Under new management! These guy are great. The service guys know their stuff. I do not give many 5 star reviews but as a local repair shop working on after market parts. They deserve it!Needed to have air bags installed on my truck. Came in and they said no problem. Brought the truck in a couple days later. Told them where I wanted air lines installed.They called me back a few hours later. Install looks good. Air lines and bags are good to go. I would recommend you use them. They are under new management and finally got some guys who know what they are doing.Fair price and good service locally.

Very excellent service. I brought my car in this morning due to some issues with my breaks and had it diagnosed and fixed within the same day! Their customer service made me feel like my car was in very good hands. I very much recommend to take your car here for any repairs or maintenance!

Chris was really cool and even offered ways to save me money, such as fabricating parts and re-using parts that were still functional. Cost me $1100 to replace the whole exhaust from cat on back. However, the next day the O2 sensors failed and they quoted me $250 each for the two sensors in my vehicle. Good news, I found the both of them online for $60 and installed them myself.

I had my Subaru serviced here. They performed an oil change and did a free vehicle inspection which determined my brakes needed to be replaced. They wrote me a quote and asked when I’d like to get them done. I called a couple places and this location was best priced. I’m bringing all of my family cars here.

Super friendly owners and managers. Staff was kind when they returned my vehicle. I went in for an oil change at 8:00AM on a Monday and was out in under an hour. Super clean on the inside as well so thats always a plus. All employees were wearing masks and they had hand sanitizer available too.Very fairly priced compared to other shops that Ive seen

I am very scepticle in regards to there service. I am having $1000 worth of work being performed today. There customer service follow up calls are a real issue to me when i am about to spend this amount of money.

I used to take my car here when Anthony was running it (it was Caring Car Auto then); Anthony was very friendly and his team always did great work. Anyway, I brought my car in for an oil change and Rose (the very polite new manager) offered a free full diagnostic/look-over of my car. I try to take care of my car but it is 12 years old now so its getting to the point where things need replacing. Well, they performed the full check and sure enough my air filter was way overdue for a change and my rear brake pads are essentially gone (I went and checked them with my own eyes so I knew that they were being fully honest with me). I was extremely thankful that they noticed this, otherwise I would have ended up spending *much much* more money in the near future replacing the entire rear rotors on both sides! Rose, who runs the shop now, was fantastic. She gave me a few different discounts out of the goodness of her heart (I wouldnt have known about them otherwise so God knows she didnt have to tell me about them). Rose also had the brake pad replacements rushed over from the warehouse in under 30 minutes. Overall, Rose really helped me out with some deals and her team were very nice when explaining the technical aspects to me. I am really happy with my experience here and very satisfied with their service. I visited this very new Merlin location about a month ago for an oil change. They were fast, efficient and not too pricey. I returned this week because my plates are expired and I need to pass emissions in order to renew them. My engine light was on. They diagnosed the problem within an hour. There were a handful of issues, and I figured I’d be paying an arm and a leg. I took the time to research the average costs for the repairs I needed done. I also researched to see how long these jobs typically take. Based on a few hours of reading, I decided that they were very fair with the pricing as it was much lower than the internet made me believe it would be. It also took them less than a day. They took the time to bring me into the garage and showed me exactly which parts were replaced. They showed me what was wrong with them so I could get an idea visually of what it was exactly that they fixed and repaired. They were very friendly and very informational. I could tell they were proud of the work that they did and took great consideration in making sure that I understood it as well. I’m very thankful we now have them so close to home! I’m hoping I don’t have any more issues, but if I do I know who to call.

I went in the store several times and they are my go to place, Rose is a very nice lady I meet in my life. She give discounts to the customer without asking them, VERY CO-OPERATIVE and kind lady and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, but they are getting worse people like ANGEL ANGEL, giving them worse comment without using their service.I can be positive, that person never visit the shop, just making the fake stories, please go and check their service before listening these weird people.

We needed to change our license plates since moving to Illinois and of course the screw was rusted and we damaged it trying to get it out. We thought we would go here and see if they could help us. The gentleman that helped were very professional and eager to assist us with our special request. After a few attempts they were able to pry the screw out and we got our official Illinois license plates installed. Superior customer service for going above and beyond their duty! Will be using them for future needs!

Best Auto shop in the town, very professional and detail oriented. I went for engine light on issue, they not even fix my issue, they showed me how messed up my spark plug setting are and which cause the damage of two ignition coil.I will not trust any negative reviews about them, because they are very professional and generous, also wave my diagnostic fee, I will make them my go to mechanic shop.

They are the best Business around in this Aurora city I have never seen a Merlin perform as good as they have, they have great enthusiasm and customer service and will diagnose your car to the best of your expectations.

Service was poor. Went for an oil change after scheduling the service appointment. Checked in and was told to wait as the mechanics had gone somewhere. Not what I expected after reaching there on time. Spent 1/2 an hour twiddling my thumbs - requested if I could use the shop wifi since I had my work laptop with me, but it was met with a no. The mechanics did not look professional - not in uniform, and I didnt see any certificates on display talking about their experience or qualifications - something you would expect in a franchisee shop like Merlin. At the end of the work, the owner was too busy on the phone to tell me the results of the inspection on my car, just took my payment. I will not be going there again.

VERY BAD RIP OFF OIL CHANGE SERVICE.... SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET GOOD QUALITY OF SERVICE.. THE OWNER LADY IS RUDE NOT VERY HELPFUL ONLY THERE TO RIP YOU OFF $$$ TERRIBLE SERVICE I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR AT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

My wife scheduled an appointment in the morning on a Saturday (she works all week), she drops it off and they tell her they can’t look at it until the afternoon, is it fine to leave it there? all she needed was a computer code read to see why the check engine light is on. Her husband finally took it to autozone and read it for free, ordered the part off Amazon, and changed it out. These guys have appointments for no reason and will not hesitate to take your money.

Had a scheduled appointment at 8 am, received email confirmation of appointment. When I showed up on time no one was there. I called the phone number and was told they wouldn’t be there until 11am due to an emergency. Why wasn’t I notified?? What a waste of my time!!!
