Actually give this specific location 0 my car is in worse condition than when I took it to them never any response from corporate or district managers They lost my keys at several times while it was there in service for 8 + days each 4 times for the same issues they were supposed to repair, they lost my custom wheel caps, did work I did not ask for or Authorize and attempted to charge me on this last go round while Re- repairing the issue they said and had been paid to fix messed up my electric wiring. and then had the Nerve to say they needed to discuss if they would fix that back correctly Simply did not want to restore my car back to the condition they received it in I paid $1700 for clutch repair,air-conditioning repair ,brakes inspection,a new set of tires which is the Only thing I went there for . My air conditioning still does not work my brakes are screeching and have rocks in them so they say no new tires at all they never even looked at the tires every time I go into this location almost every single face is new in 60 days they have fired almost the entire staff 3 time just sad and a bold face rip off.

Reggie provided me excellent service. He was able to get my truck in same day, and changed all my tires in less than 2 hours. And, he didn’t try to sell me any garbage. I will be going back here.

T.J. is amazing. I came in as a walk-in and needed to get the tires rotated on the company van. I work for a company that is considered essential. Before I came to this location, I had called two other Big O locations. The first one I called, told me that they could not get in me today. The second location I called, told me that they do not do same day appointments.T.J. did not turn me away. He did not tell me that they do not do same day appointments. He was very professional and understanding.Its great knowing that there businesses who are understanding and know how essential Non-Emergency Medical Transportation companies are. There are people who still need to go to life saving appointments during a global pandemic.

They will rip you off and cause other problems for your vehicles that was never there before. The vehicle in question here, has never had a check engine light issue, let alone on until the last services performed by Big O for the same issue a 3rd time, after they claimed the parts were new and the services were performed. A alternator and battery less then a year old. Upon pick up of the vehicle recently, noticed gears on transmission not engaging properly, not even 8 hours after picking up the vehicle, check engine light comes on, (never ever had the check engine light on in 6years of ownership).All this happens after contacting the corporate office for Big O Tire. Claimed to fix, the problem of bad alternator, even after it’s been replaced, less then a year ago by this same location, battery included, yet the vehicle needed jumps regularly, not only after they Big O claimed to replace both the battery and alternator last summer June/July 2020. Dec2020 another new battery replacement, continue to need jump starts. May2021 vehicle wouldn’t start at all. Had it towed back to Big O Tires last week. , first they claimed they don’t know why the alternator went bad less then a year after replacement? Then was inadvertently told they put the wrong amp size alternator on it. Like how does that even happen?Now, this new check engine light issue, after never having the check light on ever in the last 6 years. Transmission jerking, shifting gears improperly. Issues that now arose since being in the possession of Big O Tires. Vehicle still has less then 100,000 miles. Not a daily commuter, regularly serviced in the last 6 years. They did offer to diagnose on their machine, yet of course not for free. Already got the generic code that came back P0828 (Drivetrain, Up/down shift circuit switch). Why would anyone take it to get diagnosed form a place that claims they don’t do transmission work, is beyond me?Long store short they warranty their work, yet if they ever have to actually do the work for so called feee, they will cause you additional issues, that’s never been a issue.Unfortunately, seniors or not, they will cost you more money in the long run. This location has tarnished the Big O Tires brand name for a loyal customer.You’ve been warned!

Pretty terrible. Work was fine but they overcharged my estimate by $150! I understand an estimate is well...an estimate but I definitely would have explored cheaper options if I knew the price would climb by over 20%. Also, not a single person in the shop seemed to know how to wear a mask. It goes over the nose, youve had a year to learn this most basic fact. Will not be returning.*EDIT* After attempting to get in touch with them as per their request, I have yet to get a reply or further hear from them any way. Absolutely terrible.

