I will never go anywhere else. They fixed my flat no charge and more than happy to do it. To top it off they wouldnt accept a tip for work done. The best!

All my experiences here have been great. From free safety inspections before long road trips to getting my brakes done, every time they are professional and helpful. Hands down an easy choice if you need maintenance they provide.

On July 9, 2021 I got my oil changed and tires rotated at Les Schwab. About two hours later my wheel came off on i225 going 65 mph. I nearly crashed twice trying to control the vehicle and get off the road safely. I had it towed back to the location on Chambers and Iliff to get it repaired. The manager Rocky first denied any responsibility and after I showed him the pictures he agreed to fix it. Saturday it was supposed to be fixed. On Monday my brakes were smoking and had to go to the nearest location to me at the time in Broomfield. I had to take it back to Aurora to put a tire on about a week later. They had me driving with out a spare. After 3 visits and 24 hours of my time lost seeking a resolution I still have damage with a estimate of nearly $6k that they refuse to pay. Denny at corporate first offered me $500 credit and after seeing the estimate changed it to $1k. There is still a $5k deficiency in repairing the damage caused by negligence.

Today I had a great strut replacement and service level with Tyler M and Rocky! They saved me and got me back on the road safely! Thank you for being there for me today!

Awesome customer care. And I say customer care as opposed to customer service because they took care of me without question. I had a flat tire while at work, I took my tire to them, they fixed it without question free of charge. This was my first time going to Les Schwab Tire Center but it will not be my last. The next time I need a new set of tires, Les Schwab Tires will be my spot going forward.

These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile in getting it done. I went in with a punctured tire that another company said was unrepairable. But Les Schwab went the extra distance and fixed it no problem. Theyve definitely earned a customers respect, and I will be back to do further business with them.

They had steady customers and still took the time to promptly greet me and ask how can they help. The young lady who took the screw out of my tire repaired it then checked twice for a leak. I want thank Brandon for his efforts on my behalf today. My daughter had an accident yesterday that severely damaged a wheel on her car and I needed a replacement wheel. While his store didnt have the wheel, another store nearby did. Instead of waiting the extra day for the the other store to deliver the wheel, he understood the urgency of my request and, sent one of his drivers to pick it up so that I could have the vehicle drivable the same day. Thank you Brandon for going above and beyond!

This location ALWAYS has top notch service! They are always super friendly and helpful without being pushy. They are very efficient at what they do and their customer service is way above expectations. We have been purchasing our tires here and maintenancing them here for over 5 years and several vehicles. I would not recommend going anywhere else! Id rate them 10 stars if I could.

Went with my car having camber on one side suggested to change some parts.. changed the parts camber was fixed now they cant align the car because both sides have cambers and still charged me for it even when they knew that my car doesnt come with adjustable cambers and diddnt even do any work on it i will take it somewhere else and come with paper work and get my refund..

First time in this store, very friendly staff, place was very clean, ample and allows for social distancing. Got my new tires installed was in and out in about an hour. They even gave me an estimate on work that my car will need to get done however no pressure on the sale, I always appreciate that type of attention.

But Nik went to work checking every Les Scwab for the exact rim until he found one that was previously being used on display. I bought my vehicle tires from this Les Schwab. The tires are great, the service is great, and I am happy with their upfront attitude about everything. My car had a persistent low tire, so I kept bringing it in for more air. On my last time, the technicians ground down my rim, and I havent had a low tire since!

Always polite, always quick, and always clean. Their prices are a bit on the higher side but the warranties they include makes it worth the price.

Went there 05/08/2020 to get two trailer tires mounted on my own wheels. He quoted me $70.00 dollars. I told him I would go elsewhere and he said fine. then he added he had to be hard on me because he sells tires and wheels there. I went to their competition and for $20.00 was on my way to put my new tires on my boat trailer.

