Needed a frontend alignment, another alignment shop Pepboys gave me one.Return with same results pulling hard to right. Took my 4wheeler to KELLEYS they aligned quickly and most inportant its steering straight. They gave me printed computer print out of before , ideal required specs. And after. Works like new .

Ive been here a few time and they always impress me, from the front counter to the automotive technician in the back. Nate and his staff are phenomenal the last visit I had I came in for an oil change they found a few issues with my car during the oil change Nate and I sat down with a plan of action we addressed the main concern and and we will work on the rest of the maintenance. Kellers is in my neighborhood and after two failed experiences at the dealership within a two-week timeframe I contacted them. On the first call I got a live person who understood my issue, got me in immediately and communicated with me during the diagnostic process. I found dealership staff I had been dealing with to be very plastic or scripted, will say anything to get you to move along and did not answer questions directly or address concerns. They were more than happy to take my money again and again but not actually help resolving the root of the issue. Kellers treated me like I was their next door neighbor, with respect, took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Kellers to anyone in need of honest, professional auto care.

Went in to after a coolant leak. They changed the Water Pump, Thermostat and Radiator Cap and did not do any of in correctly. My truck was still over heating and making a terrible noise!! I went back to have them check it and it still wasnt done correctly. I had to go to a different place that pretty much laughed at how badly it was done but at least now my truck is fixed...

My wife was traveling through with a horse trailer when a low coolant light kept coming on despite everything looking fine under the hood. Just to be on the safe side she was trying to have it diagnosed and continue the long trip home, but none of the Chrysler service dealerships would get her in just for a quick look. She found Keller’s through Google, talked to Nate and even though they were very busy, he got her in immediately. He checked everything out, and went above and beyond to make sure she could get back on the road safely and in a timely manner. FANTASTIC customer service and VERY professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with all aspects of my experience at Kellers. First and foremost I dropped my diesel truck off with issues that Big O tires had caused due to their lack of knowledge. I gave Nate a list of concerns with the truck, and he told me he would get back to me after his Mechanics had a chance to look at it. He called me back later that day to let me know what they had found, and what they had already fixed.Then I told him about another concern I had involving multiple leaks in the engine/transmission area, he told me they would take a look at those and get back to me ASAP. Now, heres the thing, I thought there were multiple leaks under my truck, and they could have certainly let me believe that and charged as such, which is not an uncommon practice Im sure and I would have been none the wiser. Instead he called back and let me know what they had done, and that they only found one leak. They took care of that, and also traced down an issue I had withy A/C and got that up and running as well.All of this work and when I got the bill I was extremely surprised, surprised at how affordable it was for everything they had taken care of for me.So, for all of the people who are out there looking for a very professional, affordable, and ethical auto/diesel repair shop, Kellers is it. They are way over priced. Every mechanic Ive gone to waives the diagnostic fee of you get your car serviced. Not Kellers. Charged 140 on top of the expensive labor. Ill never go there again.

Co-worker referred me to Kellers and had great things to say about the place. I Took my truck in for an oil change and to replace the fuel filters on my Ram 2500 6.7L. While it was in the shop I asked them to look at the brakes and give me a quote if they needed to be replaced. They did a great job with the oil change, fuel filter replacement, and even notified me that there was an axel seal leak. The tech told me the brakes were in rough shape and possibly the rotors but he wouldnt know until I brought the truck back in....Truck was under warranty so I took it to the Ram Auto Nation off Arapahoe and had the axel seal repaired free of charge. I requested new brakes and received a phone call from the service tech mid day wondering why I would replace perfectly good brakes. I dont know if they thought they could take me because of my out of state plates....very disapointed because I thought a co-workers recommendation meant I found a good local shop I could trust. The search continues...

DO NOT COME HERE! I went to get my a/c fixed and they were going to charge me 320 just to charge the a/c. They told me that it was the pressure hose and were going to charge me 600$. I called around to other places and they were shocked that they were going to charge me that much. So they ended up charging me 105$ for diagnosing the issue. Now here is the kicker, when I took it to another place it was a completely different issue with the a/c. It cost me a fraction of the price. So I ended up paying 105$ for nothing. They were also very rude when I told them I wasnt going to pay that much and asked to explain to me what the issue was. Do not come here , they will rip you off!!

I did not leave my car here for the simple fact that they did not communicate with me what it will cost. Told me what it will cost with an attitude, I decided to walk away. if I am going to pay that much for a service on my car, I want clear communication and and to be professional which they are lacking.

