My cousin told me about this place and I love it!! Affordable used tire with installed 50.00 !! Can’t beat that I kept getting new tires from dealerships 200 bucks and would get a nail a year later All 3 of my new tires have nails in I .. now I only buy used .

*Warning* This place is currently ripping me off first off they’ve had my 1 rim forever because I had a crack in it took it to the Elgin location to get it fixed I was charged an arm and a leg for a weld I never got instead they put some sticky stuff on there then when I took it to the aurora location to be fixed properly the man argued with me and accused me of trying to get two rims fixed for the price of one because he couldn’t believe the horrible job that was done by their Elgin location then I had to call a week straight to check on my rim the receptionist didn’t seem to know what’s going on and told me they just started on it today everytime I called finally the last time I call she says there will be two additional charges outside of your warranty I’m trying to figure out why I was never consulted on a price change and why I was never given the opportunity to take my money else where this place is a rip off and they will try to scam you if your not careful!!!!!!!!

Overpricing and taxing on everything. I took my vehicle in to for them to see what the problem was with my car and they wanted to change me almost 3000 dollars. Ridiculous prices. They also charge me 45 dollars for my car to get checked out and they did not even want to give me a note of the things that were wrong with my car so I can get it fixed. Nor did they tell me it will be 45 dollars, they told me before I took it in. 45 dollars not even Firestone charge that much. Next time let people know you’re going charge before.

We were traveling from Iowa to Ohio, We called them right before they closed on a Friday night. They got us in immediately and patched our in 16 minutes!!! These guys were awesome I can’t say enough nice things about them. They were nice, fast, and the patch was put to intense highway stress. Thank you guys!!!

They lie to their customers. I was told to come when they open the next day to fix my exhaust and my car would be taken in right away and done and when I came in the next day they had me waiting until 10:30 before they even pulled the car into their bay. After an hour and a half of waiting I asked the lady to see my car and they brought me back and it was just sitting on the lift they didnt even do anything to it yet. Another hour goes by and at 1pm I ask them is my car done yet? They said it will be another hour..its currently 2pm and Im still waiting

I am beyond satisfied with the work they have done with my Jeep. Not only is it a family-owned shop but they treat you like your family. They treated me as if I was a top priority when they were busy and got me done so fast. I just love when businesses say what theyre going to do and do it, It defines their integrity. Not only that but they offer financing and I was able to get some extra accessories for my Jeep. Francisco is the man and his wife Nubia is the magic behind it all !!! Go here for rims tires sounds anything!

Not recommended. Take your car to the dealership for the same price or less. Multiple complaints while I waited for my car to be finished. Also as I waited for my car to be finished they had to come tell me they stripped my lug nuts.

This place and Daniel were amazing!! Sunday night I spent out in the snow and tore my rim up. Monday I called. Daniel said yes, come right in, we can help you Ms. Did an amazing job, took my Rim from trash and repaired it!!! I was also very happy to hear they offer other services such as, rims, radio installation, alarms and even window tinting. Prices are amazing and service is there! I would have given 5 stars but there were a couple of things that I wasnt too happy about. We purchased a set of 4 tires about a month ago but one of the tires got a hole on the sidewall so we had no choice but to replace that tire. We came here because I was approved for credit. Instead of getting one new tire we chose to get 4 new tires of a different brand since we didnt really like the quality of the other ones. We can either keep them or sell them to pay for the new ones. However, they did not have the tires in stock and we would have to wait until the next day. Unfortunately, we didnt have a tire since it had a tear on the sidewall it could not be fixed. The woman told us she would let us borrow a used tire and that they wouldnt charge for mounting. I thought oh thats really nice. So we agreed and we went home. Everything was great until this morning when we found the used tire completely flat. I called them and they said I had to get it towed there and that they couldnt help. I went to a nearby shop and they tried to put air in the tire but found the valve stem to be at fault. Seems Chihuahua tech didnt install correctly. Guys at shop helped me no charge and when I arrived at Chihuahua tire I told them what happened but the guy seemed unphased. Ok so we had already paid for the tires that were ordered so I waited for them to install. I get my car back and I seriously thought they put used tires on my car. They were really dirty plus the rims and my steering wheel were all full of greasy fingerprints. Considering this place has been around a while I would have expected better service. The last set of tires I purchased were mounted and balanced at Talachas tire shop a tiny dirty little shop but they treated us well and my tires and rims were not filthy when they finished with my car.

