The staff at Robinson’s automotive helped us out so much with our 2007 Honda minivan. We love this van and didn’t want to buy a new one bc prices are so high right now, they helped us get the old girl running again AND troubleshot an electrical problem the Honda dealership wanted to charge us thousands for- Robinson’s gave us a MUCH lower price and fixed it right up. They are great communicators and they got us in and out in less than just a few days. Highly recommend and I’m happy they are here if we need them again! Thanks so much!

I have trusted Robinsons for years. Word must have gotten out because they are very busy now. You should make a reservation if you can!I thought I had a big mechanical problem. It turned it to be some fasteners that came loose. They found it and fixed them for free.

I cant recommend Robinsons enough. I have to echo the other reviews...their prices are always reasonable, and they are honest. It is always evident that they are trying to get you moving again in the least expensive possible way. On top of all of this, they are friendly as well.

Robinsons installed some rear shocks for me at less than 1/3 the parts and labor price I was initially quoted elsewhere, and they appear to have done a great job. If they didnt do a great job, I will let you know. They will definitely get a chance to quote prices on any work I have on my other four cars, too! Great value!!

I am blown away with Robinsons Auto. I normally take all my vehicles here for reliable and honest work but today I had an issue with a new piece of videography gear I just ordered and needed a hole tapped. I brought it into Robinsons and they tapped the hole no questions asked and thanked me for being a valuable customer. They dont make shops like this anymore. I love this place.

Im generally very skeptical about maintenance and repairs when it comes to my vehicles, but I can honestly say that Robinsons will continue to have my familys business for years to come. I went in as my 2016 Accords windshield wiper fluid wasnt coming out. The pump was working and the reservoir was full, still nothing. I dropped off my car at about 10 am (having called the same day) and at 3:30 they called me to let me know they found a simple fix. Apparently somewhere there was a broken clip and the fluid wasnt making it to the sprayers, it was a quick fix and the part I bet cost a nickle at best. They didnt charge me for the labor, the part or getting me taken care of the same day. Oh and they filled up my low tires with air and I paid them nothing. Clearly Im not very handy or technical, but they will continue to have my business for years.Oh and they have an office dog.

I scheduled a time to drop off my car and they diagnosed and had it ready to go before I was!! Wish there was more people like the folks at Robinsons. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Wanting to avoid spending a lot at the dealership, I brought my G35 to Robinson for some maintenance work. The folks at Robinson were very good about checking the status of the vehicle fluids, and honestly telling me which needed replacement and which did not. The shop was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend them without hesitation.

On my way to work one blustery winter morn, my car began to overheat and almost catch on fire. I was able to get into Robinsons. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem, changed out the thermostat, had some additional issues with bubbles in the line. I was extremely impressed with the amount of time they spent with my vehicle, the friendly service, the way they took the time to talk to me and explain things (what to look for), and the fact that they took the time to ensure that everything was going to go smoothly when I left. Highly recommend this team, I will bring all my vehicles back here.

Great work done at this shop and more resonable than my dealer. Some shops will not touch a spark plug change on a Ford 5.4 ... there are many horror stories. A job well done with no broken parts to replace. Fantastic!

They saved me from being bent over a barrel at the dealership when my 2015 grand cherokees radiator cracked at 40k miles (just out of warranty). I took my vehicle in to Robinsons Auto Repair for some diagnostic work due to a noise in my rear tire. Suspecting a larger issue (bearing, universal joint, etc...), Robinsons determined the noise was due to brake issue. Robinsons did not perform the brake repair work because, luckily, I can perform my own brake/rotor service on my Chevy truck. However, since they already had my vehicle, I asked them to perform a front-end alignment. When I went to pickup my vehicle (after it had been there 8 hours), the technician was still working on my alignment. I paid for the service and waited....waited......and waited.When Robinsons technician completed his service work, I rode with him in the vehicle to test drive the repair work. The technician stated its no better than when I test drove your truck this morning. I returned back inside and spoke with Troy (Robinsons Sales Rep), and Troy stated he could not authorize a refund, he was only a sales representative. Therefore, I called at a later date and spoke with Doug - Robinsons Auto Repair owner. In spite of my explanation of the service (or lack thereof), Doug would not provide me with a full refund for the alignment charge.Robinsons Auto Repair (per their website), claim that: 1) their experts have the knowledge to service and repair even the most challenging auto problems and 2) youll be happy with the outcome.Evidently a front alignment issue must be to challenging of an auto problem for the experts at Robinsons Auto Repair! And, as evidenced, I am not happy with my outcome.....

I was at a local dealership getting my oil changed and they said that I needed new brakes and a coolant flush. I was not going to pay delersip prices for these services and decided to call Robinsons. I had been there before and had a good experience and my neighbor all raves about them. robinsons quoted me $150 for the brakes and $60-$80 for the coolant flush (depending on voulme of system). the dealership had wanted $450 and $225 for these services. They called me 20 minutes after I had dropped of my car and said that I had 40% left on my pads and the coolant tested to -52 degrees and did not need chaning and that if it were there car they would not do any of this service. dropped off my car expecting to sped $250+ and thought I was getting a deal and this auto shop recommended that I not do any work on the car. I typically go to the local woodmans for a $20 oil change and will be going to this place moving forward and would be happy to pay a small premium for thier integrity.

Friendly but raped me on parts and fixed something that didnt need to be fixed.I recently took my 6 cylinder 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee here for a check engine light and an oil leak. I specifically told the man behind the desk that my oil leak was around the oil filter somewhere because I had previously cleaned the engine with degreaser and traced it there myself. They instead charged me $250.98 for a valve cover gasket repair that didnt need to be done in the first place.The check engine light was a cracked exhaust manifold which ended up costing me $897.98. After realizing I still had an oil leak and that they had fixed my valve cover gasket for no apparent reason I researched the overcharge in parts. To me a 30%-50% markup on parts is acceptable for a mechanic because I understand they need to make money too but they charged me double and even triple in some cases. Below are my findings and the reason I refuse to take my vehicle back here. Auto parts average is the average cost between auto zone discount auto and advanced auto, as you can see below they charge double what the major chains do and tripple what the parts would cost on Ebay.$90 hour labor : A little pricy but around average for mechanics$379.99 Exhaust manifold assembly Auto parts store average $185.00 Ebay: $99$94.99 Upstream oxygen sensor Auto parts store average $55.00 Ebay: $22.41$59.99 Valve cover gasket Auto parts store average $35.00 Ebay: $21.00$64.99 Oil pressure sending unit Auto parts store average $30.00 Ebay: $12.19I have since fixed my $10 oil filter housing gasket issue that I probably would have been charged a few hundred dollars for.
