I had a great experience.. even though my procedure hurt.. its healing quite well. They were super dark before.. I still have some procedures to go through but its looking great. This is just day 3 after the procedure of varicose veins..

Service was fast and the technician was kind. I was a little concerned that the treatment wouldnt work because it didnt hurt at all. Ive gone to other places for laser and it has been painful. But sure enough the treatment at Amore was painless and effective! Will be going back!

Got a groupon for laser spider vein removal pre- covid. When I looked it was going to expire this month. I emailed the clinic explaining my situation. They got me in the next day. Front desk was probably the most pleasant receptionist I have come acrossed. I went in at 905. My appointment was at 915. They were pretty busy with clients and phone calls. She handled it like a star. My technician was not as appealing. Straight to the point. She did her job and that was it. Nonetheless no complaints.

I have been visiting them for more than a year now and their service is amazing.

Ive had 12 sessions over the last year last one being 2019..no real good results . decided to try a third round after front desk explained it can take up to 18 ?? Bought a second Groupon showed up for appt only to have the tech hide behind the glass and deny the Groupon its been almost a year !! She said dont worry we will price match and Groupon will refund ...they do but in Groupon bucks lol this place may not be all its advertising ...BUYER BEWARE.

They are very nice and get the job done well and efficiently. I got their Groupon so it was a great deal. I believe they have on going deals directly from the store that are similar in pricing to Groupons

I am on my 5th treatment for Brazilian and I’m having awesome results. I did buy the packages off of Groupon and I’m glad I did. My technician is so nice and quick. I can’t believe the lack of hair growth. Honestly I still have trouble areas but it’s because hair thrives in a warm environment which is the lower area of this treatment zone. It’s so minimal so I’m sure once I finish all 12, I won’t have hair problems for a couple years at least. Thanks Amore!

I went here twice and the staff was not very nice and they didnt attend me and I had to drive an hour and in the end it was all a huge waste of time they made me reschedule Everytime I went. I would not recommend coming here

I found this place online and decided to book an appointment maybe a year or two ago based on how competitive their pricing was. Theyre always offering amazing package promotions and I love the laser they use. Ive been getting laser hair removal for years now (my needs and genetics require regular maintenance sessions and its well worth it). Its a very no-nonsense type of operation which I love. I can just book an appointment and Im in and out; no up-sells on products I dont need. Theyll always let me know of special deals on packages but theres no pressure to buy them. If you do, you can switch up the areas 1:1 based on the size you buy and I completely trust them to track the sessions for multiple areas- theyve got a great system going.

I turned to Amore Laser to get some unwanted hair removed. I felt the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options. The facility was clean and nice. I looked around and Amore is very competitively priced. So far everything is going good and I love my smooth new skin (and so does my husband!)

I got married this past weekend, and a few months before I decided that I wanted to try laser hair removal. Amore Laser is in my local neighborhood in Austin, TX so I went in for pricing. The woman who helped me was very friendly, and offered me a beverage while I waited. I got my leg hair removed, and was given very particular directions has to how often to hydrate my legs, and it worked perfectly! My legs are baby bottom smooth and I cannot thank Amore Laser and the staff enough.

I purchased a groupon for laser treatments months ago and havent been able to use it due to their scheduling. They claim to be scheduling months in advance and the lady that answers the phone is rude. I have tried to call them for days to try to schedule an appt but now no one has been answering. I havent received a call back either. Now someone from the office marked my groupon as used even though I have yet to even use their services. Very disappointing! I would rather just have my money back at this point

Ive had 2 treatments on my under arms & 1 brazillian. Ive been working with Gladys. Amazing tech, very professional, informative and friendly. I love the results I saw after the first treatment on my under arms. Excited to see the final outcome after my 6 treatments are done. I was involved in an accident that left a scar on my right cheek & will be seeing them for scar treatments & also look forward to that. Keep the good work up guys. Im a completely satisfied customer!

Honestly one of the most professional and caring places Ive been to for laser. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I had great results as well with the hair removal.

If someone reading this review, plz dont go to this place. Their lasers dont work. Trust me. I had gone to this place few weeks ago and I hated their service. The technician is very bad. Completed the treatment for upper body in less than 30 min. She doesnt even understand her job. Dont get fooled by their offers. They are quoting less price comparatively as their lasers stopped working. Who ever is the owner of this place should dump the lasers and start some new business.

Unless you want to be severely burnt by Amore Laser and scarred for life, I would recommend that you do NOT purchase any laser hair removal packages from Amore. I started off by purchasing a package for six laser hair-removal treatments on one medium area at Amore Laser through Groupon. I upgraded from a traditional medium area to a Brazilian treatment, costing $45 extra per session.Unfortunately, after all six laser treatments, I was still seeing the same hair growth. After discussing this complaint and my concerns with the Manager, Susan, on August 7th, 2012, she stated that she would have the owner, Sheri, contact me that day to discuss my complaint (I never received this phone call). Susan stated the only thing she could do for me was to offer me an additional package of six treatments at the Groupon rate. I felt I had no other choice but to purchase this so I could finally see the results of limited to no hair growth that I was told by personnel of Amore Laser to expect.On August 14th, 2012 I had my seventh Brazilian and fifth Ab Trail laser removal treatment. I was scheduled to have Devon as my technician, but the Manager, Susan, called me the day before and changed my technician to whom I believe is named Syria. Shortly thereafter, the owner, Sheri, called and told me she was switching my technician to Sarah who she claimed was her best and most experienced technician. At noon, I showed up for my appointment with Sarah and completed the laser hair removal treatment.I noticed that night after work that the area treated earlier that day by Amore Laser was SEVERELY burnt. I had half-moon shaped burns on the treated areas. I went to Amore the very next morning to show the manager and tech and receive an explanation as to why and how this happened, as well as how to care for the damaged skin on my body. Amore did not offer any advice or help in regards to my burns. Sarah stated it would be gone within one to two weeks. This was one month ago.Since then, I have had to seek medical attention- my primary doctor- her assessment was 949.0: Burn- unspecified degree. The Dermatologist then examined the burnt area, and stated that if untreated, my burns would take up to a year to fade. He also stated that there is a possibility that the burns could turn white, and become lifelong scars. It has been one month since I was burnt and the burns have turned into white scars.The staff and owner of Amore Laser only refunded me my last five visits that I had not gone to yet. I was not even refunded for the treatment in which I was burnt. I also find it strange that right before I was severely burnt, my technician was changed by both the manager and owner right after I spoke to Susan about not seeing any results. DO NOT trust this business. I am now scarred for life on my stomach (ab-trail shouldnt even go out as far as my burns go). You may see a good deal on Groupon or another place for Amore....but I would not recommend this place at any price. They only care about the money, and not the clients.

The prices cant be beat and the laser technicians are pretty friendly. The actual office is looking dated and has no soundproofing, so youll hear other clients getting the laser treatment. The current receptionist makes numerous mistakes (example: if you call to reschedule, she wont cancel the original appointment but will instead just make a new appointment).
