I called last minute to get an oil change and an engine diagnostics (which I didn’t end up needing because my check engine light when off at the moment) They were able to squeeze me I right away! As soon as I walked through the door, Moses took no time in greeting me. I explained to him what was going on and he gave me an estimate on when my car would be ready. My car was ready as expected and he told me that because no check engine light was present, he wasn’t going to charge me for something they didn’t do! I appreciated that because most places just take your money anyways. I then explained I forgot to mention that my trunk latch was broken and I haven’t been able to close my trunk in months! Moses offered to fix it w/ no problem as long as I had the part. The only thing they had to do was remove a few screws— and BOOM 💥 fixed within 3 mins tops! Kevin did a great job and was very fast. This was the best car experience I’ve had in a long while. Midas was awesome— but Moses and Kevin were amazing. The great experience happened from the first phone. Call, to my first step in the door. I was told in so many words they only take scheduled appoinments and planned breakdowns. I was turned away because i was neither and they were going home in an hour. I had a reliability issue and was simply trying to be proactive and be ahead of an emergency. Whatever happened to wait a while and lets see if #### can stay over look at it before we close the garage to make sure youre safe to drive it

Going into these guys has been such a blessing!! As a single momma having a safe car to drive is imperative. Midas made that happen! So here’s a shout out to everyone who has touched my car, whether it be the front desk, or the techs thank you thank you!Bulb got put in very quickly when my break light went out, oil change was perfect and NOT overfilled.And coolant reservoir was cracked and they put this in faster than I though they could.Man I cannot tell you how amazing these guys are!!! If you need anything go straight to them and they will treat you and take care of you like family.

Took my car in because I had a service park assist system message on the dash. They claimed that my module was bad and needed to be replaced. Moses said that their was only one part available in the country and it was going to cost $488.00 for the part. Mopar parts had the module for easy fast shipping and a cost of $184. What a ridiculous mark up! I took my car to a different mechanic who actually tested the module and discovered that it was still working properly and the problem was really a sensor on my bumper that was not working. Basically a $947 quote from Midas would not have even fixed my problem. They overcharge and have no clue what they are doing. I will never go there again!

Even the best shop in town will get negative reviews from some people. I believe some people are just professional complainers. I have always had good luck at this store with timely repairs and service at an affordable price. I even added a brake job at last moment and it was done quickly while I waited.

Called them for a simple oil change manager told me it would take a minimum of an 1 whole hour and that I had to have everything done to my car that the oil change offered. Then he told me if I did not accept all of their services he did not want my business and then I could go somewhere else well you will never ever have my business and either will any other Midas and I hope others make the same choice!!

As a single older woman having to take my car in for car maintenance is very scary , due to past experience of dishonest car maintenance that overcharged me and gave very poor bad advice . These gentlemen are so professional ,so kind, so caring and above all they were so honest with me , I can trust them with my car ,I can trust them to give me good advice and I can trust them to be accurate in the work that they do highly recommend this team here at Midas on Iliff I will not take my Nissan rogue sport to any other place for oil changes, tires rotation or for a general overall inspection of my car these are highly trustworthy gentlemen

Went here because we had a coupon. Heard the manager talking to the lady at the front. He told her that there telling everyone they need to get there rotors sanded. My interpretation of this is scamming. Everyones car does not need this. Also was there 3 hours. Had to order filter, they gave it to someone else, then they needed to order another one. The coupon included a tire rotation. They didnt do it until I told the lady at the front, I didnt think they did it. Not good at all. Never going back.

I found this place when I was in a pickle. I had a nail in my tire and was having a really hard time finding a shop that would take me last minute to patch it up. Moses fit me into his schedule and I am just so tickled he did! He is a very kind and friendly man who provides a laid back atmosphere to his customers. I tried to set up an appointment online and it never went through. When I called the store to see if it went through (and finding out it didnt), they told me to just come in and they would fit me in. I could tell when I got in they were busy and maybe even understaffed but that didnt stop them from treating everyone with respect and doing what they could to get everyone in and out

They helped me schedule the appointment and took me to my car to show me all of the concerns they could find. Great and quick service on a busy Saturday.

