Mike and his superb staff have been servicing my Camaro and two of my wifes cars for years now. I would never trust our vehicles to anyone other than Mike. The work is of the highest quality, always on time as promised and always done at standard costs. Mike was able to get my car in immediately. I could not afford to be stranded without my car and he made sure my car was repaired in a timely manner. Also, when the Toyota auto part place overcharged me for unnecessary parts Mike made sure I was given the proper refund. I would never have known the overcharge was a mistake, but Mike is an honest business man and I greatly appreciate that. I also appreciate how well he communicated what was happening with my car; from diagnosis to the refunded I was owed and each transaction in between.

Hannah’s Mastertek was awesome. When my car died with the freezing temperatures they fixed everything right up. They didn’t pressure me into any additional services. Mike was extremely helpful and kind. They even check in a couple days after their service to make sure everything is going ok. Would recommend!

This happened years ago but took my car and they had it for over two weeks and fixed absolutely nothing and when I confronted them on giving me my money back Mike the owner was furious he went and looked at my car had me start it and while it was running rip my spark plug wires out. They rip me off for $2000 would not refund the money and told me to take him to court because he had a really good lawyer. Stay away from this place!!!! Please read the other Negative reviews there is a pattern here.

Ive used Hannahs for 3 different vehicles and they are fair on the work and pricing. I can always ask to postpone work if needed and they will note it and be ready next time I bring in my vehicle. They took care of me with a faulty fuel pump that needed multiple replacements and I appreciate the history they keep on my vehicles. I would suggest giving them a try if you are looking for a new mechanic. Calling for an appointment is always helpful for a quick turn around.

This shop should be shut down! Absolutely ABSURD pricing and poor quality. Mike and his team have no idea what they are doing and ripped me off for parts and labor! They diagnosed an issue that wasnt even an issue and STILL had the same problem when I picked up my car from them.How this mechanic shop is still open blows my mind!!

Took my car in because somnething wasdrawing from the battery causing the battery to drain. Mike assured me he could find the problem and fix it. Before i left i had to pay the $90 fee to diagnose the problem. Here called me toward the end if the day and told me my fuse panel had gone bad and need to be replaced. Told me it would be around $1100. I called my old mechanic in Utah and he said i was being overcharged and in all his years working in Hondas, hes never had to replace a fuse panel. Mike charged my credit card the full amount before the car was even finished being worked on. Every shop Ive ever been to has you pay the bill after the car is fixed. Then he says he needs to order the part from Honda and it wouldnt be there until the next day. Ok. no problem. He had my car for 4 days! After picking up the car it had the SAME PROBLEM! ITS NOT EVEN FIXED! The car wont start because the battery was drained. Checked the alternator and it was fine. Decided to have the dealerships take a look at it. They found the problem and fixed it the same day. It was the ac condenser was stuck open and drawing power even with the engine turned off. The mechanic there told me the fuse panel most likely never needed to be replaced and i was ripped.off.DO NOT go to Hannahs. You WILL get ripped off

This neighborhood car repair is ran by pros and you talk to the people who actually do the work, they are very professional and friendly. Its nice not to have to go to the corporations for this service. They are very pleasant and honest and they keep the price down.

Googled them and chose because closest to disabled vehicle. Was called as soon as car arrived and was kept up to date about progress. Communication was a little twisted but was satisfied with work and courtesy shown because I was quite persistent and probably annoying

Honestly everyone who works here seems like they hate their job and the service reflects that. Once they make a repair there is often something they “forgot” to do. Maybe they should get paid more I don’t know but I do know that you should get your car rechecked after you take it here.

Jen and Nick were great when I had my oil changed recently. They were prompt, getting me in and out on time as scheduled. Highly recommend.

I previously took my 2011 VW diesel wagon to Mastertek for service & was always pleased with the service. My 2017 car has a ways to go before needing service not provided by the dealership, but I plan to again use Mastertek.

Awesome work. Fixed our car, which all the corporate mechanics wanted 2000 to fix. This shop was so honest with finding the real problem, that we had enough money left over for a complete brake system on our truck. Very rare to find companies that are honest, fair, and fast fixing . I will definitely use this shop with all our vehicles from now on, and highly recommend this shop to anyone needing to get out of the corporate money pits

I took my car in for an estimate for engine work. I had taken my car in to other places but I was impressed with the price and the professional manner of the crew. Mike and his techs did a great job with my car. The price was reasonable and done a timely manner. Hannahs Mastertek will be my go to garage from now on.

I took my Durango in to them thinking II just needed my coolant and thermostat housing fixed threw my dealer warranty... worst service I EVER paid for the diagnostic fee which was $75 just for them to not put the radiator cap back on my car then requested that in order to fix my car I needed to pay for the parts (which was coming out of my own pocket because it wasn’t covered under warranty ... After paying for their services they had me drive off to go get the parts in my car does not have a radiator cap now so on top of paying for a brand new thermostat I have to buy a whole new radiator cap as well due to their auto mechanics negligence.. I want my diagnostic fee back and I will never come back to this auto body shop ever again(.)

This guys are good . I drove in lost, looking for another shop...that quoted me a price. I was lost and went to the wrong shop. It must have been meant to be...I have a beetle and so has it this shop is VW certified. They were able to take my car in to fix my accelerator cable. The price was more expensive then I expected, but they got the job done. So far so good. Thank you guys, I will e back.

My experience was fantastic. I had a small issue with a stuck shifter and they fixed it on the spot. They told me why it was happening and advised that I needed to get it repaired within 6 months. I have a 2005 Dodge Durango that is currently getting a new engine , Before my Durango I bought my 2004 Chevorlet Impala with a terrible engine and a blown head gasket, not only did they put In the engine for me in the same day they also had my car finished the next day & a REASONABLE price. 5 star Business with a 10 star staff !

We have been going to Werners for several years - good guys and honest guys. I would and I do recommend Mastertek to others.

I took my car in for the FREE check engine light scan. Mike lied to me and told me that I had a blown head gasket and a misfiring solenoid amongst a myriad of other issues. I was quoted almost $2,000 for the repairs, but told them not to touch the car, as it wasnt running poorly before I brought it in, and it seemed hard to believe that I had a problem as severe as a blown head gasket. I picked it up and the car ran worse than it ever had. It shook uncontrollably, and was making a very loud popping noise I had never heard before. I took my car to a trusted mechanic the next day to find out Mike and his crew had loosened spark plug boots, and not connected others properly, (hence the loud popping noise; why he was even under the hood when I asked for a simple check engine scan is still a mystery to me) in an attempt to get me to let them replace my allegedly blown head gasket. After a full diagnostic scan by a different mechanic, it was determined that all I needed was a tune up, and that Mike Hannah had tried to sabotage my vehicle in an attempt to make me pay for an unnecessary repair. DONT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU.