Staff was very friendly and helped me get a great deal on my tires. Helped me quickly get back on the road! Spent a lot less time in this store than most other tire stores 😊

Would not recommend they are overpriced and most of the guys that work there don’t even know what they’re doing! Went in for an alignment and they left my steering wheel off center and its still pulling one way. Had to go to another shop to fix there mistakes

As soon as I drove up, Brandon was at my truck door to greet me before I even got out. I had purchased tires on trailer wheels at the Parker store and they both went flat within a week. Brandon cleaned off any rust on the wheels, sealed, and refilled them. He then checked like was supposed to be done for any leaks. Perfection. Well mannered, very helpful, clean store. Super happy and someone should give Brandon a pat on the back for being a good human being and knowing what customer service actually is!

Got a flat on I25 this morning. I live in Frisco, CO, but took my truck here to see if they could repair the tire so I wouldnt have to drive home on my spare. Sadly the tire was damaged beyond repair, but Brandon the technician was extremely helpful. I had to get back home to Frisco so to make sure I was safe, Brandon made sure the nuts on the spare were torqued down properly (since the spare tire had been hastily installed on the side of the road) and he made sure the tire pressure was good on all my tires.Great customer service. Thank you!

Good for a tire patch..1st time i went there I was told my electrical system was shot went elsewhere and all i needed was a new battery went back because free popcorn and internet deal on tires and was told only 1 in stock but would be happy to give me another set at 440 dollars more than the advertised ones... The place is clean and the people are very nice but I feel as if they are shady AF

Got my car quoted here and told one price THEN 7hrs later I get a call saying they could get me the original priced tires if I wait maybe a days or two or I can pay an extra 50 dollars and get my car done today. Feel kinda screwed out of $50 dollars because they made a mistake and of course the coupon that they advertised is no good for the tire I need. Seems hard for no reason and unaccommodating. Probably wont be back! The guy that helped me was a nice guy Im just not a fan of being woke up to be told about a mistake and told Ill be charged for it.

Today, I dropped by for a tire patch after getting a nail in my tire. I caught the nail yesterday morning going to work.Right when I drove in a mechanic named Travis greeted me and asked me “what brings you in today?”I showed and told him my situation. And how I was denied for a tire patch from a different tire shop. (I am driving on my spare tire.) This nail was in a specific part of the tire that would make my tire non-patchable.Travis took the time to actually “look/inspect” my tire. Travis told me the same answer from the last tire shop why it cannot be patch. Then Travis said “let me take a look and try too see if it’s patachable.”That surprised me because a mechanic took his time to look/inspect and try to repair my tire. And not instantly told me “you need new tires.”After waiting, my tire got patch and I am good to go!I got my spare tire switched out and the original tire installed.Thank you Travis!

Nick, I think was his name, was at my car before I even got out to see why I was here. Dropped off my car for a small leak in a tire. No charge. Picked up my Jeep a coupe hours later and still no charge. Customer service is above par. Theyve earned my business!! Great group of people!!!

I got a flat tire and was so impressed with this Les Schwab. They communicated what my car needed very thoroughly without making me feel pressured to do a bunch of add ons, got the job done quickly, and even put everything back into my trunk neatly. My car is so smooth to drive now, it has never felt this good after a re-alignment! Thank you so much for your great work!

Nik was extremely helpful and really went the extra mile when I took my 2011 Tacoma in to get an alignment after I installed a body lift on the front of my truck. The camber bolts were completely seized in the bushing and instead of just ordering a new lower control arm he went the extra mile to remove it and replace the bushing and bolts and bend the ears back and saved me a ton of money. Will be coming back here for every tire I buy from now on. Thank you guys.

I couldnt believe it it wasnt their tire and still they didnt charge me i will definitely be back for my tire needs in the future.

I was recently in a tough spot with my car battery being shot. I called this company to explain my situation and they literally came to my location in 10 minutes to jump off my car. I went to the shop to pay the service fee (which you dont have to do until they are sure that they did their job correctly) and they gave me the best customer service. Extremely friendly and constant check-ups to let you know the condition of the car! Definitely returning for all of my auto needs :)

Walked in with 2 tires I needed on 2 new rims I had bought and was quoted 140 dollars to have 2 tires put on rims! Went to big o and they charged me 36 dollars to put on both tires and balance. Place is a rip off.

