My husband and I were referred to this Auto Shop and it was great.... We needed some work done on our Cadillac, Kens was the only shop that actually looked at it and said theres a problem here every other shop was coming up with all these things that may be wrong with it but didnt give a solution just wanted $$$$ They did a great job on the vehicle and fixed the problem we were VERY SATISFIED!!!! Great place to get your vehicles serviced.

Due to defective new battery, which I wasn’t aware of my car kept stalling. Ryan was able to trace the vendor and have the battery replaced. I didn’t have any receipt for the defective battery. He kept me informed of what was happening and what would cost and asked for approval before doing the work. Nice and friendly staff and I would gladly recommend them to my family and friends.

We waited two weeks for this appointment the day we drop it off and he states how much his diagnostic was which I felt it was a little pricey but my boyfriend didn’t so we left his truck not even an hour later they told us to come and pick it up because they don’t have any technicians😳😳😳 I believe because I made a comment about $219 is pricey for a diagnostic testing we could’ve took it to Chevy they decided not to work on my car. Which was awesome because we went to another shop for half that price. So I guess thanks for turning us away from your pricy shop

When the starter went out in our vehicle I called Kens and spoke with Ryan. He said if we had it towed in they would do the diagnostic test that day and would probably be able to repair it within a couple days. We were beyond pleased when it ended up being repaired and ready to pick up the same day for exactly the cost we anticipated. Ryan kept me informed of each step from receiving the vehicle, getting a quote, and completion. Thank you for good service that is so rare these days!

Everybody at this shop was very professional and helpful. Billy in particular. I thought that I had a major problem with my car that would be very expensive to fix. Billy has a lot of knowledge and spent a while on the phone with me giving me suggestions so I wouldnt have to. They performed a special oil change on my car that seems to have improved the performance on my vehicle significantly. They also performed a very detailed inspection which included pictures/videos of my vehicle so I could see why they recommended additional repairs. I definitely plan on taking my vehicle here in the future.

Ive been here several times and my experiences are all the same... Great! They are kind professional, have good pricing and do their job well. They also offer a ride service which Ive only had dealership do, so you dont have to just linger around. Excellent customer service 👏 👌 👍

Terrible value. If you love the expensive features of the American medical world, you can see that translated here. Theyll throw everything at fixing something when a simple repair will do. Just covering their butts and making you pay for it heavily. Run away!- In reply to response: I came in the morning knowing the issue and you guys called in the afternoon saying Great news! It was this issue (that I had already said was the problem). So very much like the medical field, you will pay dearly for each step of the way. A guy with a circuit probe could have done this step in 5 minutes, this place took half the day and charged me $144 for the privilege. Come on man!

Another perfect interaction with Kens. Ryan and the staff are always polite and efficient. They do the work thats needed, without any of the up selling and bill padding you see at other shops. You can count on getting your car repaired on the schedule promised and for the agreed price. Our cars are 12 years old and Kens has really been helpful in keeping them running. The shuttle service and the Heather Gardens discount are value added services that keep us coming back.

Ive taken my 2001 Toyota 4 Runner to Kens Auto Service for oil change and tire rotations. These basic maintenances were completed competently and on time. However, the 4 Runners Check Engine light came on. Took the Toyota in to Kens, in 2019, they repaired the problem because the light was no longer illuminated. But the light came back on 2 years later, less than 5000 miles and I took the Toyota back. Their service advisor stated this problem was different. In preparation for a long road trip I asked for the maintenance. Now, not even 4000 miles the Check Engine Light has returned. Apparently, complex engine repairs are beyond their scope of experience.

I have used Ken’s several times. Always satisfied.

The work was great. My only problem was that they broke my Rosary necklace that was hanging on the real view mirror. I have three on them which represent the deaths of my father, mother and my wife. I just bought the one for my wife on Easter Sunday and that was the one that was broken. It could of been pulled apart as it is held together with magnets. They never told me about this. I did put it back together. Also they never put the items back in the console after they took them out. Registration, insurance information and other things. Maybe this is something that could and should be addressed. All in all Im very happy with the work.

Kens auto may seem a bit pricey, but overall its whether you trust your mechanic to do a good job and stand behind it, have taken several cars there, still going back. I recommend Kens auto.

