced according to myvery particular schedule and was contacted before my first electrolysis appointment to allow any additional concerns I had to be addressed.I also appreciated their very thorough COVID guidelines they had in place. I felt very secure once I arrived that I wouldn’t be exposed. I also appreciated how up front they were about a recent COVID experience they had and was provided updated and recent tests they had. I was provided up to 3 recent negative tests they received 14 days after any symptoms they had after exposure. They immediately offered to rescheduled if I wanted more time before seeing them.This place is run like a surgeons office when it comes to knowledge and process or procedural techniques. I wasn’t sold lies or promises and I was also not pressured into buying packages upfront like most places. I hate being pressure into buying a package that promises something that usually isn’t possible and out $$$$. This is not that kind of place and I’ve never felt more at ease with spending money on hair removal than I have after my first appointment. Follow up care and instructions made my time here all worth it. I highly recommend L.E.S. I was not disappointed and I wouldn’t waste my time or money elsewhere, especially at an overpriced dermatologist who doesn’t administer the equipment. I will never support another place and have found my go to hair removal people after 20 years of trying :)

Sasha is incredible and I would never go anywhere else! She’s tough on hair, gentle for you, and is highly skilled. I’ve had both electrolysis and laser here, and am nervous before every session but she and her studio are both so relaxing and easy going that that just melts away.

Great results and great bedside manner. Youll get what you pay for. After my first session I had NO terminal hair regrowth, only vellus, and well do a few more sessions to get rid of that too. Your body may vary. But shes great, highly recommended, especially for trans folks!

Sascha is amazing at what she does! I have had laser at 3 different locations and about 10 different technicians and none of them were as knowledgeable and as friendly as her.Sascha was able to explain why some hair were coming back and used the professional terms for it (no one else had said why prior to this). She selected the appropriate equipment and settings to address my concerns. She uses special goggles to zoom in into the area that she is treating and patiently treated each hair and asked me to double check to ensure that she had addressed all my concerns. During the treatment she frequently checked on how I felt and offered to stop if necessary. Once she finished, she explained what would happen in the upcoming hours, days and weeks. She is very friendly and definitely will make you smile and enjoy your time with her.Also, place is super clean, she wears gloves throughout the treatment and all the equipment is clean as well. Nice decor!I will be coming back to this place and definitely wont experiment with others.

I am beyond thrilled that I found LES and Sascha in particular. Walking into the studio you immediately feel like you are at home as its clean, stylishly decorated and incredibly welcoming. Sascha is an expert at hair removal and can create a customized plan that gets you to where you want to be as quickly and painlessly as possible. I started the electrolysis process awhile back but quit due to frustration and pain. Since going to LES, my skins reaction to the treatment has dramatically improved and I have seen major decreases in hair growth. Beyond the results, I often times forget about the discomfort of electrolysis because Sascha is such a genuinely kind, interesting and knowledgable person! Couldnt recommend LES enough :)
