I’ve been taking my car here since purchasing used from dealership. The car has had many issues including needing a new transmission last year. I brought it in for front brakes and rotors, sway bar replacement and an oil change. All repairs done in a timely manner and had my car running great. The price was even less than the original quote. I highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for a trustworthy place for car repairs!

I’ve taken me car here for many years. Never again. I was disappointed in the recent service as I brought my car in for a new thermostat housing and was without a car for over a week! I spent hundreds of dollars on Lyft for work and other purposes.They didn’t notice my fan wasn’t working until after replacing the housing and I agreed to have a new one installed. After waiting for the delivery of the part, I was told the wrong part was ordered and I had to wait more for the correct part to be ordered and delivered.The very next morning after paying over $1000 to pick up my car, my car overheated on the way to work and was showing the SAME problem I initially brought it in for. I called and was told to have it towed and they gave me JJs Towing number. I was furious that on top of trying to figure out a way to work, I had to also call the tow company and take care of that. More money spent on Lyft and more waiting.I called to find out what was going on but it rang to another location. Multiple times during this ENTIRE process, I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the Aurora location and it would ring to another location. This person was so helpful and let me know they should have a LOANER car I could have used this entire time saving me hundreds and he was going to call Tom for me and have this handled. I was told later to come in as they have a loaner car for me (we were heading into yet another weekend but a holiday weekend this time). When I got there my car was ready and Tom told me the reason it broke down was the new hose they just installed wasn’t clamped on and shot off while I was driving. See pic of engine. Really???I am beyond confused as why I was never offered the loaner car until over a week after bringing it in? The delays were all due to the mistakes and carelessness. I’m the one who had to pay (money and stress, etc!)I’m very frustrated and also wondering why they KEEP reaching out via text and emails repeatedly for me to leave a review?Here you go.

Stopped by with a flat and the nicest guy patched my tire and put it on and didnt charge me anything. Great customer service! Definitely recommend

This is the best auto shop Ive ever had. A place like Colorado Tire and Service is worth their weight in gold. Every time Ive brought my car in, Ive gotten it back in a timely fashion with no problems. Also, their prices are very reasonable...it is always less than I thought it would be. These guys are true pros who treat the customer right every time.

Very friendly employees. Very helpful. They were able to replace my bad tire and lug nuts in one visit! They followed up with me after the visit. I found my tire shop!

After spending $2500 on power steering issues. When I went to pick up my truck they said that it sounded a little better and that eventually the sound would go away. After driving it for three days it got worse. I went in today to see what they could do and they said that they were busy and booked for weeks. Or that I could drop it off and that’s they would try to get to it. I wished their service was as quick as they charge your card. I would never recommend them. A call to the BBB will follow.

It was the day before New Years and I had a nail in my tire. I first went to Discount Tire and they told me I had to set an appointment two days later. I called Colorado Tire & Service and they were able to help me immediately. It took MAX one hour to fix my tire and I was well on my way. Great service and highly recommend!! Support local business!

I drive a Ford so it breaks down a lot. I just had my check engine light go on and they was able to diagnose it correctly after an hour not like the AutoZone or O’Reilly’s cheap little instruments.Going to go in for my U joints In a few days, I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else

Car repairs are never fun - this business is customer focussed. I recently brought my car for an oil change and it was ready as promised. No more hours waiting at the dealer for me...in and out in less than an hour.

Took my car here for brake work and they diagnosed my problem right away. Replaced my brake booster and did it in a timely manner. Fast and friendly service. Think I got charged fairly for the time and part I needed for my car (scion tc). Much better than taking it to Toyota dealership. Will be back for future service for my car. Hard to find honest and straight forward mechanic.

Colorado Tire & Service is my go-to every single time I need to switch out my seasonal tires. I bought my summer and winter sets from them, and even when I called them last minute for a tire change the day before a snow storm they somehow managed to fit me into their busy schedules when no one else would. Took my car here for a second opinion after being told to go to a dealership from my previous mechanic. Not wanting dealership prices, I found another nicely reviewed shop and the reviews aren’t lying.Found my steering issues within hours of dropping off my car, repairs completed the next day. I had additional lights come on after they made initial repairs, and the employee I talked to on the phone was receptive of me asking for a discount since this was a new problem I didn’t cause and I ended up paying ~$115 less. Price of labor and parts are fair otherwise.Always friendly over the phone and always ready to answer questions from a clueless car person. Will definitely be back!

This place is very disappointed, I made an appointment and 2 hours later my car was in the same place, nobady show up to repair and when I ask for, they replay we can not control our workers time I personally dont recommend this place.

Very good car service. I have been taking my car here for oil and filter changes, brakes and tires. Every time everything was done promptly and at a good cost. Nothing was really over the top, just a good reliable place to go for car maintenance. These days it is hard to find reliable and trustworthy services, so that alone is worth 5 stars.

I have been taking my cars to Colorado Tire and Service for years. I have tried a few other car repair shops but always end up going back to Colorado Tire. The staff is very professional, honest and patient. Recently I had the back brakes, serpentine belt and pulley fixed. After that was fixed, the car was making another noise. It was diagnosed as air conditioner problem. Mike took the time to assure me it would be safe to drive my car, the air conditioner would keep working albeit the noise but that I shouldn’t wait to long to get it fixed. That was good news. I just paid off my car and want to keep it in good working order. The waiting area is clean and sunny with up to date magazines and a tv. Colorado Tire will continue to be my preferred business for car repairs.