Really good customer service. I had to deal with insurance because my catalytic converter was stolen, and Ryan helped me navigate the process of getting insurance to do their part. Ryan kept me updated frequently on the repairs. Also they send you photos of what they find during the diagnostic and that was very helpful.

Kens has been a great shop. They are honest about what we need and dont need, and when I had a problem with the same system they worked on before (different problem and wasnt their fault) they didnt charge me to diagnose it.Im going to keep coming back here, a mechanic you can trust is so important.

My truck didnt pass emissions. Took it to Kens and they had my truck back to me in 2 days. I was sent pictures of my diagnosis, they are very professional. To top it off I was able to pass emissions without having to pay a second time. Will definitely go back.

Personnel were courteous and well informed. My car needed many repairs and they worked with me with what was most critical and what was within my budget. My car drives like a dream, which it hasnt for a long time!

I was told that Kens auto was a good place to go I had my car recently diagnosed and asked Kens if they would fix it for me. They refused to fix my car only if I paid them $134.00 for a diagnosis, which I already had done. I quickly found out that this shop is a MOM/POP- Money over Morals- Profit over People- Ive already paid for a diagnosis,and you tell you wont fix my car unless I pay you $134. No Thanks,go Rob someone else!!

The repair shop is very expensive for work done. Shop around first and find a better place. A 400.00 job was 1500. 00 here, I declined and went elsewhere.

Ran over a huge pothole and ended up damaging the undercarriage of my car which was dragging along the street. Thankfully, ken’s auto service was close by and they were able to help me within 30 minutes. While they don’t service VW cars they did manage to reattach the part that was dragging and recommended me to another mechanic to take a look at another part of my car that may have been damaged upon the impact. They didn’t even charge me for this, which blew me away but I was totally appreciative of. Highly recommend checking them out. They’re quick, efficient, and incredibly honest with their pricing and assessments.

Ive taken my car to kens before and had work done on it in the past. No complaints there. This time around I can not say the same thing. After a cold morning my vehicle did not start and we took it to kens to have a diagnostic done. Kens then informed us that we needed a fuel pump replacement that would cost 1200 bucks. Even went as far to say that the fuel pump had failed and when they applied a manual power test.. they had a result of 00 psi of fuel pressure. The price was too much so we paid our diagnostic fee of 134.95 and bought the part from gmmotorsdirect. The day after when we went to pick up the vehicle that was towed to the location, we tried to give it a crank and it started no problems. Next we took our vehicle to a Certified Chevy dealer to re diagnose the issue and potentially have them do the work. After the diagnostic, I was surprised to see that the car was in good condition and the fuel pump had no issues. The morning of we had a low tank and the most reasonable answer to why my car would not start was that the fuel line was frozen that morning. And also the tank and fuel pump had not been tampered with. So Kens did not even look at my vehicle, they just typed up a false diagnostic and charged us for it. I have tried submitting a formal complaint through the website but the date field will not recognize the format of date that the system requested.

I did some research before reaching out to Kens Auto Service. I havent had great luck in the past with auto help. Their reviews were good, family owned, location was ideal, but what sealed the deal was my first phone call with a gentleman named Matt. I have never spoke to anyone from an auto service company that was as pleasant, patient, and kind as Matt was! Matt was able to get me in the very next morning. We discussed the issues I was having and they were going to take a look, do a full inspection and help me with my concerns. Not only did they find an issue, but photos were sent to me along with full reports. The diagnostic test they do is different on the receiving end from any other place Ive gone to. I really appreciated that. Another great service they offer is a free shuttle service. A super sweet young lady named Brittany picked me up from home, brought me to Kens Auto Service, and offered me their loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. A little extra goes a long way and other businesses should take note. When my jeep was finished Matt once again went over everything with me, no surprise charges and even went above and beyond by helping me out with issues from another auto service. Had the pleasure of meeting Tina, her and her husband are the owners. Tina is humble, honest, and truly wants to help people. This was the first time I actually was pleased with the service I had done at an auto service company. For the first time I can say that I have a mechanic that I trust! Thats big! Thank you Kens Auto Service, thank you Tina, Brittany and especially you Matt!! You are a 10 in my book!!

I Always work with Ryan. Between him and the rest of the core team, they are really good at what they do. Service is really quick and they respect their customers to listen and offer diagnostics at a reasonable price. They offer a shuttle service to and from with a friendly drive. I have been using Kens for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for the past couple of years. They might not be the most inexpensive, but they work hard to take care of all issues and always make things right. Dont expect any courtesy cleanings or anything, just good work.

