I’ve used these guys in the past because their estimate seemed fair compared to others but this time they estimated that it would cost about $700 to replace the hose on my handheld shower head, I swapped it out for $30. They then proceeded to quote me $2300 to replace two faucet fixtures and to select the new “delta” hardware on the spot in a catalogue. My second and third quotes came in at about half that price. Sure they came fast to inspect but that just means they arrived faster to rip me off.

Had a tech come out to look at an issue with a recently installed Ac unit. The tech found that a breaker was tripped. AC unit is new to me and I never even thought about that possibility and I did not mind paying for my lack of knowledge. Fair price for the work that was done, which included an examination of the system. The issue was the tech then told my wife that there was a part (filter dryer) that was not installed and proceeded to give a quote of about $2000 and told her that the work would need to be done sooner rather than later or it would damage our system and potentially void our warranty. Upon reviewing this I went and took a look. The missing filter dryer is there, factory installed, inside the unit next to the compressor. I feel that the tech tried to use fear tactics to upsell. To me, either the tech had no clue what he was looking at or intentionally misled a customer. Not a fan of either one of these scenarios.

Very quick response to phone call in the evening. I actually got a nice LIvE person who scheduled me for the next morning, which was great with a warm house and no AC. Another person called me 2x in the AM, the first time to ask if the repair guy could come earlier (yes. Please!) and the second to say he was in my driveway. Very good service so far.Long story short, Sean, the repairman, checked everything, kept me apprised of the cost and quickly found a leaking valve as well as power washed the condenser. I had a heater installed by DONE...My old heater died and they came out and gave me an estimate and installed it the next day!!!They did a GREAT job... they were very nice!!!

I needed a toilet fixed on Labor Day. I called expecting someone to respond after the holiday. They not only answered the phone (happily) when I called, but sent Dallas the same day in about an hour after I called. Nice knowledgeable guy who got the job done. My only complaint is the price of parts, but thats not their fault.

Have used this company for many projects and a few emergencies over many years. It never fails to deliver excellent service. Prices may not be lowest available but quality of work, materials and the people are superior. They have many long term employees who speak highly of the company. Gilbert came out last week and was super nice and knowledgeable! He spent time with us making sure we knew where our leak was coming from. All around great guy and company. We have used Done several times, and weve always had a good experience but Im finally writing a review because of how they helped us in the last week. Our A/C needed significant maintenance in May; we spent nearly $1000 for the leak injection and several pounds of refrigerant. Wed had some issues previously and decided this was it and we were either going to see that it was fixed or we would know there was a leak and we needed to do a lot more work. It was promising in the beginning but by late July, the A/C unit wasnt working. One evening, it was 83 outside and 80 inside after the unit was running all day. We called Done on Monday and they were able to get us an appointment for early Wednesday morning. They showed up on time and showed us everything: the leaks via UV dye, the inside of our outdoor unit, etc. and showed us how much it would cost to repair it. Essentially, the cost to repair rivaled a new unit, which we had unfortunately expected given how quickly the A/C deteriorated from May to July. We decided to buy a new A/C unit and Done did a great job sizing the unit, showing different options, explaining how we could save money (0% financing, they will out the rebate form for us, etc.). Despite supply constraints due to COVID, they had us up and running by Thursday afternoon, which was crucial given the temperatures we were experiencing. I feel like Done is professional, honest, and helpful. I probably *could* get a better pricing by shopping around but I just want a company that is reasonably priced, trustworthy, and can help quickly, and Done definitely meets the bill for us.

Lincoln came out on time, was very professional, explained everything, completed the repair and did additional tracing to make sure that I wouldn’t have additional problems. The repair was done efficiently and I’ve had no problems since. And the price was a high and that was my only issue. That the work was done on Saturday, mitigates part of the extra cost.

The technicians name was James and he was friendly and professional in every way. He installed a new sink in our kitchen and a new toilet; both jobs were done efficiently. He gave us options for both repairs, he replaced three worn out water shut-off valves without being asked to do so, and he removed all of the old fixtures, boxes, etc.

Had a clogged kitchen drain and basic plumbing issues under the sink with a leak at p-trap. Called Done Plumbing and was able to get a tech out the same day. Had all issues repaired and working 100% within 2 hours plus some recommendations for other possible issues related to plumbing in a home that was built in the 1950s. Reasonable charges and great attitude our tech was awesome. Would definitely call Done Plumbing again.

