This is my second time here and Olivia was great she was very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. At this time she was the only person working but , she made sure she answered all the incoming calls plus knocking out clients without rushing. She also recommended some very good products and gave me tips on my after care! Definitely recommend this place and if you can, book with Olivia you will not regret it.

I visited this location yesterday and I’m disappointed in the results. When I arrived, I explained to the esthetician, Beth, that my ultimate goal was to leave with two eyebrows that look the same. As, I have a slight arch on my left brow and a straight brow on my right. A simple request, just make sure the brows are the same. I suggested arching both, since I already have a slight arch to the left. I gave permission to thin out, to cut, to pluck and do whatever else needed to be done to just achieve two brows that resembled each other. Well, apparently those clear and concise instructions fell on deaf ears. Sadly, Beth did little to no improvement. I ended up with, what I had expressed I did not want, two different eyebrows. This is highly upsetting but I guess not surprising especially when the website tag line is “WE SPECIALIZE IN THE BRAZILIAN.” This should have been my first clue. Perhaps, I got someone who specializes in Brazilian but certainly not eyebrows. I even said before I left, you didn’t do what I asked for to which Beth responded, Yeah, I can see if I can try again. Huh? Why would I want someone to “try again” when I had clearly outlined what I was there for in the beginning. We had a full 5 minute consultation about my brows, expectations and fears prior to beginning. If she did NOT feel as if she could complete this task, did not have the skills to do so OR felt uncomfortable, as a professional, I expect a transparent response of I’m not able to do that or let me get someone else. However, the response was, I will make sure you have two brows that look the same. It is crystal clear that Beth does not have the skills to wax eyebrows! Insanely upsetting especially because I live across these street. I will now physically drive to a different business and freely pay to have someone who can wax brows adequately before I ever step foot into this location again. I thing the most upsetting part, outside of brows being 2 different sizes is the complete lack of empathy when I called her out and the feeling of being rushed let alone the lack of professional integrity.Update: 6/10/21 at 9:38pmI spoke to who I believe may be one of the regional managers, Brittany G, immediately following my review. I appreciated the follow-up phone call, the pending refund and the offer to have me come back in to be seen by a more seasoned esthetician. At this time, I’m going to take a few days to process but I do intend to see someone else for a correction. Perhaps, I could return for a different wax services but it won’t be eyebrows.

Jokingly said it wasnt a pleasant experience because bikini waxes hurt, but Ill definitely be going back. It was very clean and my service was quick :)

Angelina is super nice and professional. She is talented and works fast, but doesn’t compromise quality. The ladies there are always kind and genuine. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Love this place. Never had a bad experience. You don’t need to go to the website to see if it’s a welcoming or professional place. The employees always greet with a smile and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. Extremely fast and diligent in their work.

I have been getting consistent Brazilians here and one thing remains the same... the staff always tries to make, what can be the worst experience ever, to be as quick and with as little pain as possible. I’m always in and out in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 will recommend again and again

Only giving this business 2 stars because they were not welcoming at all, but my under arms are okay. This was my first time doing waxing under my arms and I had lots of questions, but when I wasnt told my waxers name, (which I never got) I knew I wouldnt be back. The girl who did my wax didnt ask if I had done this before until she was already prepping my arms, she also didnt ask if I had any questions. She tried to start conversation here and there, but it seemed as if she wasnt really interested. I didnt feel welcomed and because of that and the poor customer service, I wont be back.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. Ive gone there for a Brazilian about 6 times now and they are consistently very clean, the wax itself is a noticeably superior product and the customer service is always on point. Sheena (not sure if Im spelling her name right) is the best! I recommend them to anyone.

What a feminine, elegant, and charming waxing salon! The staff was very professional and friendly and there was no wait The aesthetician was professional, soothing, and gave the best wax Ive ever had. Ill be back!

1 word: awesome! Lengthy: I went in for my appointment and was greeted right when I walked in, and I felt comfortable. I had questions, and talked with the receptionist until it was my turn, and also during the whole process conversation was going on, and at no time did I feel uncomfortably exposed. Im glad I did this at Pretty Kitty, and my back feels better than I had expected. Thank you.