Extremely nice people but definitely overpriced. I didn’t get any work done because I was charged $200 just to check the car out. They did an awesome job and gave me a comprehensive list. I do appreciate that. I assume they do great work and are kind, but I think they are overpriced.

Matt was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was very accommodating and got my issue resolved quickly and even went as far as contacting the vehicle manufacture to ask about recalls and technician bulletins. Will definitely be using them in all future vehicle needs!

Very friendly, and had good communication. I had a lot of work getting done and their inspection came with pictures of everything they found. I had asked them to wait on the battery, but they replaced the battery anyways, which I didnt like. I chalk it up to the large quantity of things they were fixing.

I called and spoke to Matt. He knew all the issues. I told him I am dropping the vehicle off but will do it as soon as I found someone to bring me home. I went there and again explained the issues he said ok that will cost 134.00 dollars plus and I cant promise we can fix it. He said that will cover checking things. I asked if that is a complete diagnostic and he wouldnt say that. He instead said well ck fuel filter, sparks, etc. BUT no promises we can fix it. The disappointing part was he never told me about the 134.00 and acted as if I was wrong. I told him you never told me it was 134.00. I can understand a fee but tell me on the phone. Everyone else does and do. He may have well told me give me 134.00 and I dont know whats wrong Just be honest. I took my keys back and folks go elsewhere.

I really appreciate your patience and how quickly you were able to get to me with a response about the condition of my Cadillac CST. I really like Kens. They do good work.. I was a little disappointed this time though. Took my jeep in for an oil change and a noise coming from the dash. I was not informed of the charges to diagnose this noise in the dash. No.one called or told me when I made the appt. So, I ended up paying for a very expensive oil change.

Always helpful and friendly. Wouldnt take our cars anywhere else for service and problem solving.

The service is amazing...they are a little pricey with their labour charges but the work they did was phenomenal so far. I suppose you pay for what you get. I have more work I need to get done and at this point I would definitely use them again.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgable. I was helped right away. I went to the dealer and they told me I didnt need a certain part fixed because it wasnt that bad. My husband and I knew better. It turns out that one problem caused another problem that we both knew would happen. My engine is so clean now for a 12-year-old car. We feel much better that someone took care of it.

There amazeing Ive been looking for answers about my car messing up for over a year and sTook it to Kens and they did several test and I could finally get some answers. There prompt in there call backs and getting what you need looked at done. And the price is great they had it a day and a half and I spent hardley anything compared to some other ppl Ive gone too for the same problem and if its still acting up you can bring it back in and they will check even more for free. I highly recomend Kens there staff is amazeing!!!!

I first went here because another repair shop said I needed new rotors for my brakes. Since it wasnt that long since my brakes were repaired I called Kens. They assured me the brakes were in good shape. On Monday 1/20 I got an oil change. It was quick and the lounge was great. These guys are great.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan, he was very professional and made sure I was updated every step of the way. He made sure I was contacted when my car arrived after being towed there. He also made me feel very comfortable after telling me what was wrong with my vehicle. Instead of trying to pressure me into paying for a service, he told me the truth and how he wouldn’t feel comfortable fixing that part of my car wouldn’t start afterwards. This was a difficult time due to everything going on with this virus and me being an essential worker, but also my family lives in Texas and isn’t able to help me through this. A very quick and accurate diagnostic review of my nineteen year old vehicle to discover the problem and a rapid and competent repair job preformed on time and on budget. Not to mention, a courtesy ride back and forth from my home. Overall performance like that will keep me coming back as a customer, (besides, my vehicle won’t let me go anywhere else now!)

I give them 2 stars because the front office staff was incredibly nice.They lose three because of the absolute robbery they performed on me. $350 to simply replace a battery. I came in because I thought I was having alternator issues. Heck, a few years back at a different shop my wife had an alternator replacement for about the same price they just charged for a battery.This weekend, my wife also had a battery issue and had the same service hat I had done at Anthony’s gold auto care for $170. And he is an honest mechanic.Kens tried to do the typical “car repair shop preying” on me by saying I needed a brake bleed. I installed the brakes 3 weeks ago... nice try.I would look at other more affordable and honest shops for car repairs.