The “manager” Francisco was extremely unprofessional and conducted himself without integrity. My experience was so unpleasant. He had no regard for me as a paying customer and completely took advantage. Bad business I had to go back several times to get 1 thing fixed because they couldn’t get it right. When I bought them the part they destroyed it then told me it wasn’t the right part so I couldn’t even return it. No refund, no replacement and no fixed car. He dismissed me and sent me on my way. Potential customers BEWARE!!!

In and out in 30 minutes quick valve stem replacement. They didnt try to upcharge me or try to talk me into something I didnt need like other places do.

Local auto shop, did a great job with my brake work although it cost me over $2000. Im not very saavy in car repair cost but, make sure to do your due diligence. They have financing option and, I felt with my drive style I really needed major work done because of wear & tear I put on my car. Next time in was another $1000 fix for electrical problem. I started getting frustrated that my car was needing more and more work as if they were sabotaging my car to get more business because of the good credit. Final straw with this place was being quoted $1000 for radiator repair, I look on AutoZone site to see radiator cost for my car is less than $200 maybe another $100 for accessories. So what? $700 labor? Highway robbery! They did try to go down a bit to $780 because of previous business with them. Must be Im not Mexican I dont get the deals but hell Im not rich either. Having my radiator repaired elsewhere for less than $550 after telling my family about this experience. I will not be returning to this shop after Im finished with previous financed repairs. The finance is a rip off as well you pay more through the taxes.

The are fast friendly. The guys explain everything they did and when my car told me the wrong tore was low. They found the problem. The tire had a nail. They fixed it for $20 in only 20 minutes. Life savers. Thanks

I took my car in there for alignment, i have to say that i own an all wheel drive vehicle which means that all four tires need to be aligned. I took it two times because I could feel the pull to the right. I went back to complain and the told me that they only do the front side! Today my expensive tires are gone due to this place not doing the procedures right trying to save time and money! I trusted this guys my passengers’ and my own safety! Never ever coming back!

I friend of mine recommended me to come to this location awhile ago for brakes. Overall, they give good quotes on things that need to be repaired. I am not able to find another place with better pricing on things I need repaired. They do a great here at this location and they are friendly.

Called and asked about getting 2 tires mounted and balance and was told $20ea. After they had already started a guy came out and asked if I wanted the tires balanced and I said of course I do and he goes oh it’s $7 extra. Well what was I supposed to do at that point ?? Shop is very dirty and extremely messy. I would never trust them to do anything more than tires at best. Very misleading.

Came in for simple wheel nuts and when I walked I I could not find an employee. I honestly had no idea where the clerk was so I ended up just leaving without making a purchase.

RIP OFFS !!!!!!! Baited me in with a price of 160$ then got my truck and held it for ransom. They wanted $1200.00+ for the job. I refused getting the work done and they kept trying to haggle with me. After they realized I wasn’t going for the scam they repeated what I said back to me and charged me 60$ for nothing and told me to come get my car. Plus things were stolen out of my vehicle........ BEWARE!!!!!!

Had them paint and replace a bumper on a Lexus. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Less expensive than the other 2 quotes I had. Ive gone to Pep Boys for years, but will now go to Chihuahua. I didnt know they were more than a tire shop, but they are total car care center. Maria at the front desk is awesome and she made me feel comfortable when I first walked in. Im happy to support a local business.

I took my car there to get a censor replaced, when I got home I realized they stole my new battery out of my car and replaced it with someones old corroded battery.

Dont waste time calling them to check beforehand regarding your tire size they will literally just put your call on hold forever and not care. Call back and theyll just play stupid as if they are still looking

My husband had a flat and called and asked if they had a tire in stock and if they could install it today. They said yes. When he arrived only 20 minutes later, they told him they turned off the compressor and couldnt do anything for him. It’s disappointing that they would turn off their equipment 30 minutes before closing, especially when someone calls and confirms with them that theyll be coming in and they say they will do it!

I live in New England and travel here for business and my car failed when I arrived here at the Holiday Inn. They recommended Chihuahua to repair my car. As you might know, typically travelers are ripped off on the road. WHAT A REFRESHING SURPRISE! They are terrific, 4 new tires, intake manifold, extremely competitive pricing and more important, service, service service. I needed to be traveling the next AM and they got me on the road. Thanks Guys for a great job. I may just drive 1000 miles again just to have my car serviced by them, I recommend Chihuahua to anyone, especially a traveler with car trouble.

