Giving 3 stars because I get my brows done consistently here with Jessica and shes amazing. This review is mostly for the Brazilian I got with someone else this past weekend. I asked for sugaring because my skin is very sensitive, but said she could use a little bit of wax in areas that she thinks it would be easier in. She ended up using a ton of wax (more wax than sugaring) and it was so hot it was burning my skin. In addition, there are a bunch of stray hairs left, which is disappointing.Ill definitely be coming back for my brows, but never again for a Brazilian.

Had a great first time experience! I read reviews for the Brazilian and chose Jess and she did not disappoint! I felt very comfortable and it was quick and easy. If you’ve never had a wax to the lady parts, she did recommend hard wax. I had laser several years ago and was able to do sugaring which was awesome!

I can not express how much I love this place! If you’re looking to get waxed, whether it be sugar or hard wax, this is the place. Jess is absolutely incredible - especially with first timers (like myself) She’s quick, fun to talk to, and extremely thorough! If she’s available when you’re booking, book with her! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!! I’ve been back here every month for the past 6 months!

Disappointed.I was in and out for my leg wax. 15 minutes max. I was pleasantly surprised and left pleased.When I got home I took the second two pictures. You can see the red white filled bumps. Luckily i exfoliated well and those didn’t turn into ingrown.The first picture was 2 days after the wax.There is a ton of remaining hairs, especially on both knees. The hair seems to have been broken at the skin, not removed. Pretty much right away I could feel the little stubble of hair but figured it’d go away. It didn’t. I get waxed because my dark, large pours show the little black hairs even when I shave with a new razor. This wax was no different than shaving it myself.Maybe my expectations are off. I usually get my legs sugared but couldn’t find a place in Austin that offers leg sugaring (I also didn’t look at more than 5 places).I won’t be returning. I’m greatful I exfoliated well and didn’t get ingrown hairs.

I’d love to know why I get to wait 9 minutes after my scheduled appointment(I’ve waited much longer & I don’t mind at all), but when I check in 5 minutes past my appointment time, my “5 minute” appointment is impossible to squeeze in. Why can’t the next person wait the 5-6 minutes my underarms take just like I’ve waited many times before for other people? Maybe underarms should be allotted the same courtesy time as other wax services. Seeing as the underarm service means I’m the highest paying customer per minute($20/5min = $4/minute!) I think the peasants paying $2/minute can wait for me for a change :)

My favorite waxing place! Victoria is my go to girl and she’s great at what she does. She’s friendly and makes the process bearable!! Booking an appointment is fast and easy, as well as communication with the team. Don’t go anywhere else!!

Loved going here for the first time! I had an appointment with Blue and she made my first time getting a Brazilian as easy as possible. She was quick and very knowledgeable so it made me confident in her skills.

Website is great at explaining every service to make it easy to choose and book online. Too bad about their waiting area being closed now since you have to wait in your car and they sometimes run behind schedule. Other than that, awesome place with good service!

Jessica is amazing! She had great input for me on whether to wax or sugar and it was the least painful waxing experience I have ever had, even despite it being a few years since the last time Id waxed! She was also super quick - I was out in 20 minutes for a full Brazilian including prep and checking out!

Ive never tried waxing or sugaring before, so I was super nervous when I went in. Everyone was so kind and helped me feel better right away! I had opted to get my underarms sugared, and Jess did an absolutely amazing job! We had a fantastic conversion while she was doing it, which helped me feel at ease and made the whole experience genuinely fun. I practically bounced out when she was done because I was feeling so excited!It wasnt bad at all as far as pain. A few days have gone by now and I still have silky smooth pits so Im thrilled! I actually enjoyed it so much that Im planning to treat my mom to something there and will be returning once the hair has grown back.

I remember being so scared to get my first wax, but Lexi gave me a heads up of what to expect && made the experience go a lot smoother than I expected. First time doing a Brazilian sugaring at all but first time customer here at ReWAXation. I was welcomed so warmly at the start of my appointments with Jess. I immediately felt so at ease. She talked to me during the whole service so it went by so fast and before I knew it it was over and done! Wonderful experience, could not recommend this place and Jess enough. Rebooked 4 weeks out for their special they offered and am just so pleased with my experience!

