Julio and his team are honest, quick, and fair pricing. I went in for an A/C recharge. Julio did some great diagnostics and found out my AC compressor wasn’t getting any power. He worked in my car for about 1 hour and did not charge me. He referred me to an electrician who was able to fix my electrical issue. Now my car blows cold AC and I didn’t have to replace my AC compressor saved me $600+Highly, highly recommended this locations.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. I have an older car but I take good, regular care of it. I knew I needed an oil change + headlights replaced. Took my car to some other shop and they insisted I needed $3k worth of work (a laundry list of 8 different repairs), even though my car was experiencing no issues at the time. Didnt make any sense to me. Took my car to Julio, he said my car was in great shape, performed some minor maintenance and replaced my headlights. Affordable, honest, professional, communicative. He also sent me to a great autoglass guy when I cracked my windshield. Good people know good people -- Ill be back every time and send folks your way. Thanks man!

The guys here are always so fast in their work . I don’t know how they do it. Good prices for the work. The only complain is that they say they’re open at 9am but sometimes they’re not in until 10:30 sometimes. Which is kinda wack, but it is what it is! Highly recommended!

Great find! They do amazing work. Had front and rear breaks done on my moms car. And an oil change. Only lets you know whats needed and gets it done quick while still providing great quality work. Reasonable prices and great friendly service! Going back tomorrow to have brakes done on my car and I am sure I will be back after that too, my go to place from now on! I have 3 messing kids so I am sure his detailing service will come in handy quite often!

Had struts, springs, away bars, away bar links put in.All factory oem equipment.My ride went down hill.major.league. Clanking popping, clanking.I went back with suspect back shock replacement,.problems got worse.Went to my go to mechanic. Turns out the mounts were trashed, they are rotationally important and were put in wrong. He corrected that ($250).Then there was the clanking and clunking he couldnt find... Finally after 2 months it got so consistent he found it. The bolt that Holds the spring to the strut was loose. Heturned it 3/4of.a rotation. Finally my Highlander is riding sweetThankfully he did that for free.Not a good experience

I really needed new brakes.Loud noisy grinding from the front brakes that came on over several days.I have an older car and I dont want to pay high prices to install new brakes.I considered a mobile mechanic but found Elite 2 and the positive reviews on Yelp and Google.Called about an appointment andI was quoted a price for new pads and new pads and rotors if needed, both very reasonableandI was invited to come in that Saturday afternoon.Their mechanic asked if I wanted Pads and Rotors or just Pads,and I told him I didnt know but I would take his recommendation.After the inspection, he told me Pads and Rotors were needed and I agreed based on the grinding noise, but he said that was enough.An hour later, my brakes were done and I paid the price quoted over the phone.$ 60 less than the price I would have paid a mobile mechanic and perhaps $ 100 or more less than I would have paid the big commercial companies.I live 45 minutes away from Elite 2 and I will still try to bring my car there from now on.

You need a mechanic not fluff. These guys do the job correctly without overcharging you. I trust these guys to handle any and all service my vehicle needs. Sure its not a fancy place like Firestone or other type of big shop, but, they do the same job at much cheaper prices. I will be back, again as they are my trusted shop.

Other mechanics ask you drop off your car and theyll get back to you later. At least here I can show up and spend no more than an hour and a half for my car to be ready. Most of the waiting is just for the part to arrive. Quick work, reasonable pricing, and Im never late to work.

Really upset, got windshield wiper repair work done and was told if I wasnt satisfied they would try something else for no charge since my wipers still didnt fuction at 100% but I needed my car to move that weekend . Tried to call 2 days later as the wipers just didnt cut it and the number is disconnected. Tried to call over the past month, left messages on Google review, their Facebook page and their website with no response. Now my wipers do not work at all, all over again, and Im stuck paying for the repair same repair a second time a month later. Reviews seemed great but clearly I shouldnt have relied on that. I feel completely swindled.If you see this please contact me to discuss this.

Took my car in to get detailed last minute for an auto show it was going to be in that weekend. They had told me if I bring it in early morning they would have it done in a few hours. A few hours turned into 6 hours, which was fine, I had other transportation. We looked at the back of the car specifically because I wanted them to help get out all of these little orange spots which they said they could. I picked up the car and didnt think to inspect the whole thing. When I got it home I noticed on the back of the car a dime size cut into the paint that wasnt there before. When I called them they said they knew nothing about it, but then after talking to them about it said it was probably a paint bubble burst and that my warranty should cover it. So I took it into the dealership and they ruled it out that it was NOT a paint bubble and that it was close to $800 to fix! This is my brand new car that im very peticular about, I would have noticed if it were there before hand seeing how we were looking at the back of the vehicle before I dropped it off. Im very upset with this place that they did not own up to their mistake. Will never go back for future auto shows.
