Front desk person was so nice from when I booked my appointment through the phone to the person that greeted me when I walked in. Heidi did my wax and she was amazing!!! I usually don’t tolerate pain well so it’s hard for waxing to be completely painless but she made the experience so much more bearable! She was super fast and I was in-out of the shop within 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend her to anyone and return to her again when I am in Austin! Btw, she used strip wax compared to the hard wax other places use FYI.

I highly recommend this place. The ladies are so nice and sweet. Never got anything waxed before, and it was relaxing and they did a wonderful job. Already have another appointment set up.

Don’t use online to book. I made an appointment the day before on their website and when I showed up they had someone else booked in my spot. They just said sorry and that was the end of it. I usually go to Heidi because she is awesome at brow tinting & so nice but I’m not happy with the way they handled it on the phone.

My first visit to “The Waxing Studio” was an excellent experience! I was waxed by Heidi who is the most efficient and thorough anesthetist I’ve ever met. She’s a very nice lady, and accomplished in forty five minutes the same services that have taken hours in other studios!She’s A true professional.This business was clean, welcoming, reasonable priced and the whole staff was friendly and helpful. I’ve already booked my next appointment with Heidi.

Let me start by saying Im 24 and have had the same lady wax my eyebrows since 7th grade, but shes 45 mins away so I needed someone more central for when I couldnt get out to her. I chose the waxing studio and Im happy to have found an alternate place to go!I got my eyebrows waxed & tinted here and it was great! It was quick but the esthetician also took her time to make sure my eyebrows were shaped well and that she got every stray hair. I had never gotten tinted before so she helped me pick a color and Im super happy with how it turned out!I have very sensitive skin and frequently get burned when my eyebrows are waxed, but she didnt burn me at all and I also didnt break out from the wax, which I usually do!The studio was very clean and sanitary and had me fill out a COVID questionnaire prior to arriving.

I love Heidi she is great which is why I still come. Overall its ok of a facility. Theres a new front office girl like every 3 months. Reasonable prices.

Customer service was amazing! This place has all the services you need and the staff is pretty knowledgeable. They have great weekend hours as well. As a new client, they were able to accommodate me without an appointment on a Sunday which was beyond what I expected. This was my first time ever getting waxed and it was a great experience! The initial smell walking in the door was peaceful. The staff was very professional and didnt make me feel awkward about showing the areas I was taking care of for my wedding. One other thing I appreciated is that I felt like they care because I went in for almost an all body wax but my wedding was too close and they gave me sound advice on what services they recommended for me based upon the time frame I gave them and me being a first-timer. Overall it was great! I will definitely be back.

The people are very friendly and its easy to book yourself on line. I left a good tip but this wax or style of application only broke most my hair and didnt pull it out by the root. My lower legs have felt like sandpaper ever since i left. Its a shame. Maybe my hair is too thin & fragile for this style. My eyelash tinting had quite a bit of burning and discomfort into the eye but now my lashes are black.

Double booked me then wouldn’t fit me in. I understand that there can be online scheduling glitches but finding out 2 minutes before my appointment then not making time to fit me in is unacceptable. I’d avoid this place.Update... the “we are human beings” doesn’t fly when I drive all the way over there and find out 2 minutes before that you won’t honor my appointment or make time for it. Then offer a mystery “discount “ on my next appointment. Things happen. I get it. But then you make it right. And, you didn’t. Period.

I have been going here for 3 years at least. I love the environment, it’s calm and relaxing and the facility is clean. Heidi is amazing; she is professional and is amazing with my brows, they are a work of art at this point!

She got my eyebrows and bikini line together in under 30 minutes. From Dallas and live in any but the next time Im in Austin, I will visit the waxing studio. Worth it!

The prices were lower than the other top salons I researched which was, admittedly, an attraction. It was super easy to find which I always think is a plus.They accepted my appointment application even though I submitted it the morning of; less than six hours before I needed it done to be exact. Huge plus and big thanks to them for that.They were friendly and welcoming from the moment I stepped in the door. The esthetician was knowledgeable and very skilled as well as bright and talkative enough to keep me vaguely distracted throughout the entire process but still with her head very much in the game.Ill definitely be returning.

Staff was very kind and friendly. I wouldnt say it is the best wax I have ever had but it was efficient. The technique my girl used definetly wasn’t the best to ease the pain. I won’t be switching from my regular salon but in a pinch I would recommend. I have been getting waxed for 10+ years and felt the prices were a bit high.

Terri was great in guiding me through my first waxing session ever. She kept the experience comfortable and it turned out fantastic.

Really good service, definitely plan on using these people again, only problem is their prices are way higher than many others, plus tipping is essentially required which adds even more to the cost.