Went in for a tire replacement and waited for 15 mins without acknowledgement. At last approached one of the employees and requested help. No response. Repeated the request and the manager says to wait a minute. This while there wasnt one other customer in the shop. Went over to Discount Tires and was greeted and taken care of within minutes.

This place was my worst nightmare. I took in my car for new tires, I noticed they have a sign that says certified mechanics, so I told the Owner of another problem with my car, the battery kept draining and I asked him if he could diagnose it. I also asked him if he works with this type of car (E320 Mercedes Benz) and he said yes and affirmed that his mechanics are certified and that he is very strict with them. He called me to let me know what the diagnose was ( Radio Amp, and the driver seat control module) said that he was going to replace them and that should fix the problem, so I trusted him. Well they kept my car for a week and a half where i kept calling every day to find out if the car was ready. They just kept on giving me the run around, like it would be ready later today but they would call me later and said it would be ready tomorrow, So I had enough and decided to go to the shop unannounced, and to my surprise they burned out my fuel pump, exposed all the wire harness, didnt place them back, wires were all over behind the panels, damaged the brand new battery. They also disconnected my radio and knocked a couple of buttons off my radio, damaged the passenger seat control module as well, the car was all dirty with grease all over the inside, scratched my left rear door and placed it out of adjustment, scratched my right rear door handle, Broke my front bumper trim. Broke my left rear interior wood trim, and didnt fix anything, on the contrary they caused me all this damage to my car. I drove it to them and I ended towing it out of there shop. directly to the Mercedes Benz Dealer, where they had to replace and repair all the damages they did to my car. and the cost was to me $2,300 for the shoddy work done by Chihuahua Tire Shop. I would definitely give them Zero stars if the system would have this option. Im telling you guys dont risk you car or your wallet with these guys. And if you do its at your own risk!!! I had read there reviews and noticed that they had a lots of bad reviews but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. BIG MISTAKE on my part. But I learned my lesson, Dis-honest, very unprofessional!!!

SCAM SERVICE. They intentionally disconnected a sensor on my car for my service engine light to come on. I had no codes and my service engine light wasn’t on when I went ther. I took it to another shop and found my map sensor was unplugged. I’ve dealt with them on other occasions and they’ve always tried telling me something is wrong other than what I’ve brought the car in for, luckily I know a little bit otherwise they would of scammed me on other things. Be very careful dealing with the aurora store. But in my opinion don’t give them your business at all

I want to change my tire and as soon as i got the they give me attitude. I was outside see why after an hour my car want ready. The guy in charge told me to wait in the office. After I told him I could wait outside he took my car all the way inside where I couldnt see it. And started screaming. 2 hours later I got my car with a cracking sound in the front. I told then about it and they says it was already like that and they were not responsible. That they could fix it for $1200. Never going there again.

Ridiculous customer service and thieves. I brought in my 2008 lancer to have tints put on I figured because they charged 225 you would get quality tints. I was wrong on that. I got the tints back with bubbles and then after a week the tints were peeling off and scratches all over them. after arguing for awhile they said they would replace them one time I got them back they only replaced on window and told me they did both which is funny before I went in i purposely put a scratch in one of them that they said they would replace when i got the car back that same scratch along with the other multiple was there. Funny thing is the day before I brought them back had tint protector installed which has 100% guarantee the tints will not scratch. The guy told me that my car did that after he put them on. But wait, your not supposed to roll down your windows for 2 weeks why would he roll my window down? needless to say the guy lied straight to my face about replacing the tints when he clearly didnt and would do nothing to fix them. they ripped me off and scratched some of the plastic on the exterior of my car. Dont ever go here boycott them please.

I DONT ! RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Just Came there today about 12:30pm June 16, 2018. I started shopping at the big store but seems they dont have a tire needed for my car so I end up at their small store. a guy approached me while hes working on somebodys car asking me what I want then turning his back to me while I am talking. He did it to me 3 times. So no instruction and proper customer service given to me. Then, after more than 45 mins waiting they accepted new customer and putting car on the rack leaving me behind. Im little disappointed and speechless. Then this guy approached me again asking me if that is my car on the rack, I said no. Then he start showing me an attitude and making face telling me it happen because Im hiding and he doesnt know what I want. Stupid customer service right !. From the time I arrived I am there visible and standing right in-front of Him the whole time... Its simple no coming back on that store and I wish this store will go down and will closed soon because of the same issue and complaint based on google customer comments and ratings. Oh! I will check too if they were BBB accredited and I will make a bad comments. Very Soon!