I had an unrepairable puncture on of my tires of Lexus RX 350 2010. Justin was kind to get this done immediately although they were full. As my SUV is an AWD had to change all 4 tires. S little expensive even after a $40 rebate but the vehicle was fixed with about 1.5 hours which I really appreciate. Justin was very efficient and professional. Thank you Big O Tires and Justin. Saved my day.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!!!I was charged for services that were never preformed. It was obvious my tires had not need rotated and the oil filter had not been replaced. In addition, damage was done to my drivers side door, which now does not close all the way. Only help offered by Travis hill was to drop it off for another few day until they can finish the job they were paid for. I had a terrible experience today at Big O Tires.I went there today with my Honda cr-v to change both front tires and fix the alignment. They made me wait for an hour and half then returned my keys as if everything was done. When I was about the pay, I asked if they fixed the alignment. The guy had no clue if they did it or not. He went to ask then he found out it wasnt done and there is already another car there. He asked me if I can wait for 2 more hours!!! Alignment was the main cause my tires were gone very quickly. I find it very unprofessional as they wasted my time and I was about to pay for a service they didnt do.

Although there was a small curve ball (wrong tire ordered) initially, they resolved the issue quickly. The general manager was fantastic and I received top notch service. A trustworthy store!

I have been here a few times and usually pretty decent service at this location except they never really listen fully. I have been here already 3 times to get the same issue taken care of and I seem to never get through to them cause now its my fourth time going back with my right tire going low still. They always say its my tire sensor and you need to out air time to time but this is ridiculous cause the light goes out when I put air and I am filling my tire at least two to three times a day when Im out delivering. I got an appointment today lets see if they fix the problem this time or not.

Absolute Joke of a company. Apparently setting appointments doesnt really matter. Came in 8/1 for my appointment i set a week earlier for new tires. Appointment was confirmed so I thought everything was good. Get to Big O tires this morning and i feel as if i inconvenienced the service rep. She basically made it sound like it was my fault that they didnt have the tire in stock (even though it was confirmed) and that I was inconveniencing her. They didnt even have my appointment on the books. Again, absolute joke that we planned out our day for this and cant even get it done. These guys were awesome. We called and then came in for low tires from the cold, and one tire needing purged of air and nitrogen put in to match the other 3. They took care of us right away and were very professional and friendly. Id definitely recommend coming here!

Went in for spark plugs last week and a oil change. two days later oil light comes on. oil filter was the old one and the oil was pitch black. besides all that seen one their employees smoking weed in the back in uniform. never again.

Worst service ever. 2 hours for a simple oil change. Found out later that they broke the oil cap and didnt have a replacement. Then they wanted to charge me for the cap that THEY broke. Never goi g back again.

I was helping a co-worker pull/tow his car here for repairs and had a nasty encounter with a technician there. He very rudely asked me to move my truck so he could get in the bay (there are no signs or anyone out to ask for help when dropping off a vehicle). I told the tech to give me a minute as I had my co-workers vehicle still attached to my truck and I couldnt just move since he had to go inside to ask for directions. The tech then got mad I asked him to wait a minute and started cursing left and right and saying all kinds of things. My other co-worker was luckly there and we moved our co-workers car within a few seconds of this tech going off. I wasnt the customer and had never been here before but after this technicians reaction I can assure you I will NEVER become a customer there are plenty of other shops that will have better customer service skills.

Very unhappy with the service at this location. I will NOT be returning. I got 2 new tires, a tune up, a gasket replaced, and a tire sensor fix (in which they at first forgot about until I remind them!) When I pick up my car and after waiting for 1.5 hour after being told my car was ready, I asked if my car needed any more work that I should plan to be done. I was told nope your car is fine great car. Just to get my car back and it start making a noise when I turn it to the left. Upon returning it to Big O tires, We were told they aren’t sure why it’s making that sound and it didn’t make that sound when they test drove the car. Maybe it’s was power steering puño because we brought new tires. We explained we never had this problem in the past when we got tires. Their reply was “well we don’t know we didn’t touch your power steering pump.” It’s your tires causing it to make that noise and it’s $700 to fix, do you want it done? I explain the irritation that it wasn’t making that noise until we had to remind them to fix the tire sensor and why wasn’t said when I asked was their anything I needed to fix on my car why wasn’t this said? I was told nothing could be done for my inconvenience and time and the fact my car wasn’t making this noise before they fix my car. I’m very unhappy! I’ll go else where for now on....