I have used Done Plumbing many times over the past few years. Done Plumbing is on my contact list for rental properties. They are alway prompt and get the job Done. I have had toilet repairs, clogged drains, and main line clean outs. The best bang for the buck.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company. It is unfortunate because they have been helpful with HVAC repairs in the past. Our air conditioning unit was having issues. We have used DONE for other HVAC issues and have been satisfied. The first tech told us that they may be able to repair our AC (which is only 6 years old), but the cost would be upwards of $2000 and if they were unable to repair it we would then be stuck with the cost of replacing the system. They scheduled an appointment to have a sales person provide a quote for a new AC. The sales person looked at our unit again and recommended we start with a repair; he guaranteed that if the repair was unsuccessful, they would credit the $2000 we paid for the repair towards a new unit. He replaced the coil and it appeared to be working.Shortly after he left, our AC was not cooling. We called DONE to schedule another visit. The same person that completed the repair arrived and told us that the unit was freezing; he was not sure the cause (he said too much freon may have been added), and he said the compressor needed to be replaced. The cost of replacing the compressor was not much less than replacing the unit so we opted to purchase a new AC. He honored his original agreement to credit the $2000 we paid for the repair toward a new AC, so in total we spent a little over $7000. The install of the new unit went well, but after a couple of days we noticed that our upstairs would never get below 77 degrees even though we had it set to 74. We scheduled the inspection of the new AC with the city and the unit did not pass inspection; he noted that the insulation was insufficient, and you could see ice forming; when looking at the compressor, you could see a huge chunk of ice forming as well which he stated he had never seen happen. We contacted DONE to let them know the unit did not pass inspection and they scheduled a time for a tech to come out to resolve the issue. On August 20, it was clear the unit was not working at all as our upstairs temperature was 80 degrees when it was set to 74. We called DONE again to let them know we could not wait another 3 days for someone to come out. They scheduled a technician to come to our home on August 21. The tech arrived - the same one that completed the first repair and sold us the new AC. Because the unit was frozen solid, he indicated there was really nothing he could do until it thawed which would take at least 6 hours. He noted that when we called to schedule the appointment we should have been told to turn off the unit so that it would thaw; we made the unfortunate assumption that the tech would need to see what was happening and in turn now have to wait another 2 days before they can figure out next steps. He was very perplexed and not sure why the unit would be freezing (which happens to be the very same issue we were having before they installed a new AC, so perhaps had they resolved the issue originally we could have saved ourselves from spending an additional $5000 on a new AC), but he could not run any tests because the unit was frozen solid. He noted it could have something to do with insufficient insulation during installation or the fan on our furnace, and noted that DONE would take care of that if that was the case (to which I responded they need to take care of whatever the issue is considering we spent over $7000 on August 9 and have a 10 year warranty on parts and a 2 year warranty on labor). DONE does not have anyone that works after hours or on Sundays even when a customer has paid them more than $7000 for a new AC that has not worked properly since the day it was installed. While it is highly inconvenient for us to have someone stay home yet again on Monday, that is our only option at this point. As I noted, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company. I would encourage anyone needing assistance with their AC to find a different company.

Tony from Done Plumbing & Heating came over and successfully unclogged a blocked drain that was backing up into my laundry room sink. He ran a snake down the drain from the clean out access point and successfully freed the blockage, which was about 10 - 12 feet down stream. Tony was professional, courteous, friendly, engaging, and respectful. I highly recommend Done Plumbing & Heating, and would certainly use them again if/when the need arises.

This company refuses to make reasonable accommodations for disabled people. First, I had to wait a week (not a real big deal) for an appointment. I needed freon added to my unit. They would not come out because they needed access to my home, even though the unit is outside. I am a cancer/chemo patient and cannot, due to health reasons, allow anyone in my house right now. So, now, I have to endure high temperatures in my house, which also effects my health, because they wont do this. I even offered to sign a waiver that they could not enter to check a coil (if needed) and would gladly pay for another trip if the freon recharge didnt work, once I could allow people in. Use only if you are able bodied.

We have used Done for years for a variety of plumbing issues including hot water heating systems and outdoor and indoor plumbing problems.They have always done a great job. The techs are knowledge and courteous.We will definitely continue to use Done!

Feeling like I had my pockets picked for less than 25 minutes work. I did all the drywall cutout for incredibly easy access to repair. Seriously, less than 3 ft of pex and 3 Shark bites, and $470+ later, I wont be recommending Done to anyone, nor will I be be calling. Too bad, Dallas is good guy, but no thanks.

Roscoe was the technician who responded to my repair request. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My particular repair was not easy but Roscoe didn’t give up. He not only successfully completed the repairs but saved me money in the long run. I definitely would recommend him for any plumbing repair or installation.