So I left work a few weeks ago at 5 PM. I noticed my tire was flat! So I googled closest tire shop and the first one to pop up was Les Schwab Tire Center. Reviews were excellent, so I decided to go there. Sure enough before I even got out of my car I tech greeted me and told me I could wait in the lobby and he would pull the car up. Very friendly even though they closed in 30 min.... so there I was waiting to find out if my tire could be fixed, Travis inspected it, he came over and told me that it could be fixed!!! Thank goodness!!! :)So I was ready to pay and give the tech a tip because they really saved my butt. So I asked Travis how much will it be and he said NOTHING! I was shocked, he then said they make FREE REPAIRS! I wanted to tip them but he also refused. Because of that I will be buying my car’s snow tires from Les Schwab Tire Center. Thank you Travis and crew! You’ll see me soon for snow tires. Lol I promise I won’t go anywhere else!!

Bought a set of tires before Christmas. Had an issue with one of the tires. They replaced the tire with no issues. That is hard to say anymore with businesses. I believe the guys name was Alex. Very professional. At times you do have warranty issues and this establishment handled excellent. I live around corner and will surly be back. Thank you.

This place is great! I was helped immediately and my tire was replaced in less than an hour. I had kids with me so the waiting area with the coloring supplies/kid sized table plus the popcorn machine made it a much more enjoyable experience.

I had a problem with a screw in my tire one day while I was out running errands with my family. I didnt have time to sit and wait to have another tire shop fix (which I was told by Big O next door minutes before that it would be over an hour before I could get my tire looked at and it would cost me just over $21 to fix). I pulled into their parking area and before I could get out of my car, I was approached by a very nice young man in a sharp, clean uniform asking what they would be helping me with today. I relayed the story and need and before I could reach the front door, they had my car in a bay fixing my tire!!! For FREE!!! The showroom/waiting area was spotlessly clean and pleasant to be in. No more than 10 minutes later I was driving away... and, I guarantee that I will be going to this tire shop before I go to another - regardless the need. I have to say that I really felt like I went back in time a half-a-century when I drove into their parking lot!Thank you so much for your great service and eagerness to help me and my tired family! I guarantee that Ill be back and actually spend real money next time they come up to my door.

Very happy with their service. I was sure that my new tire was not salvageable due to a screw near the sidewall. Not only were they able to fix it, but it was free! On top of that the store itself is very clean, the staff was friendly, and they have a popcorn machine. FREE POPCORN.

Just showed up to get an alignment and called before I came and was told they stopped at 5pm. I spoke with Travis on the phone and I asked what time they closed and he said the service I require is a walk in only. I arrive at 5:15pm after walking across an icing parking lot, to be told to come back tomorrow. I needed this done because my car is shaking and I’m really scared to be driving my car and needed it done ASAP. Travis could have told me to come tomorrow honestly. Waste of time and gas! So disappointing because the ratings are great..... better luck next time.

Ive been to quite a few Les Schwab locations but this location beats them all with their customer service and quality of work. I actually drive past 2 other locations to get here everytime I need something done.Brandon, Cole and the rest of the crew work as an awesome team together. Id give this location 10 stars if I could! They all take pride in their work!

I needed to get new tires and wheels by 5 pm tonight for a new axle I just installed on my trailer. I tried Discount and Big O, but they would not be able to get them ready in time. Les Schwab location was $100 more expensive but they said I could get them by 4 pm. They werent done until 5:30, so I paid $100 extra and wasnt able to get my work done. Very inconvenient and frustrating.Also, just my opinion, but I think the customer service is overbearing. I just want to pay my money and get my wheels and tires in a timely manner.

Travis the store manager took full control of a little issue I has with an alignment and instead of me getting upset and blowing off yet another tire shop that thinks the public is naive, he earned a customer for life. He made the situation 100% RIGHT. Oh and I decided to purchase all new rims for my truck with this store.. Led Schwab should be grateful for associats like Travis..YES I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE

One of the tires on my car kept getting low. After a few days of topping it off I saw this Les Schwab and pulled in. Cole came out and met me at my car to ask what I needed help with. I explained my situation. He said hed see if they could put a patch on it and save me having to get a new tire. I was in and out in less than an hour. Cole was very nice and helpful in explaining what he was doing to fix the leak. Patch job was free!!