I have maintained my Jeep for over 13 years and never had a problem requiring a shop. All of a sudden I had a starting problem wouldnt start. After working through virtually everything, I sent to them thinking they were professionals. The $100 evaluation fee is to tell you what is wrong. They said they would have to start with a new coil, rotor, spark plugs, plug wires at an addition cost of approx. $350. I finally decided to replace the coil, despite having spark, and it started right up. I grudgingly paid the $100 for a shade tree mechanic solution. With todays electronic evaluation tools, I dont need a shop that says we need to try this and then that. I can do that. Be careful here.

I had a wonderful experience bringing my car to Kellers. They are friendly and explained repairs in depth. I have had some shoddy mechanics in the past, so I was elated that my son recommended Kellers. I have finally found honest auto mechanics who I can trust. I highly recommend Kellers to others who need car maintenance and repairs. And their coffee was delicious!

Great first experience! Gave short notice to get an alignment done, they got me in right away. I dropped the car off and got a call to pick up in a couple of hours. And the price was much lower than the chain shops, without the upsell pressure and nonsense. Will be coming back for needs in the future!

Fast professional service at a great price. Got their oil change deal. Only thing I noticed is they set my next appt in the sticker / likely in the cars maintenance system sooner than I would have liked, and the sticker they put in the window doesnt show what type of oil they used.

Pro: Quick, cheap 20 dollar oil changeCon: Yesterday I went for my regular oil change and tire rotation. One of the guys called me up to the desk and told me one of my wheel studs on my 2006 Toyota highlander. Their explanation was the person who performed the previous tire rotation over tightened the bolt. I then explained to them that they were the ones who did my last tire rotation (awkward right?). The guy who helped me simply ignored my statement and proceed to tell me it would cost 70 dollars to replace the wheel stud.

Unfortunately I can no longer service my vehicles at this business. In a pandemic, mechanics at front desk are maskless, allows maskless customers, & no sanitary practices in place. Its their choice but also mines.

Took my 1985 Class C RV in to get a new fuel pump/filter. Nathan gave me a quote that was reasonable and fair (I researched the job online to see how much it was going to cost) and did a great job and in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Nate!

Shady tactics. Took girlfriends ten year old Jeep in due to starting issue, after diagnostic they said it needed a new starter which we let them replace($500). Afterwards they said the radiator was completely empty and had a hole which meant it needed replacing, this is a radiator that costs less than $200 at a parts store and needs 2-3 hours of labor. We said no to that work, picked up the car and after I checked the radiator I found it to be full as I expected, and no leaks at all. Two months later the car is once again failing to start, the radiator is still full and not leaking, Keller says wed need to pay the diagnostic fee again if we want the starter issue fixed... Yeah right, avoid this place.

Had to bring my car here for 2k in repairs, excellent communication, they called me before every step to notify what was wrong and how much it would cost before they did the repairs. Upon pickup they walked me through what was done and showed me on the engine. Free usage car while it was in the shop, and they even knocked some of the price off due to how much it was, even going so far as to offer free maintenance checks on the job at my next visit.

If youve bothered to look at the reviews, PAY ATTENTION AND BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! Avoid Kellers like the plague.These people are dishonest, arrogant and will lie to you to take your money. I too went in to the Aurora location for their coupon oil change offer. Miguel tried to tell me that it required 7 quarts of synthetic 0W-30 and they wouldnt use the standard premium synthetic blend in my car.My owners manual calls for quality *petroleum-based* OR synthetic-based oil. 0W-30, 5W-30, and 5W40 are all listed in the owners manual. Ive been using 5W-30 in the car successfully for 138,000 miles. Miguel refused to use anything but the 0W-30 at a much higher price. The car also takes only 6.5 quarts with a full flush, and they would not acknowledge the facts from the owners manual.From this and due to one past poor experience I wouldnt touch these people with someone elses ten-foot-pole. BBB complaint comes next.FWIW, if you look at their web site, youll find nothing but five star reviews because they filter their reviews. If you call and ask to speak to the owner, you get a runaround and will get no satisfaction.

We have been using Keller for several years. After miserable experiences with other shops in the area, we landed here. They have always under promised and over delivered. As long as that staff is there and their mission remains the same, we will not shop anywhere else. So many times we have been exposed to up-charges, add-ons, whatever, and later discovered the work was not required at the time. Keller points out, in detail, recommendations of future expectancies and has never forced any additional work on us over the initial purpose behind our visit. I am sold. I am done shopping. This is the last service business I will need. You owe it to yourself to give them a try!

