First time experience at Aurora Autopros - they are WONDERFUL! Edgar (the owner) is incredibly thorough - he found things needing attention on my car that my regular mechanic at another shop (whom I trust very much but who was not available for this appointment) hadnt found, and they were legitimate issues that I wanted to know about, not imaginary problems created to charge me a bunch of money like can sometimes happen with mechanics. Edgar brought me back to the bay area to show me what was going on with my car and then clearly asked me if I wanted his team to fix those things before he ordered any work done. I was grateful for the kindness, efficiency, and general good vibe in his business, including in the lobby with the folks working the front desk. I felt the price I was charged for the inspection and repairs was fair, and I felt great about the work that was done and the advice that was given for my 14-year-old vehicle. I wish I lived closer to this shop because this would absolutely be my go-to spot for all of my car repairs if I did. Highly recommend!

I worked with Edgar and Jose this week and they were both phenomenal. I wont be taking my car anywhere else. The quality of care they took when inspecting my vehicle, along with the immediate service meant I was back on the road in a safe vehicle almost right way. I dropped my car off on Monday, and despite needing a ton of work I had the estimate within 24 hours, and the work done by the end of the day Tuesday. Extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and HONEST. They told me all the issues with my car, and were upfront about which issues needed to be addressed right away, and which could wait.

Excellent communication and transparency. They did fairly significant work on my vehicle but kept me updated every step of the way. They did not do anything / make any charges without discussing them with me first. Would definitely trust them with all future repairs and would certainly recommend to friends.

I have been going to Edgar and his team for over a year now. I drive my Suburban about 30,000 miles a year and need my car up and running safely to do my job. They have helped with preventive measures to lower the risk of breaking down on the road in the middle of Wyoming. Im now over 208,000 miles. l have my two girls and wife bring their cars here as well. They are honest, fair and on time. We have had some major and minor repairs with similar great experiences. They take videos of what needs to be fixed and show me before the repair. They also show the old parts as well when I pick up the car. They are about 15 miles away for us but well worth the drive. We all have options and this is one I would drive even farther to get the service provide.

I took my 2008 Kia Sorento to Arapahoe Kia and they gave me an estimate of over $4,200 for repairs. I was referred to Aurora Auto Pros and they save me lots of money. They did all the same repairs that Arapahoe Kia estimated for less than 1/2 the price. They did quality work and finished in one day. I was so nervous about finding a new mechanic when I moved to the Denver area because I have definitely been taken advantage of before, but when my car wouldnt start I had no choice but to find a shop. Honestly, there are no better mechanics around. Edgar and his team are thorough, take the time to explain things to you, and wont do work on your car unless they are certain they understand the problem. This place is simply amazing. All the professionalism of most dealerships without the upcharge (although most of them are pretty fair given the specialized expertise). They send you a rundown (digitally) of what they found with your car and arent pushy about things you didnt ask for (that arent immediate concerns). They even explained why a more expensive service I asked for was unnecessary (always a good sign) and a technician even called me back when my call dropped just to make sure I didnt think he hung up on me! Reception area was neat as a pin with amenities and communication was top notch. I have found a new home for my car issues! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

I had my car towed here for diagnostic and repairs after one day it just wouldn’t start. The staff was so friendly and HONEST!!! They found out I needed some work done to my car that would cost thousands of dollars but it would be covered under the dealership warranty if I took my car there. I’ve never had a company refer me out to get repairs done for free somewhere else when they could have easily made money from me. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic I would without a doubt recommend this place to everyone.

They have consistently provided better value, Correct diagnosis, and told me what I actually need to fix rather than try to nickel and dime every minor problem. Absolutely love working with AAP thus far. My wife and I drive a 2008 Acura RL, just moved here from Ohio a couple of months ago. We were very picky in choosing our next mechanic. We took the car to AAP for an oil change, tire rotation, and general check-up and they had everything handled in a timely fashion as well as letting me know what to keep an eye out for in the future (with pictures of anything they said to keep an eye on! There has been some noise recently and we took it in to get that checked out and was told that we need new motor mounts as well as a heat shield repair for the catalytic converter.The car is older, is the daily driver, and had been on some rough roads recently (not to mention living its life in Ohio road salt). Ill be updating my review after these repairs, but I dont anticipate knocking off any of the stars. These guys have been awesome so far. Keep it up AAP!EDIT: We were looking at a $1600 repair bill and Sharron was able to source some quality parts from elsewhere, dropping our bill by $400. Our car is in great shape now. I am fairly skeptical of mechanics, but I trust these guys.