Great experience.I bought a set of tires at this location on Havana that for some reason didnt convinced me so 5 days later I went back and I talked to Daniel Covato the store manager about my tires and that I was not too happy about those and I asked if they could help me out. Daniel and Anay (the other sales rep) were very understanding, respectful and helpful And they did help me indeed! Daniel at this location was amazing. He took his time to explain everything that happened to my tire and sensor and helped me get it fixed properlyVery happy.

Went in about a week ago to have our tire looked at. It had a leak, they charged me about 16 dollars and some change for their time and service. Unfortunately I only had a large bill with me to pay. Due to the coin shortage they couldnt give me change. Without any hesitation, they cancelled the charges, told me to have a wonderful day, and that theyd hope to see me as a return customer if any problems ever arise again. They all were very nice people, who worked with me to get my tire done with no appointment set, during what looked like a busy time of the day for them. Then to not charge me, when they could have ask me to go to any store around and get change, was a small blessing since money is so tight lately.

I’m just leaving Big O Havana in Aurora, CO. We were treated terribly. Fine at the beginning. Got the 4 tires we wanted, but when we picked up the car, the spare was not installed correctly and sitting too low to the ground on the truck, they broke the plastic part in the cab that stores the jack and left the backseat a mess, and when I went inside to talk with the manger, he sent the guy who made the mistakes out to talk to us. I didn’t ask for money back or a replacement; simply wanted them to know what happened. I’m wearing a mask, this guy isn’t, and the. He proceeds to YELL at me saying he didn’t break anything, he didn’t leave it a mess, and he didn’t touch the spare- when his name is on the receipt! He stomped away still yelling at us and we were dumbfounded. He then stared at us as I fixed the spare tire and put the truck back together. I’ve lived in the area for 7 years and have been a faithful customer for that long. Had ok service the whole time. I’ll never be back here. We have a tire warranty now, and I guess I’ll just have to go to another location. It was so terrible to be yelled at in their parking lot.Update from later that day— the owner of this location, Brandon, called us and apologized for the situation. He told us that the employee who yelled at us has now been let go. I would never want someone to lose their job, and I appreciate that hateful, scary behavior is not tolerated at this business.

I came to Big O after leaving the local Dodge dealership that very upset. they had my truck for five days and had not even touched it. They went as far as to tell us that they would not and could not go to their lot to find it. So went over to pick it up. They offered no support so I did what I should have done in the first place and that was to go right over to Big O and have them fix it. I want to make sure that I tell this part the best I can. We went to Big O and was greeted with a smile by the manager and he listed to my crazy talk about the dealing with the people down the road. He said that he would get this truck up and working ASAP. He not only did that but he did it great and did it fast. They had the truck for about 45 minutes and called to tell us what is going on with it and that he would be happy to correct it. We said yes and he would have it buttoned up right away. So I gave it a good two hours and it was fixed and I am up and running again.So thank you Big O of Aurora on Havana you again have given me another reason to continue to be a loyal customer and as long as we are treated fair and honest we will be partners for life.

I called Big O in a panic because my vehicle needed a car repair. I was thinking they could recommend a good mechanic for the job. After explaining the situation, they told me they could do the work. They worked tirelessly during the snow and made sure that the truck was fixed and up and running perfectly. Thank you Big O on Havana for giving me more reasons to continue to be a loyal happy customer.

We bought a set of wheels for 700+ the next day we walked out to go to work and the front drivers tire is flat. My son brought it back to the store they checked it didnt say what it was. Two days later my son gets off of work the same tire is flat. He brings it back to the store again the manager gets an attitude and tells him maybe someone is letting his air out. Well it happened at our home first and his work the next time. He was told if it happens again to bring it to another tire place so they can check it.We sent an email to which we got nothing but a standard letter that didnt even respond to the problem.They are lucky they dealt with my son and not me. Horrible customer service

After a week of repeated visits to two Peerless tire shops and three jobs (listed below) and no one helping to my specific requests, I was discouraged. I drove into the Big O Tires on Havanna. The manager heard my concerns and took down my list, quoted me a price for new tires, and we left our vehicle. They had the patience to listen to my tire issues and fix them. The manager went above and beyond and addressed two other areas on my van. I left happy and knowing I was one safe driving customer. Thank you, Big O, for taking care of my tire issues, well be back for sure!My three request was:1. Fix a flat at Peerless tires on warranty.2. Rotate the tires and inspect all other tires for debris. (they rotated, but the next day I had a flat tire again)3. Order a new spare tire or decide if it is salvageable.