Kara was sweet and honest in helping answering all my questions and getting set up for an appointment. I got my first Brazilian done with Lexi and I definitely recommend her. She’s professional, a good conversationalist, considerate, and over all makes it a smooth process! If you hate shaving like me and dread shaving those “hard to get” areas, she’s gotcha covered and will ask before doing those areas due to different people, different preferences. I can definitely see myself coming back in the future!

I just moved to the area in May and was looking for a place to go for brazilians! Ive been seeing Victoria and I LOVE HER. She does an excellent job on the actual wax but also... shes just so lovely to be around. Im so grateful to have found reWAXation. Ive been going to reWAXation for over a year now. At the time it was one of the only places in town that did brazilian sugaring. Ive gone to several of their staff and all of them have been great. Right now my go to is Jess, but really everyone has been fantastic.

Always super nice and on time with appointments. I only use them for eyebrow waxes(only because I prefer to use other methods, maybe one day when I get the guts to do a Brazilian Ill definitely come here). Alex is the QUEEN at eyebrow waxing. She listens to what I want and always delivers. Never leaves a hair behind, and my eyebrows always come out perfect. Ive been waxing my eyebrows for over 15 years and shes THE BEST. Lexi is also good, warm and welcoming. Love this place.

Lets be honest, waxing appointments arent exactly the sort of thing people look forward to. For me, theyve always been a dreaded date on my calendar and something I felt nervous about—but I can honestly say that I felt none of that at Rewaxation. The staff is so friendly and welcoming that it makes the whole experience so much more comfortable and enjoyable. I saw Alaina for my sugaring appointment and she was AMAZING! Also, major bonus points because the COVID safety protocols here are 10/10. I will definitely be back.

Had my very first Brazilian wax today with Lexi and she was amazing. The place is super clean. The whole process with covid was very smooth. Wait in your car and text when you’re there. They’ll text you back when you can go in. That’s where Lexi met me at the door and took me back to the room and everything was smooth sailing from there. I was super nervous about the pain. I didn’t care about how exposed you are because after having a baby none of that matters anymore. Lexi was very professional and sweet and talked to me the entire time and told me when certain strips would hurt more and had me breathe in. I grew my hair our for 3 weeks, exfoliated regularly, took ibuprofen before I left for my app, and I would say all of that helped and I would recommend doing beforehand. It hurt, but not as bad as I was expecting for my first time. I will definitely be returning and requesting Lexi. Loved her! Can’t say enough great things about this place. You get what you pay for.

SOOO amazing! For reference, I have thick, dark body hair. I hated the razor bumps/ingrowns that came with shaving, got a little drunk one day and decided to book a waxing appointment for a Brazilian.. Jesus. The pain was unbearable for me the first time (shoutout to Victoria for being patient and not smacking me whenever I yelled or moved), but the results were incredible. I was so smooth and hairless for over a week! Four weeks later, the hair still wasnt fully grown back. Amazing. So I thought, screw it, Im no longer putting a razor near that area of my body and went back.Waxing no longer hurts. I get waxed every four weeks with Jess now, and she is SO lovely. Such a great person to have a conversation with, you can tell shes never judging and does her best to make sure youre comfortable.Overall, services are awesome and reasonably priced (you get discounts on repeat services, which I love), and the staff is so cool! I forget the receptionists name, but she is so sweet and adorable. Everyone is great. Highly recommend this place to any curious first-time waxer!

This was my first time to get a sugaring/wax EVER so I was a little nervous, but Alaina did an amazing, thorough job and was hilarious. We were talking the whole time so my mind was distracted, which was very welcome. Kudos, also, to the spa itself who put in place a ton of COVID safety precautions, like mandatory hand sanitizer & having customers wait in their car until their appointment time. They also offered complementary water/Jell-O shots (obviously I took the shot)! Will definitely come back + recommend my friends.

I recently visited ReWAXation ATX for the first time. They have multiple parking spots out front that are numbered so you can text upon arrival (COVID protocols). Before you enter they text to offer a beverage or see if you need the restroom, a nice touch. My esthetician wore gloves and a facemask the whole time, again, per COVID. They offer discounted repeat services which is always great! Another big plus is the text messaging customer service. I hate talking on the phone so its nice to text a REAL person who can help.

