The shop is run correctly when the owner is around but unfortunately he hasn’t been around for awhile and it’s been left to a guy named Alex who clearly over books and under staffs and constantly take too long on everything.... dropped my vehicle off for a quick check up at 8:45am and he told me t would be just a few hours.... he called me at 6PM claiming he didn’t have time to get to it!!!! and he needed it till the next day... seriously Jiffy Lube gets it done faster, I was recommended by a friend who claims every time he comes it’s a good experience and he deals with the owner Ali but everyone I come in it’s only Alex and he just claims he had to ask the owner AKA Ali

Very shady! Beware.I booked an oil change after receiving a coupon in the mail. $17 95. Good deal, right? Well the kid behind the counter said the ouk change would actually be $32.00, almost twice as much. First he said it was because I would need an extra quart of oil. Obviously that made no sense as a quart of oil is around $2. Then, Oh. Thats an expired coupon. I received it in the mail yesterday and it doesnt expire for 2 months. Then, Well if I honor this coupon there would be no profit for us. Not my problem. Why did they send it then unless to trick someone into coming in and paying a higher price? There was no way I was going to allow this fool to work on my car after that. Went to Jiffy Lube & and was in/out in 10 minutes. Like me, you might have received a coupon and figured youd rather give your business to an independent shop instead of a chain. Dont waste your time or $$ with these guys though.

I have, up until today had great experiences with this shop. 4 hours for an oil change is unreal in anyone’s opinion. I heard the mechanic Alex give the same response to multiple customers of “there were 4 cars ahead of them” when I know there weren’t. I’m assuming the other management that had a better grip on the shop aren’t there anymore because this has never been the case before. Like I stated previously, great experiences in the past, but unfortunately I don’t have vacation time to lose on waiting for what should’ve been done reasonably in a quarter of the time. I’ll be finding a new local shop for the future.

Been my mechanic for 2 1/2 years now. Never an issue and the work is always good. The guys are also knowledgable and personable.

These guys over book and under staff, the one person on staff i named Alex and he’s complete trash when it comes to customer service... all Alex ever does is try to agree and panic and push it off on the owner... probably a good mechanic but terrible with customers

Very friendly and professional. Extreme good price on oil change. Doesn’t shove repairs and extra stuff on you. Did a lot of extra work on a light that was out and gave an amazing price on it. 10/10, will be returning.

This is the only place I will ever take my car, and even more importantly, the only place I will ever let work on my familys vehicles. Superior workmanship, great pricing, and friendly. These guys checked out a fluid leak on my Cobalt that had me worried was going to be a multi-thousand dollar engine repair job - turned out to be a simple cooling line replacement for a very reasonable cost. While they had my car on the rack they did a complete check and pointed out an issue that while it didnt need fixing right now that they would keep an eye on it when I bring it in for oil changes and we could fix it if it ever got to the point of needing a repair. This is the old fashioned type of service I grew up around and have missed sorely.If you need your car worked on, dont hesitate to visit Rob and the guys - you wont be sorry.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal, they always take care of me and treat me like family, they make sure my car is safe and ready to roll. The owner is a very trust worthy man who does nothing but care and make sure your car stays on the road.

So one of my fellow lieutenants brought his truck here about two weeks ago to have it assessed and have an oil change... very simple work in my opinion and he was told that he would have the truck back in two hours, we ended up waiting five hours just to be told the truck never got an oil change and that they needed it for longer, I now have to buy an Uber for us to make it back home to wait... Alex the manager clearly can’t handle the position he’s at because from all the other reviews it appears he over books and under staffs and claims he’s the only one working.... then why take on more cars if you can get to them?? Terrible business practices all around and when my fellow lieutenant got his truck back none of the inside electrical is actually worked except for his gauges... weird right?