Just got home from this location. I am beyond satisfied with the knowledge and service that was provided to me today! My oil change went flawlessly and they even repaired and mounted a tire that I wasnt sure could be repaired. No more low pressure symbol ! This shop has given me the best tire buying and maintenance that I have had in my 10 years of driving. I bought a set of Big O tires that ended up being exactly what I needed for my jeep to give the most quiet ride. After 10 months, I started to hear a bit of noise while driving at highway speed. I took it into the shop and Eddie was able to balance and rotate my tires FREE OF CHARGE. I will buy all of my tires from this shop in the future and will continue to get a super level of service

I called yesterday and asked if I brought my car in early in the morning I could get it looked at and fixed before my 11am appointment. Sure enough, I show up at 6:51am and Rico is greeting me at the door ready to help.I received amazing service. Quick. Fast. Painless. Tire problems come here. Ask for Rico....hes amazing!!!!

Very disappointed. They did not know how to lower the spare to swap out the tire. The lady said she had several of her co workers try to figure it out and nothing. She said that they needed the key to lower the tire. That they looked all over the truck for it and couldnt find it. I knew it had to be there, because I had just raised the spare on. I had to take time off work, again, the next day, to come and lower it for them. I showed this one guy the pieces to lower the spare and he said he tried that and that it wasnt it. He walked away and didnt let me show him how to lower the spare. With workers that dont want to learn, no wonder they dont know how to lower a spare. I never saw him again.I took time off work to come and show you how to do your job and your worker just walked away!!!!! I dont appreciate it!!! I live paycheck to paycheck!!!When my wife and I first arrived, my wife talked to the lady at the counter. I went to double check and see if everything was good. We went there to get our snow tires put on/swap. The lady just put the order for just the spare to get swapped!!! Obviously, she didnt listen. I was hoping to come back to see most of the work done. Nothing was done. Why would I bring our snow tires with us. She had told the workers not touch those. YOUR STAFF SEEM NOT TO LIKE TO LISTEN!!!Fortunately, Mr. Jim did his best to resolve this matter. He went and found someone that was gone for 5 years, from what he told me, to tend to me. He let me show him how to lower it and listened.Very, very disappointed.

I came in on Monday and believe I was helped out by a handsome fellow called Fernando. Very nice and knowledgeable about what had to be done with my truck. He explained it to me and let me know that there was also a credit card service I could apply for since I wasnt sure I could afford the bill since I have an upcoming trip but he made this process extremely easy. All in all he was great and the handsome part was a bonus. 5/5 stars.

I had several issues regarding service to my vehicle.1. It took 7 days for me to receive my vehicle back despite being told 3 days in a row that it would be ready tomorrow.2. I called up to the store 4-5 times while my vehicle was being worked on. Someone would answer and put me on hold. I had to wait 10-15 minutes every time before someone would pick up the phone again to talk to me. Once, I waited on hold for 23 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back. Thats unacceptable.3. I asked an employee to leave my keys in the center console of my car for me to pick up overnight since I couldnt get there before the store closed. They were not left in the center console. When calling the store to find out where they had been left, if they had indeed been left in the car at all, they said under the front drivers or passengers floor mat. The keys were not under either floor mat. We eventually found the keys under the rear drivers floor mat after looking for awhile.4. The pricing for the service fluctuated every time I called and talked to someone. I was told initially that a part that had just been replaced on my car (by this store) last month had failed. The part was under warranty, but I was going to have to pay for the labor. I told them that I didnt think that was fair. They came back and said that the labor would be free of charge. I shouldnt have to push back on something like that. Pricing should be consistent and fair every time I talk to an employee.I was extremely frustrated over the service (or lack thereof) that I received. I will never bring any of my cars back there ever again.