I had a flat tire. I was missing a part of my Jack. Javier told me to bring the car by. When I called up Midas because I was across the street. Javier quoted me the wrong price. My spare tire donut was so rusted that they went the extra mile to get it off and put it on. Even though Javier quoted me the wrong price he still honored the price that he gave me that was a lot cheaper then it was supposed to be. And they still want that extra mile to help me.

They provided tons of honest information, some not very pleseant but still what i needed to know and helped me get my Hyundai up and running again. Lots of time was spent looking for and then sourcing a rare part and tons of quality communication updating me on the status. Thank you guys, youve earned a customer for life.

The customer service was great and they took good care of my car. I got some honest answers to some car questions and instead of letting me spend the extra money for what I was asking for I got recommendations on how and where to do it for cheaper. I like that type of honesty it goes a long way.

I took my car here for an oil change my one request was to tell me what was wrong with my windshield wipers, when they finished with the oil change they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee other than a minor oil leak. So I reminded them about the windshield wipers which they had marked were working fine in the evaluation they gave me and they told me they noticed that but didn’t know why they were not working. Eleven days later something was seriously wrong with my brakes so I took it back they quoted me 860 for front pads, rotors, rear drums and shoes, and hardware they did not mention anything about a brake flush. I agreed even though the rotors were just replaced less than two years and 2,000 miles ago. They called me at 3:30 and told me they were going to charge me an additional hour of labor for something that would affect the new brakes if they did not fix it. But how did they not see that and include that in the original estimate? And why when I looked at my invoice did they charge me for a brake flush they mentioned nothing about. Also, my aunt called them and requested that they give us the pads and rotors they removed since she still had a warranty on them. They only gave me back the pads and only the back pads were worn. I love the Midas by my house on smoky hill and Buckley they are friendly and trustworthy. However I feel completely scammed by this specific Midas. If my brakes really needed everything they quoted me for they should have caught that when they did my oil change and inspection eleven days prior. Anybody that cares about their vehicle, do not take your car here!!

I am writing this review to thank Rory for being solution based when dealing with a situation that came up from a service we had received. He was very professional when working towards a solution and would trust him again as he is an honest person willing to go out of his way to help.

I contacted this location a mth ago late June. My 2016 Wrangler was having an engine code with a loud ticking sound and sway bar issue with hard acceleration. Firestone initially hooked my Jeep up, stating I needed to go to an engine shop. I contacted Midas, verified there are somethings they’re capable of completing. (The gentleman answering the phones, Rory, sounds like a very knowledge guy. Being a girl and trying to describe to him my issues he was able to follow along, be candid with me, and truly was trying to help.) I explained that I think I have a bad rocker arm. He confirmed they could definitely take care of a rocker arm issue so we made an appointment. I dropped off my Jeep on a Friday at 7:30 am (Rory was off for the day sadly) left around 7:45. Approx 8:05 am same day (20 mins later), I get a call stating they’re recommending a whole new engine. I had a potential $600 bill to replace a rocker arm to now $4k-$6k for a new engine. I sat on it and was going to seek out a second opinion. Yesterday, I finally tackled the engine myself. I found the bad rocker arm, replaced it. $10. I also did the spark plugs because she’s 90k miles. Everything now works again and no knocking sound. Midas, you failed on this one. I take professional opinions/recommendations very seriously. But this time, I knew a new engine was not the right answer. Your guys at the shop took advantage of me because you didn’t think I knew anything. You’ve now lost my business for life.