Just got my oil changed in my Trax today. Vivun, the new manager and Ali the owner were so nice and polite to me and promised to get the oil change completed as soon as possible. I have heard horror stories about some other oil change places taking advantage of women owners but I never got this feeling with the guys at All World! What a refreshing change. It didn’t take them long to complete the work and they called to let me know they had completed the oil change and everything was fine with my car. No, hey you also needed blah blah – just a thank you for your service.These are my car guys and I recommend them for service on your car.

I’ve know the owner for over a decade and he’s been there from when I was a young buck doing small oil changes and repairs on junk cars to this day where I still do oil changes on junk cars and small repairs ;) he’s been honest with me and I truly appreciate him as a mechanic , business owner and friend.

A real pain, having to go over and over again, and problem still exist. For the money your better off going some where else.

I wish I could give no stars. First time customer I brought my 2001 VW beetle on Thursday noon for a simple service to replace a cracked oil pan. I asked to be kept informed thinking I might get my car back that day and asked Sebastian for a phone call by the end of the day just so I know what is going on. No call on Thursday. I then waited til Friday noon. 24 hours later. Still no call. When I called I was told that someone called in sick. Then at 4pm Sebastian called to say they got the wrong part. Another excuse I thought. I never heard anything til I received a call on Saturday at 5 45pm. My car was now ready. I could not get the car at this time!! I would now have to wait til Monday to get it. Or so I thought. I received a call Monday morning at 8 20am to make arrangements to pick up my car. Said I would be there in 20 minutes. In actually it took me an hour to get there. No problem I thought they were open all day. When I arrived I found the doors locked even though the hours shown on the door indicated that they were open MONDAY through Saturday. As I saw my car in the shop through the window I called the phone number on the door and then had to leave a message that I needed my car that day. No one ever called me back. There is a pattern of no communication. From the very beginning I felt no one cared. Sebastian knew I was coming to get the car but 20 minutes went by and he LEFT and locked the doors. Tuesday morning I went to get my car and Sebastian could not explain why he left on Monday or why he didnt try to reach me before he did leave. As we were talking he was snickering. He found my situation to be funny. I was also trying to understand why an oil pan costs $300 when I found them to be priced between $30 to the most expensive being $120. No explanation. Talk about mark up....He didnt believe me. I reluctantly paid (original estimate for the job $650) $550. For all the hassle they discounted me 15% and I showed them a coupon for the oil change. I just wanted to get out of there and not look back. Found my VW outside with oily finger prints on the hood of the car and an empty used Styrafoam coffee cup on the floor of my car. When I told them about the finger prints they offered to have a Tech clean it up. At this point I didnt want anyone there touching my car. My first and last experience here. I just hope the work done on my car was done right. There is no customer service here. None. I was without my car for almost 5 days.

While they did good work on my wifes car, they will get scammy with you if you try to save money and buy your own autoparts cheaper (I went though rock auto) and then double their hourly labor rate to well over 150 and markup everything else, which is technically illegal. Most auto mechanics charge 85-110 in Colorado but these guys were wanting 150+ and 550 for simple tie rod install and alignment that I got done for 298 at another place. Just watch your bill with these guys.. three stars because their certified and do ok work but have scammy sales tactics..

I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN. Very very very rude and condescending new manager. I took my car there with my dad to get my pads changed and I guess there was a slight misunderstanding and the new manager(Rob was the old manger and he was amazing) was the rudest human I think Ive encountered. He talks to you like youre beneath him and uses belittling names. When we asked questions about the service being provided he responded with let me do my job. We have been going here for years and today will be the last time we set foot in that place. I literally created a yelp account to warn people about the new manager(short bald guy). Usually I can let it go but this was too much.

Kept my car for 2 months . Scratched brand new custom paint job screwed up electronic no signal lights worked . One excuse after another . Worst mistake I ever made was to take my car to this place . Th ultimate was I had just had my car detailed when I took it to them and when I picked it up it was filthy . Owner told me I would have to get it detailed Stay Away !!!’

They did good work on my caddy and Im taking my wife BMW tomorrow morning