On 12/10/15 I took my Subaru Outback to get an oil change and an oil leak fixed. They called me the same day to inform me that to fix the leak they would have to replace the valve cover gaskets. It would cost $400(with a coupon). We agreed to pay the amount to fix the leak. On 12/11 I received a call that there was an issue with the bolts. I was told they were stripped because of the leaking oil. My husband went to the shop 12/12 to take discuss this with them. The mechanic he talked to said they had stripped the bolts while putting it back together and the bolts would not thread or torque to the correct specifications. He also informed my husband that he had started working on the control arm because he thought that was also something we wanted worked on (it was recommended to us but we were not wanting that work done at that time). My husband was told that a tech would be in on Monday to assess the damage and come up with a new estimate for the work. My husband told him we would not be paying for the work since it was Kellers mistake in stripping the bolts. On 12/14 my husband received a call with a quote of $1500 which included removing the engine to heli coil the engine so the bolts would thread correctly. We refused to pay that amount and asked to have the car put back together.12/14 we arrived at the shop to pick up my car. They charged us $400 for the gasket replacement. However, when we questioned why we were paying anything since they caused further damage to which we would have to get fixed somewhere else, we were told they DID NOT strip the bolts and that it was a salvaged engine. We were told it was stripped by someone else. When I informed them that the engine was rebuilt completely when we bought it (4/2012), another mechanic at the front desk became very upset and said his tech told him it was a salvage engine and that is why the bolts were stripped. He said the $400 included replacing the gaskets and assessing the damage. They claimed that they dont conduct business that way, referring to causing damage to our car and not claiming responsibility. They denied stripping the bolts multiple times and said it was just an unforseen issue. We ended up paying the $400 since they refused to give our vehicle back without that payment. On the receipt for the work, it is noted that the valve cover bolts that secure the cover to the cylinder were loose- loose, not stripped. When they put the bolts back, the bolts would not torque to correct specifications due to the threads in the cylinder head being stripped. So the threads were not stripped when they started the work, and were stripped when they were finished.12/18 we took the car to the dealership we bought it from in Golden. They said it would be $1155 to fix the stripped bolts. The owner of the dealership called Kellers on this date. Kellers shop owner admitted to stripping the bolts but said there is nothing they can do about it. He also stated nobody at his shop would ever tell a customer oil stripped a bolt and that they would have no way of telling if the engine was new or used. The way they conducted business with us is absolutely unacceptable.I used to always get my oil changed here. It was cheap, convenient and most of the guys were very pleasant. After the way we were treated I will no longer be going there for anything.

April, 12 I had oil change by the coupon for $19.99 with including tire rotation. That was Aurora (18385 E. Girard Ave.) location. First representative asked me to pay extra $9.99 for premium oil filter, and it was not the option, so I did not have the choice to decline it. Then tire rotation was not finally made, because they said control bar is too close on tire draw. And they did not do the measurement this was just their assumption based on just looking at it (actual mileage on tires 20340). I told them I came in because of the tire rotation included in the package and to please get it done anyway, but they refused to do it. So I went across the street to BigOTires to get a 2nd opinion. They did the actual measurement and said they can do the tire rotation because the bar is not too close like Kellers have stated. I usually like Kellers , but this location is full of liars who just try to do the least of the needed job to get more of their time saved and more money out of customers.

I cant say enough about Miguel at Keller. I have been going to him for all of my own car repairs and always make sure my family sees him for all of their car repair needs; he has always been honest and has done whatever needed to be upfront with any work that needs to be done.

I have went to Kellers on several occasions and always leave happy. Aside from a quick oil change when you make an appointment, I had to have my radiator and thermostat replaced. Other shops quoted me almost 1,000 where as Kellers kept it around 678 with parts and labor.I went for an oil change today, 3/8. I made an appt and was quoted 30 mins. I came back within that time and they discovered there was a faulty I ring so I had to wait about an additional 25 mins while they replaced the filter again. I didnt make a fuss or complain and when my car was finished they had comped the oil change, absolutely free, no questions asked.They are the epitome of great customer service!

Our car was having problems starting, so we took it to Kellers since its close to where we live. They looked at it, told us what was wrong, and had them do the work - to the tune of $1,300. A couple of weeks later, when the car was still having the same problem, we took it back, they told us it was actually a different problem, and wanted several hundred dollars more (Miguel first quoted $500, then $800, then Nate mentioned $900). When I told them how much this felt like a bait and switch, Nate wanted to first argue about what bait and switch means, and then tried using technical speak about diagnostics.Bottom line: If you arent willing to stand by your work, make excuses for it, and then argue with customers, then why would I pay you to continue working for me? Were out $1,300 and still have a broken car. Feels like the typical mechanic shop stereotype.