This was my first time getting a wax, so many of my friends recommend I just try it. I was extremely nervous and really didn’t know what to expect. Lexi made my experience less scary than what it seemed. The wax was super soft. I got a Brazilian wax experience that makes me want to continue waxing.

I got my underarms sugared a few days before my wedding in February. The wax was wayyyy too hard, I have been sugared about 50 times before and this was not normal, it was horribly painful. I endured the pain because well, it was before my wedding and I needed to be waxed. My arms were red and rashy for more than a week after and I had painful welts that yes, showed up in lots of wedding photos. please be cautious going here, it may be it was just the person I got but they tried telling me that this was normal? it is not. it has never happened to me before or since. I should have just shaved...p.s. their roll-on solution did not help.

Love this place and the ladies!! Victoria gave me a warm welcome and showed me to the room for me to get ready. The process was quick and I couldnt have been more impressed with the ease of the situation. Victoria somehow managed to make me feel comfortable and accepted even while I laid with my legs wide open in the butterfly position. Haha! The decor is chic and screams a body positive environment, Love it! They have pretty competitive pricing (considering the fact that youre messing with my lady parts) and they offer other cash deals/discounts for their return customers. I have another appointment coming up this month and I decided to add more areas to the list of wax removal because I am so confident in their ability. Keep up the good work ladies!

Just moved to Austin and have been trying different waxing places. Have been coming back here for ~3 months now and have enjoyed my experience every time. Friendly, clean and reasonably priced. Doesn’t get much better for local waxing facility. And repeat pricing if you reschedule within 4 weeks!!

Fortunately, they have a great system in place for cleaning and keeping the place sanitized. Great experience and service - quick and as painless as possible. Also a great value. I live in east Austin but don’t mind making the trek over here for great service and people.

I started going here when I first moved to Austin coming from an avid sugaring habit in Los Angeles and this was one of the only places that offered it. I had Shay as my go to person and then she went on maternity leave and I was devastes but had a wonderful service by Sally and even though I live in round rock this is my go to place! Highly recommend I usually do a Brazilian. I’ve sent like 3 of my friends there and they love it too!

This place is so fantastic! The staff are super friendly and very communicative (for example, someone texted me when they saw that I had booked my next wax a little too close to my previous appointment). Theyve done a great job with covid measures. Their waxing skills are great too - its never very painful and theyre super quick. This has become my go-to for waxing.

I love this place, its very clean, staff is super friendly and I got a full leg wax + bikini + in between the cheeks done in 30 minutes, while at other salons, only the full leg sometimes takes an hour. They used a hard wax for the more intimate areas so it didnt really hurt at all. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Im incredibly impressed. This is the best Brazilian Ive ever gotten. There is not one hair remaining. Im not even joking. I did a mix of sugaring and hard wax. Sugaring is interesting experience. Arrived 10 minutes early. They have great parking. I was offered both wine and water which was very kind. As soon as I checked in, before I even sat down, my esthetician came right out. She was very personable and comfortable to be around. They offer hard wax and sugaring, which I chose hard wax. Its was the least painful waxing experience Ive ever had. Highly recommend!

I went here to get my first ever wax (a brazilian) and it was great! The shop is very bright and clean and the staff was super friendly. Lexi helped me feel as comfortable as possible for my first wax. She was really easy to talk to and had me laughing the whole time. The process was painful but it faded quickly and Im very pleased with the result. Cant wait to go back!

I had my first appointment yesterday, in preparation for a job interview I wanted to look my best for. Lexi was the one to wax me, and she was wonderful! You can tell when someone has a passion for their job, and it shows in the work they do, particularly when its a finetuned job like waxing faces. She made great conversation, and made the process very easy. This is the first wax place that gave advice on prep and advice on how to minimize the pain. Theyre very thorough and helpful.

If you’re new to a Austin and need a new wax location , THIS IS THE PLACE LADIES and GENTS ! They are beyond friendly and amicable and will answer all questions. They even follow with you if they see an error with a schedule.For my Hard Wax Braz Wax , my go to ladies are both Victoria and Alaina , smooth and gently ! Alaina is super friendly and helpful. For my legs , I love Victoria and Renee , very gentle , painless feeling. Please note that everyone pain tolerance varies. All the ladies there are good and talented. I’ve been to each of them !