Not happy we drop our truck to be service at 8 am we are the first person there we also had an appointment . They assured us our truck will be done at 7pm on the same day. We went back around 6:30pm since we did not get a call back we assumed will get a call on our way back to the shop. They about to closed the store when we got there and they would not even call us that they want our truck there overnight since they did not get to work with it.We said no since we are traveling the following day if they told us that half the day we probably reschedule or find a different to work with our truck. So they start working on it. Then we heard the clerk talk in Spanish that we are the kind of customer they hate they probably did not expect us to understand it so we ask them whats wrong with us? We are paying the amount they are charging us with and there the one whose not following up with the agreed work. Worse experience ever I would give 0 if I can.

They fixed my tire and put a whole in my transmission so I had to go back they told me either pay 800 for the oil or 1800 for transmission and so I sold them the car for 200 Im sure they fixed what they did and sold the car for 5 grand was a nice car the more and more i think about it... they stole my car

Apparently this was a good place years ago. Right now they just try to go through as many cars as they can and scam whoever they can. I have been stupid enough to give them the benefit of the doubt a few times. Always end up paying more than what they originally say. Every time i went there, a week or two later i had a new problem. Ive been to different mechanics in my life in the different places ive lived, never have had problems like ive had here. Not only me, but people i know too. Im not gonna go into detail, but it has been almost unbelievable the things these guys do, the shortcuts, the scams, telling you one thing then another, one price then another, a time to pick up your car and it gets delayed for days. Needless to say, neither me or the ones i know will be going back.

I was going to change 4 tires and have them balanced and they told me it would cost $150 so I went to ontother place and it only cost me $50 bucks so basically chihuahua tires are thiefs they where trying to steal $100 doll... from me dont go there people.

Bad experience bad service, all Chihuahua tire has to do is take one look at you and see if your an easy target!!Knowing I have a nail in my rear right tire which Ive had for quite some time just didnt had the time to take care of it, we drive in today to have this tire patch repair done.Chihuahua quickly rush us in the waiting room, when Chihuahua calls for us, right away Chihuahua is indicating our tire is bad, Chihuahua shows the one tire patch repaired that have already done on the one tire, then shows us of a second nail of course on the side wall of tire, remember weve been driving on this for quite some time!! All we did was add air on this slow leak when needed, weve have done our homework, verified that tire had only one nail, stayed away from buying 1 to 4 tires and because we didnt have the time, we decided to do the patch repair mainly because its reasonable and we have the time, we chosed Chihuahua tire because of the location and very disappointed, they tryed to persuade us in spending more then just a tire patch repair service, walked out of Chihuahua tire with a new nail on the one tire Chihuahua patched. Bad services!!!!

My husband took our car there to get an alignment and the tires rotated. HORRIBLE SERVICE!. We just purchased the car and the previous owner had given receipts of all the repairs since he has had it. They tired to tell my husband that he needed to replace a part that the previous owner had already replaced. They took about 2 hours just for the alignment and rotation of the tires. Only to have the alignment still off! When my husband called back to complain they told him the mechanic told him the alignment wouldnt be good because he didnt want to replace a certain part. The part that had already been replaced by the previous owner 2 months ago!! We live far and my husband had been in the area so he figured he would take it there since he was out that way. Only giving Poor-Fair because have to rate it somehow. We will never go there again. SCAM ARTISTS!!!

I would recommend this up to anyone. Customer service is terrible and they have a lack of respect of loyalty and respect to their customers. They also put my tires on backwards so I had to come back the next day for them to fix it after waiting six hours for new rims to get put on my vehicle and then overcharged For the rims for a mistake they made. As I sat there waiting for my vehicle to get fixed I heard three other customers talking about how they messed up their car and they weren’t going to fix it. Overall this establishment is horrible and is a Very terrible place to purchase anything Or have anything fixed.

Was here for 2 hours for one tire and when I left it wasnt balanced even though they charged me for a balance. Ill never go again! I cant even drive my car without getting it balanced somewhere else now