Females beware of this location! I took my car there for a simple battery replacement. The next day I noticed my horn was not working so I returned to this location and explain to them the event that had transpired and needed them to correct the issue. prior to me going to this location my horn was in working order. Claims they check the fuses and the wiring and everything was okay but recommended I send it out to their technician for more work which means another bill. At this point all trust was lost figure they were going to charge me more money to correct the problem that they caused. I opted out to go to the dealer of the make of my car who has never failed to give me good service and honest options. Most females are vulnerable when it comes to issues with their vehicles and money-hungry vouchers will take advantage of you trying to milk your purse. The associate working with me said he did not want this experience to leave a bad taste in my mouth too late for that buddy. Coincidence I came there just for a easy battery change and left with another issue I think not! I spent $167.29 for battery in labor. refuse to give them another chance monkeying around with my vehicle. Females if you have to push pull or drag your car somewhere else do not and I repeat do not go to this location it may cost you your wallet. definitely do not recommend this location dont feel they are trustworthy.

I brought my 2013 Cadillac to Big O on 7-13 to do a diagnostic reading for a check engine light that came on. The technician plugged his scanner in and said he found that i had a PCV valve that was not attached. he reattached the valve and reset the codes and i was on my way 109$ lighter. the very next day 7-14 it came back on again i called and brought it back to big O and the technician did the same thing plugged his scanner in and this time he said my gas cap was bad and pretty much guaranteed me thats what it was and thats what was causing the codes to pop up . so he reset the codes and once again went on my way and i bought a gas cap as recommended 2 hrs later while driving around the same codes came back again. this time i Took my car to Cadillac within 10 min. the advisor came back and said they found that i had a dirty MAF sensor. big O brags about there 9,000$ diagnostic machine but could not find what Cadillac found in 10 min... Dont waste time or $$$ at this place.

This place disappointed me very much. I had to pay another mechanic for the same job and I had to pay more. I felt that that the staff was friendly but their work felt inattentive or rushed. I called and informed them how I felt about their service and they said they would look into it/handle it or whatever. I just wanted to put this review here for the next person who is thinking about spending their money here. I recommend you ONLY DO TIRES.

Had to set an appointment to get my tire repaired quickly because they are busy. I see why though, they fixed my tire even though the hole was closer to the sidewall than it should have been. I have AWD so them plug/patching it properly to prevent having to buy a whole new set is crucial and it seems like they have.

I needed two tires on my car. After conferring with Fernando we picked two and ordered them for the next day. A couple hours later he called me and said they have the tires and if I wanted they could install them today, he didnt want me driving on my two bald tires longer than necessary. I drove right down. The degree of professionalism at this Big O is what brings us back every time. So bad people don’t go there they are not good at all

Took my vehicle in for an oil change this morning. It was returned to me with a scratch on the right rear bumper and someones lighter in the cup holder. I returned to the store and was told it couldnt be their fault because it wasnt yellow like thier poles. Its fairly minor and can probably be buffed out but Justin Carolus refusal to even attempt to make this situation right means that neither I nor my family will ever use Big O again for anything.

No problems here! Walked in and was very warmly greeted by Wes who was absolutely incredible! Very friendly and helpful service. Got a flat tire replaced and all tires pressure-checked and filled. Took one hour to get in and out. And Wes was super helpful answering our questions and making sure we had all the info we needed before we left, so big shout out to him! I’ll definitely be going there again the next time I have car troubles.

Great service. Went in for 4 new tires and an oil change. Told me it would take a few hours because they were a bit busy, but they got my car finished in under 2 hours. These guys are fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit. Thanks again guys.

DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE BIG O TIREDs LOCATED ON HAVANA. I was robbed of my money, I spent 2000 dollars of my hard earned money and my car came back in worse condition then it was before. The employees have no respect for customers. I am currently opening a law suit against them.! Do not ship here

I recently lost the power steering in my vehicle, so I checked with Brandon at Big O Tires if they repaired this type of issue. He said they did, so I had my vehicle towed there. Since my vehicle was going to be in the shop for a bit, I asked him to put on new tires, because I was needing to get that done anyway.Brandons team found the issue and was able to get it fixed, as well as putting on new tires in the same day. I was expecting the cost of the repairs to major, but they gave me a great deal. Brandon and his team were very nice and professional. I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles to them.

3 hour quote for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. We always get our oil changed at Big O for the past 4 years, but always have issues when we go to this locations. It’s worth the trip to go down to Greenwood Village because they get it done right. Bought a 3 year alignment package from Big O. Bought our tires from Big O. I call at 4 hours in.Me- Is my car ready?Them- Yes.Me- Did you test drive it?Them- Why would we test drive it?Me- Did you do the alignment?Them- Oops we forgot.Me- Well what were you doing for 4 hours with my car when the oil change and tire rotation is an hour job? What are you going to do to make it right?Them- We are giving you the alignment for free. Me- You mean the alignment that we paid a package for 3 years.Lost trust instantly. I gave you the opportunity to make it right. We have given you way too much business over the years to be treated this.

Had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and was told it would be done within an hour. Came back 1 hour and 15 minutes later and it still hadn’t even gone in.

I highly recommend this Big O location. I have been taking my car here for 4 years and have been pleased with the service each & every time. As a female with minimal automotive knowledge, I feel I’m treated fairly when dealing with this business. The staff are very thorough when explaining what is going on with my vehicle. I recently moved across town and I have continued to go back to this location because of the excellent service.

They answer my questions really good costumer service. Thanks to Rico for the time to guide me on my car needs. Well they keep my car for a week for what for nothing back and forth to the price thanks big O for wasting my time a whole week for nothing whole week whole week for nothing

While the service end of Big O is truly wonderful, their online scheduling takes the rating down. It SEEMS convenient; go online, pick a time and a date, hit submit and wait for a confirmation. Well after a couple of tries on a few separate visits, I found I had to call and ask if my online reservation was approved (they werent even in their records as a service requests) - not worth the perceived convenience in my opinion

I made an appointment here on a Saturday to come in on a Monday to have my car looked at to determine what needed to be done with it. I took my vehicle here and arrived 5 minutes late die to traffic and thought since I had made an appointment that I would be seen right away. Instead I sat in the shop for an hour before they finally pulled my vehicle to look it over which only took 20 minutes to do.There is a bald guy at the counter here who has fluctuated from being pretty nice the first time I came here for an oil change to being really rude this second time. The way he was speaking to some of the customers who came in during my wait was uncalled for, he was being exceptionally rude to a Hispanic woman who came in.The manager of this Big O turned out to be fantastic, though. He took my husband and I out to our vehicle to show us areas of concern and explain the degree of urgency of repairing the issues and had told me the issue I came in for from two other mechanics wasnt actually as dire and issue these two other places made it seem. He found some issues I had no idea were going on and actually pointed them out on my vehicle. I greatly appreciate him showing and essentially educating us on our vehicle problems. He didnt come off rude or arrogant at all, he was very helpful and kind while doing this. Some mechanics can brush you the wrong way but not this guy. His help made up for the long wait we were getting annoyed with and the rude desk clerk my husband almost wanted to get up and have a chat with due to how rude he was being to other patrons.Maybe he was having a bad day, its hard to know unless we continue to frequent this place.

This location is clean and professional! Had new tires put on in October with oil change and knew the job would be done right. In Jan had a leak from a nail and was able to call in and get it fixed in no time. Trent hooked me up and Julian did work to get me going 👏👏

An all around great experience! The employees treated us like we were the only customers there and were very helpful and informative. They replaced our tires and did an alignment in a timely matter and we would recommend Big O Tires to anyone in the market to replace their tires.

Big O Tires had wonderful staff who were very knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a very fair price for my tires and sorted out a wobble I had before. I will always bring my car to Big O Tires for a fair deal and wonderful customer service!