Just a few days before a big trip my 2014 Yukon engine service light pops on. I stopped at Aurora AutoPros and talked to Edgar. He fit me into their schedule for the next day. At noon the next day I received a very thorough inspection report for the vehicle including pictures of everything they discussed. 100,000 mile service was due but they also found a failed sensor and a broken engine mount. I had noticed a strange lag during acceleration from a start and the broken engine mount was the culprit. They addressed several items on the inspection list along with the 100,000 mile service, the broken engine mount, and a cracked windshield fluid reservoir. Vehicle was completed the next day and I took off for my 2000 mile trip on time. The car literally drives much smoother now. My wife even commented on it and she rarely drives it. Thanks Edgar and your team. The trip was a breeze and the Yukon runs like a champ.

HIGHLY recommend this place for several reasons: They took the time to get all the information about what was going on with my car, they were super thorough (and quick) with the inspection/diagnostic, they sent me a full diagnostic report on my car that I could look over before talking to them over the phone (which included photos of what they found with explanations/circles drawn around things, and additional videos to watch on what the part is/what it does), they offered additional explanations/rationale behind everything and made sure I fully understood what it was they were going to do before doing it, they were incredibly fast with the repairs, and to top it off, were incredibly kind and considerate throughout. They even gave me a follow-up call a week later to see how my car was running. In summary, go here.

My car was accelerating intermittently, and neither I nor Aurora Auto Pros knew why, but they did a ton of repairs on my car to see if any of them would fix the issue. The repairs absolutely helped. Its been a few months and my car has been acting normal. Yes it may have been pricey, but now my vehicle is safe which is more important. They are my only choice for repairs now; not to mention their customer service is fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding place to service your vehicle. I came here initially to get an opinion on an ac issue and they were very objective and knowledgable in their assessment. I ended up holding off on the ac repair until I couldnt stand the heat. I didnt feel like they treated me differently when I told them I didnt want them to do the work, like so many other places Ive been. I brought a truck in for a pre-purchase inspection, and was really pleased with how thorough and professional these guys are. Jose and Edgar were great at every interaction, over the phone and in person. They took the time to offer valuable information for me to make an informed decision on my purchase. I was so impressed that I brought my old truck in for an exhaust manifold gasket replacement that I had almost given up on since I received overpriced estimates from 3 other mechanics. AAP were able to get the job done for a fair price without charging me for the worst cast scenario like the other shops wanted to do.Thanks, guys. Great customer service and great mechanical service. I have been taking my vehicles here for years with only positive experiences. Edgar and the Autopros team are always looking out for me as a person. They take the time to explain things in a way I can understand and will be honest with which things need to fixed now for safety and which things can wait.

Top notch in every way. In 2015 I took my Honda Odyssey to Kuni Honda because the engine was performing poorly and was losing power for some reason. Long story short, Kuni Honda Service department told me I needed a new engine. My options were 1.) Rebuild current engine for $5,000, 2.) Replace with another rebuilt used engine for $6,000, or 3.) replace with new engine for $7,000. The engine still worked but with reduced power, and was temperamental, so I had to go easy on the accelerator. I decided to keep driving until the engine failed, then I would re-evaluate whether it was worth engine replacement. Well that day finally came last February 2020. I took the engine to Aurora AutoPros. They told me the engine didnt need replacing but rather needed a good servicing to remove carbon deposits that were keeping 2 of the 6 cylinders from firing correctly, in addition to some other maintenance. I was overjoyed at the news. A lot of money was saved, and my Odyssey is running like the day I first bought it. Im as thrilled with Aurora AutoPros as I am DISGUSTED WITH KUNI HONDA SERVICE DEPARTMENT! AutoPros has a new, very satisfied and happy customer.