I had my exhaust done at this location recently and it was a very pleasant experience. Corey is a consummate professional that provides fantastic customer service. Lokie is also incredibly proficient at his trade and I was left with no question as to the quality of his work.I will absolutely bring my trash heap back here. 10/10. Would return again

This is my favorite Midas! I come here for all my cars needs! I purchased a used car a couple of days ago and brought it in there have it looked over to make sure it was running good. Mindy and Lokie did an amazing job. They were super friendly, explained all my cars needs with me and showed me what they were talking about. I came to Midas because I had an ABS light on you come to find out it is the wire harness that needed to be changed out this should take about 5-10 minutes to do it simply to clips did the have to come out and then putting the wire into its appropriate holding clips took them over for hours when I first arrived I asked how much does a diagnostic cost he said itd be $100 but then once they found out what was wrong if I decided to have them do the service that $100 would be applied towards the total bill that is not what happened they charged me $245 to clip in the wire harness did I ask what about the hundred dollars Ive already paid doesnt that come off the bill the gentleman tells me to hold on let me talk to my manager comes back and says well now we can give you $ 20 or $30 off which is not what I was told clearly bait and switch not to mention the fact theres no way connection of one Hub wire harness should have ever cost anywhere near that amount will never use them again

This location is awesome and I dont know who my technician was, but the new manager, Rachel, was amazing. She explained everything about what needed to be done to my car in detail and used language I understood. I dont know really anything about cars so Im always reluctant to go to a shop because Im always afraid of being taken advantage of, but I will definitely be returning to this location. Great customer service! Also, this location is currently giving free A/C checks, so go check them out for the summer temperatures coming ahead!

The new manager Dominic is amazing. He told me he had been there for just 4 days and his job was to make the customer service better. I told him about my previous experience and how I was extremely unhappy with the company the last time I went there. I told him I would try it again because I had a coupon. He listened to me and he was beyond exceptional. If youre looking for an honest mechanic that tries to work with you, Dominic and the other manager Rory is willing to work with you. If you want an honest mechanic that wont charge you an arm and a leg go to Midas on Buckley and Illif.

On Friday my husband spoke with Ted the manager and was told we could bring our Ford focus in for an oil change Saturday morning. On Saturday morning we returned to take the car to Midas and the young men working behind the counter refuse to help us. They said they had no time available until Monday and they would not help us. We explained that we already made a reservation with their manager and the my still refused saying it was logistics... I asked to speak to Ted and they told me to try other locations as he floats. After calling multiple Midas location I was able to speak with Ted who confirmed that there should be no barrier to us obtaining an oil change today, he couldn’t believe that we were refused service and did apologize for his employees lack of customer service. Jiffy Lube here we come. Thanks for checking that “Midas” care

I feel like I just got robbed. I was charged $622.42 to replace the 12V battery on my Prius. It says the on invoice the battery price is $482.99. But I checked with NAPA the price of the battery with the same part number is only $260.99. Never taking my car there again.

Great service and friendly staff. I came in for an oil change and asked whether the mechanic could take a quick look at my broken windshield washer pump as well. In addition to the oil change, and a free courtesy check of the vehicle, the mechanic agreed to test my car battery, fuses and the washer pump. Although the electrical problem causing the pump to malfunction was not immediately clear, after half an hour of troubleshooting (which included contacting car dealers and looking into wiring diagrams) the bad connection was fixed and the washer pump now works great again. It is clear that the service here goes above and beyond other places and I highly recommend this place.

Dishonest people I went in for a shaking wheel I thought I needed an alignment was told that I needed new breaks and rotors that my rotors could not even be resurfaced and to replace everything would be almost $1200. After the girl tried to convince me into get everything changed I ask for the quote sheet and I would get back to her. Went to another Midas for a second opinion not telling them I had been to another one of their stores already. Told him the same thing that I needed an alignment The guy tells me yes I do need new breaks I ask how did the rotors look he advised the front were perfect the back could be resurfaced. Yes I needed breaks but that was not the complete reason for the shaking wheel I needed my tires balanced as well which the girl at this location NEVER stated she just wanted To con me out of $1200 for breaks and rotors which I only needed breaks

Went in for a estimate for a replacement exhaust pipe from collector on back. Wanted Straight pipe, maybe 2 small bends to do.$700 is what the estimate was, thats unreal for the amount of work that would have been done. So I went to advanced auto parts store, bought the pipe I needed and a muffler put it all together for @$100. Basically saved $600. Midas prices are way out of whack, its all about the money for them. I will never go back there again.