My friend was looking for a used 215/70R15 tire for his truck and this was only place in town that had one. They were pretty busy the day we went, but still they got to us right away, and had the tire mounted and ready to go within half an hour. Great service, reasonable pricing, would recommend this place especially for used tires.

Disappointed to receive my truck with filthy black footprint stains on my beige driver floor mat. Respect your costumers property! Especially, paying $87 to change one spark plug!

Incredible service! I’ve followed them from Thornton to Aurora because they’ve always done the best job with our cars whether it was a clunker I had from the 90s or my wife’s brand new Ford Edge. They did an oil change for us recently and found a check engine code while I was on my way to pick it up; they said it was a quick fix and just took care of it on the spot for no extra charge, they’re the best!

WAY BEYOND GOOD SERVICE.im very picky when it comes to servicing my old caddy. since most of the shop in town do not work on wire rims yet this one does.Also the guy at the front Desk (Tom) was super helpful. He even called me during the services to inform me with different options. Unlike some other shops where they always try to do unnecessary jobs on your car to get more money out of you.Labor is $120/hour, kinda high imo but reasonable. Hell, they even helped me load the old wheels on back of my car. where else can you find a service this good?

I had a flat tire on my boxtruck and found this place on maps. Tom and his team were fast, professional and friendly. Very welcoming and open minded personal. The alternator in my Grand Cherokee started to go out right at the beginning of our day-long drive back to Kansas City. We were fortunate to have been so close to Colorado Tire and Service.We took the Jeep in, explained our situation and the desire for quick turnaround, and they had the issue diagnosed and the alternator replaced under two hours.I was shocked at the speed of the repair and their willingness to put us at the front of the line to help us get back on the road.They were friendly and seemed honest. If I ever break down on I-70 again, maybe I’ll stop back in.

Went in to get my car fixed for emissions. They guarantee d me on the phone that the fuel inlet would fix the issue. It did not. They refused any kind of refund or reimbursement.

I have been using Colorado tire for many years. In fact through 6 vehicles. We on occasion run into issues that require other or additional consideration but recently not just the quality is becoming in question but a couple of there associates. We have returned one of our vehicle 4 times due to the instrument cluster. Colorado tire has covered the issue each time. A couple of months ago we had to bring it back a again but this time the dash, the panel and wires where not in line. Over a couple of months this and gaps became huge. Mom called and spoke to mike. Immediately she felt he was rude and acted like this was her fault. At 78 she.doesnt understand this behavior and I explained that Mike is a black and white person and normally not very nice. I have noticed this since his start but he does explain things and makes sure the service is complete. Up till the last time we.took it in for instrument panel everything fit. Now they say its because of heat. Well it maybe heat related but it may not have been an issue if it was done right. Mike tried to make the issue was from 2 years ago when in fact it was only a few.months. I. Addition Mike attempted to charge Mom for a tire repair on tires we purchased from Colorado tire. He never looked it up to see. There have been instances of neglect and even services that services charged that did not occur. The issue is that normally everything goes well and the work complete. They are local and close. You always want to make sure.you actually what you paid for.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in as it was pulling pretty hard to the right. They were great in diagnosing and working to get the steering straight. This was much more involved than a routine alignment. I appreciate the care and work to get to the positive outcome. Lots of Jeep knowledge as well!!

Terrible thats all I can say

I wish I could give this place higher than five stars. We called asking about a clutch for our Jeep Wrangler and was told to bring it in or they could help with a tow company. Since the clutch was shot we accepted the tow information, which was reasonable and added to the final bill. Day one we got the car there mid day and they called not long after to say they had already looked at it. Yes indeed it needed a new clutch, the part was on the way and it would be done Friday. I was stunned, quick communication and quick labor. On the next day Thursday they called to say that the clutch was done but they diagnosed the sensor light that had been on. They were willing to fix that problem too and have it done by the original Friday deadline. Perfect! Friday morning they called and everything was done and the price was still about $500 less than anticipated. The clutch came with a two year warranty and customer service was amazing. Will I be back? Most definitely! Will I tell everyone I know who needs auto repair to go there? Oh yeah! Finally a honest mechanic.

I have been doing business with Colorado Tire and Service for over thirty, yes I said 30 years. I have lived my whole life in Aurora and have seen a lot of tire shops and auto shops come and go. CTS has been a constant in the Aurora area forever. The service and staff are unsurpassed by any shop I have ever done business with. It does not matter make, model or year, they can handle anything you throw at them. Tom and Jason go out of their way to perform far and above any competing shops in the East Metro area. I would rate them at a 10+ if I could.

Every time I go to Colorado Tire I know I’m going to be treated well and with excellent customer service. The whole team there does an excellent job at helping with any issues and at a fair price. After I get work done Tom always asks how my experience was which shows he truly cares about the business he’s running. Sometimes it’s tough to trust certain autoshops but they reassured any worries I had and I always feel comfortable with Colorado Tire.