Review from a guy who does all his own repairs and HATES paying for someone else to work on his truck:My truck had intermittent electrical issues. Anyone who works on cars knows electrical gremlins are one of the hardest issues to diagnose. After doing my due diligence to fix the problem, I took my truck into multiple different mechanics. After being misdiagnosed multiple times (i.e. being told to replace my starter, after I had just put a brand new one in less than 200 miles ago), I decided to give Edgar and his team a try. I told Edgar, Im tired of paying for misdiagnosis. I am happy to pay, but want my problem correctly addressed. In a nutshell, Edgar and his team did NOT take the quick or easy way out. Not only did they fix my issue, but they were completely transparent the entire time and charged me less than what they originally quoted me.Do not let the perfect five star rating fool you. They are not fake reviews - these guys are the real deal. Edgar, thank you to you and your team. You earned yet another customers loyalty.

AutoPros keeps all three of our Jeeps running dependably - we regularly go off-road without worries. One of the Jeeps made a strange noise at intervals, but not predictably. Edgar and the boys kept hunting for the cause of it until they solved the problem - not a sound since. Our daughter took Edgars class and is now confident in dealing with her car and its maintenance.

The service at AutoPros is exemplary. They are courteous, transparent, fair, so easy to work with, and boy do they go the extra mile! I brought my car in for an inspection and not only did they walk me through all issues they found, they also explained which ones were critical and provided a thorough explanation of how they planned to fix each issue. They emailed me a quote and didnt pressure me to make an appointment with them, but their estimate was more than fair (compared to some of the other places I called), so I made an appointment to get everything done the very next week. They even reserved a rental on my behalf and got the work done earlier than expected!! And to top it all off, they were able to help me save money by fixing the problem I had with my timing chain by replacing just the actuator!! Working with them has been so easy. Overall, I cannot say enough good things about AutoPros. 10/10

Aurora AutoPros is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to, in any city or state! Edgar, the owner, is there to take care of me whenever I call or stop in. And he doesnt want to fix the things that arent broken, like other shops wanted to do.I couldnt afford a new or a low-mileage car, so Edgar helped me fix things on the older car I got, a little at a time, always doing the most important ones first, and at the best prices I could find anywhere.Edgars good with all kinds of cars, of course, and does the work it takes to get the best parts at the best prices, and all the necessary information he needs about your car. About two years ago, I was referred to Auto Pros by a co-worker and they have worked on my vehicle a few times. I am so glad I found this place. I am always confident in the work performed and the professional way they do business. They tell you what’s needed and explain the work and costs. Today I stopped by with exhaust tip covers to see if they would install them and at what cost. I saw that their shop had vehicles in every bay and expected to be told when I could come back. Edgar (shop owner) personally took the exhaust tips and asked for my keys. He installed them on the spot and refused to accept payment even though the install required a bit more effort than initially expected. The quality of work, professionalism and lack of surprises makes this shop and these guys tops. Thank you!

Took my 1994 Saturn in for what I feared was a bad clutch. I had gotten estimates upto $1500 from other shops. After diagnosing the problem Edgar and his team determined it wasnt the clutch rather a hydraulic issue. This place is amazing! The shop hosted a car clinic for a group of teenagers to learn about some basic important knowledge of a a car such as fluids, jumping a car, how to change a spare tire and much much more. Staff was friendly, and clearly had a passion to serve its customers. I will be taking all future car needs to this shop!

I had a leak in my radiator and I took my truck to Autopros and spoke to the gentleman there and he told me he would look at the radiator and see whats going on, he called me and said that I do have a leak but its on the top of my radiator and they would be able get it done for me I dropped my truck off on Tuesday and I had my truck back on Thursday afternoon, good timing and good service. Thanks

Stay away from these scam artist. Tried to charge me over $500 for a fuel filter change. Went down the street to Good Hands Auto Repair and got the work done for $205.

Finally a friendly place that knows exactely what theyre doing. I cant recommend these guys enough. My girlfriend and her dad go here, both people that know their cars. Edgar is super easy to work with and explains things really well.