Done Plumbing is not my regular plumber. He was not available, and our bathroom was clogged. So I called out of the blue and the service was EXCELLENT. Courteous on the phone, they sent follow up email to confirm the appointment. They were able to come earlier than I expected, but called first to see if that was okay. The techs (Tony/John) were professional and pleasant. They got right to work, and dealt with the clogged line in very short order. The invoice was incredibly detailed. I appreciate the level of professionalism. The service was not cheap, but when you need the help, you pay the cost. And then you hope its worth it. Id recommend Done Plumbing very highly.

Have nothing but good to say about the company and their representative Charlie. He was knowledgeable, experienced, experienced in his field and professional.He walked me through my options. Talking the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. Never felt pressured to do more than what I thought was best for my household. He found crack on the main pressure valve that had started to pool water. Probably caused by the cold snap. He was able to address the issue right there. I avoided a water disaster in my home. He replaced the valve and the water heater. The work went quickly and cleanly. At final inspection, my questions were clearly answered and the bill fully explained. The cost was reasonable.. For what had stared as an inconvenience and could have been a flooding issue; it was all resolved with minimum fuss. Am grateful and would call for all my plumbing, heating and AC needs.

If you are going to charge $700 to unclog a drain, please take more than 50 minutes to do it so I feel like Im getting my moneys worth.I was expecting to spend between $300-500 and received quite the shock with the $740 bill and feel pretty gouged. Service was fine and professional, just not sure who else in society is billing $700/hour these days.I would recommend finding a different service provider.

I called Done late in the afternoon and they were at my house within an hour. Lincoln was very knowledgeable and did a couple of tests to determine how he could go at our clog. Instead of going through the toilet and having to remove it he decided to go through the bathroom sink. It worked great and our clog was removed. He was very professional and even fixed up my sink into better shape than it was.

Arrived on time to replace two sinks. I supplied the sinks and valve kits. Nice guys! Once they pulled out the lap top, stories of travel charges, fuel and more came up, like the higher price first and then this reduced price of $2100,00+. So much for fair pricing for a simple job. I had two other offers, $378, $450.FYI.

I called around 9 am to schedule service and there was already a tech in the area. Gilbert showed up promptly and assessed the situation. He was courteous and listened to my water heater concerns. The work was done quickly and Gilbert explained the issue and the repairs he made. Lastly, he gave me tips on how to keep the water heater in working order. This is long overdue. I used Done Plumbing earlier this year to install a new AC, furnace, water heater, humidifier, and positemp shower valve. What can I say- they were absolutely incredible. From the quote to the installation, everything was handled professionally and cordially. During the bid process, they spelled out my options clearly and showed me exactly what I could expect. Ben did a tremendous job determining exactly what my house needed to be cooled properly. They thought of everything and were prepared for every curveball that my house had to throw at them. Even their electrician was prepared for a poorly done DIY basement and did an exceptionally clean job running new lines. All the permits were pulled and inspections passed with flying colors and compliments. Keep in mind, this was all completed during the height of COVID. I was sick of dealing with contractors who cut corners and didnt follow through. Done was a breath of fresh air- truly the cadillac of plumbing and HVAC companies, and you get what you pay for- the best. What a good value and investment! Nathan Shearer just repaired a leak for us. Every time we used the kitchen sink it leaked into the basement. He identified the problem IMMEDIATELY and fixed it within an hour. He was so professional, nice, personable and knowledgeable. We live in a house built in 1887, it has many plumbing issues and he had no problem fixing the leak and giving us excellent advice on what to do for other problems. The plumber, Gilbert, was terrific. He was friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up the job site after he was done. However, I was quite shocked with the total price of the bill. It should not cost over $500.00 to install a kitchen faucet that I provided. Also, I booked the appointment through Team Dave Logan and did not receive the $50.00 discount that is stated on the site advertisement. I would recommend you check prices before dealing with this company and do comparison bidding before approving them to do any work.

BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! If I could give a negative rating I would. When we first moved into our house, our sprinklers were not winterized. The plastic popper froze and broke and the back flow prevention valve started gushing water. We called Done, and they recommended that we pay them to install a new entire valve ($600+)! I didn’t know much about the systems but thankfully I discovered that my neighbor was an experienced plumber. He went out and bought and installed a new popper for me for $35. I can’t in good conscience recommend a business that conducts its business so unscrupulously and takes advantage of people like that. On the plus side, having a great neighbor is awesome.

I had a leak in a water pipe in my crawl space under my kitchen, after shutting down the water supply, I called my insurance company, water mitigation company and Done ✔.I have used Done for around 5 years and I have been thoroughly pleased with their level of service.I contacted them around 1030pm and they told me they would be able to come to my house the next day around 4pm.I received a call from Vern, the plumbing technician and was happy to hear he would be able to be at my home to assess my situation by 11am.Great job and thanks again Vern!!
