This was my first time to get a leg & underarm wax. Monica was fantastic! She explained everything, & we got started. She noticed I had a low pain tolerance, & gave me the option to stop & reschedule, or to keep going. I was determined to get through it, so she helped me with breathing techniques to lower the pain level. At the end of the session, I was very happy with my newly waxed legs! Im looking forward to going BACK to Full Moon waxing for future sessions!

Monica is an absolute gem! My first wax appointment she made me feel so comfortable, and was professional and curious through the whole process. Her laid back personality makes the whole process feel easy and relaxing, plus she is a quick worker and always on schedule with her appointments. It never takes more than 15 minutes to be in and out, and the results are clean and as painless as wax can get. Definitely worth the visit, not to mention at such a low price!

1. Look no further.2. Heres why:I got brazilians at European Wax Center for two years with a girl I absolutely loved- she was super nice and thorough. She then got a new job and had to quit. :( I scheduled an appointment with a new waxer at EWC. The job she did was quite atrocious​. She didnt let the wax cool long enough, thus pulling it and it didnt come off (extremely painful), and she left behind lots of hair and patches of wax...I didnt realize the extent of this was until I got home... so Im on the internet searching for someone new- and I found Monicas page. I texted her at like 8pm, thinking theres no way Id be able to see her in the near future, I explained my situation and that I just desperately needed a few touch up strips.She was super nice and was able to fit me in THE FOLLOWING MORNING. Re other reviews- she texts everyone a map screenshot and directions to get to her little suite- which is extraordinarily clean and cozy.Monica COULD NOT have been nicer and even apologized that I had a bad experience elsewhere.She was super thorough, efficient, accurate, and experienced. And just all around a lovely individual.Im so glad I found her and will definitely not go anywhere else!
