Ocean Service has met my used tires, and new, for the past year. The owner, Jay, is more than fair with his pricing. I recommend this shop if youre in a pinch financially.

I blew out a tire while driving nearby and didn’t have a spare in the car. Frank, Sal and Ken were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away safely on a new fixed front tire. It all came at a very affordable price too. Great team, great service, great price.

Great place got my tires fixed quickly. They are open on a sunday, and always has enough people working. Used tires are a little pricey, but overall I would recommend to other people.

I will never go back! I arrived at 6:15pm on a Wednesday as their hours state they close at 7:30 pm. I needed a tire plugged as I found a nail and air is leaking. They would not assist me and stated they were closing because it was their friends birthday.. I have three small children and explained my tire was going flat. They wouldn’t help me and even declined to just add air so my pressure wasn’t too low to drive somewhere else. Just terrible.

This is my go to tire shop. Theyre quick, reliable, and affordable. I have gotten tires mounted and balanced for all 3 of my vehicles and havent had an issue with the service or the product. Definitely recommend!

I dont recommend this place at all. I went in to get my tires changed and no one outside could help me because they were on breakthen when I went inside I was told the same thing that he couldnt help me until his break was over. No one was able to at least tell me that there would be a waiting time or anything.. just clearly that they couldnt help me since they were on break.Their costumer service is horrible.. and they are rude!! Dont recommend at all.

I went to go get my flat fixed mind you this was a BRAND SPANKING NEW TIRE it just went flat and probably had nothing wrong with it and instead they took my new tire and gave me a used one. I told them it was new and I still wanted it but they ignored me. Plus it seemed like 2 of the men there out of 3 had an attitude about having to work in the cold. When I asked the guy if he can just try to fix what was wrong with my tire he ignored me I honestly don’t think he knew English that good and when I tried to talk to the guy inside who obviously new English he just shrugged his shoulders and said I had to pay the 42$ for the used tire. Now I have to go back with my dad and have him talk to them and try to get my tire back. If not than I have to go buy another one. When I asked the guy what was wrong with my tire he didn’t answer me. worst place to go to. I had to spend 42$ on a used tire when all they had to do was fix the tire I had.

Its a fast paced small shop with plenty of helpers. Went for a used tire for my Lexus rx330 and because of the larger tire size it took him a while of digging through their truck but they were pretty organized by marking the tire sizes on the sides. Took about 15 mins to arrive and leave. Tires are cheap. I paid $40

Waisted my time, called them for a specific tire size doo said he got it, drove there waited good 15 minutes for guy find it, and then he walking with tires one in each hand, look good still on tread but two size larger in width and I still wants it even ok with extra money to balance the two ( ridiculous). I believe the star rating should have an Zero O as well. Why? Because youre a used tire shop and used tire are sold as is . Doo dont want to sell it to me because my car is a Audi , give me a break please, you dont have a sales receipt so whats the big deal? I told him I would sign off legally, waived any liability towards anyone and their business name but nope he said. Bye I said to him. Why I dont get it, why an Audi,Benz and BMW with all wheel drive, why only these 3 models required all four tires must be replace when you have a accidentally one damaged tire ?What about hundreds of other car models with much more Advanced AWD drive?. I asked doo this question doo couldnt find a answered and started getting angry, you picked wrong person get angry to, ridiculously Idiotic you are.

Be careful bringing your vehicles to this place. I brought a truck for alligmen February the 19th 2018 they inspected & quoted it to repair and align it. I agreed with the cost. they did the repair. then I noticed one the tire was not runing good a few days after. then today April 5th 2018 the tire is completely damaged I spent $550.00 on these LT tires . I brought it back to the shop and showed it to the guy who worked on it. He asked me to talk to the owner. the owner suggested me to replace another part that was damaged. I asked him why didnt you tell me when you inspected it a month an a half ago? He laugh and said well the piece was good. then I asked him what do you mean the tire is completely damaged because you did not do a good job on it. you already replaced parts and charged me for it. so please do not bring your vehicles to this place where the owner is so dishonest. look how bad using my truck just 10 minutes to work

When in to have a tire fixed. While I was there had my alignment checked drivers side tie rod was real bad passenger side was bad to,had them fix the issues with my truck,very helpfull and sincere I highly recommend ocean services.thank you for everything will be seeing you again.
