I saw all the glowing reviews and was curious. This is hands down the best salon around! She really truly is exceptional! Takes time and pays attention to all the details. I didn’t like one extra glitter ✨ I had but it’s all my fault and choice lol 😂. The other ombré finish was classy and chic! Loved loved the rest of the look as well and my toes were perfect!My-le will make you feel very at home, extra snacks, a good massage, good conversations and some quiet when you want some plus fun tv shows.She take extra caution to sanitize and clean the cute studio!I could really go on but if you want the best quality manicure and pedicure plus extras, way to go!Will definitely be back!!!!

Easy to make an appointment online, follows strict health safety precautions, fastidious cleanliness, gleaming suite in which the owner My-Le operates & excellent product selection. Shes tops in her expertise and quite friendly. Two days after a manicure/pedicure my color chipped off one nail. I texted her & within 10 minutes I was in the chair and she not only repaired that one nail but she touched up my entire manicure so it would look fresh -- at no cost. Shes my new go to for all things nails. Lets keep her in business. Give My-Le at the executive nail suite a try.

I can’t say enough positive things about My Le and the Executive Nail Suite. I had a foot massage and pedicure and it was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and offered drinks, snacks, and a selection of tv and music. Her suite is clean, and she does a phenomenal job. I will definitely be back when traveling to Arlington!

I just left from here and I am so happy!!! I just moved to the area, and the first nail salon I tried was a disaster. I walked out halfway through my appointment. I voiced that experience to My-Le and she was sympathetic. The conversation was great, the atmosphere was great, and the overall experience was great! I left feeling so much better than the upset mess I was at the first place I tried!! I made my next appointment before I left! Thank you!!!

Horrible experience. She was running late which was fine. However, as soon as I walked in she started complaining how the previous client was late. She was rushing the whole time. It was very unpleasant to see her look at the clock the whole time. She was rushing so much at some point she dropped the nail polish and broke it which made her even more aware she might be late for her next appointment. She already did my nails so she had to get a different color for my toes. She did not offer me to come back and redo my nails since I paid for mani pedi to be the same color nor did she offer a discount for the fact she did a mediocre job. In the end I paid and I tipped her because I always do. However, this was a bad experience and I would never return.

My Le was AMAZING. The salon, the ambiance, the everything put my soul at ease. I just moved to Arlington and went to TENS on a whim. Glad I did and I WILL be back. Great Energy and my pedicure was done RIGHT. . I will be going here until I leave Arlington, if EVER.

I got a wonderful pedicure there. Very cute personal space to get your nails done. She offers snacks and drinks. You can watch TV or listen to music. These are addition to the awesome pedicure I got. A wonderful variety of color to choose from, a nice foot massage and she fixed up my toes perfectly. I would highly recommend this place for any type of nail work.

My Le was amazing! You truly get a specialized experience and welcoming experience. Her attention to detail means you come out looking and feeling great. I got a dip manicure and a pedicure and both were amazing. I will definitely make this my regular place.

My-Le will not disappoint! You must try this salon. First of all it’s quiet and relaxing. No other customers or nail techs. Secondly, she is so kinda and adheres to all your wants and needs. No questions asked. Thirdly, my nails are fantastic. Her talent is amazing. I am so so picky and I have zero complaints. The attached picture doesn’t do any justice as in person my nails look amazing. I can’t stop looking at them.

Loved the atmosphere in the room. It was nice and clean. Coming from a mama who just needed a couple of hours to unwind, Le made me feel comfortable and provided excellent service. She was knowledgeable about her job and I even learned some things about her line of work and other ways to care for your skin. :)

I had a great experience with My-Le at The Executive Nail Suite. She was so kind, easy to talk to and did a phenomenal job fixing a major mistake I made at home with Dip Powder :) Her space is very inviting, from the decor to entertainment (tv/great music selection). She even offered me a glass of wine after I sat down! It was a relaxing evening and I will definitely return in the near future.

I had the best experience here. I have been looking for a good salon in the DMV area for so long but nothing seemed worth it. But this salon changes everything. I was so impressed with the quality the service. She was so very nice and so fun to talk to and did an amazing job❤️

I was in town for a short weekend and MyLe did an amazing job with my chrome unicorn nails! I dont normally do fun colors but she has definitely changed my mind! The atmosphere is very welcoming, cute, and clean and she has a lot of awesome colors to choose from. Id highly recommend stopping by you havent already.

Absolutely one of the best pedicure and manicure experiences I’ve ever had. Best my feet have ever looked, so comfortable and Le is so chill and funny, while also being professional and amazing. My Le was amazing. I booked a mani pedi before my wedding and it was the perfect opportunity to be pampered and truly relax. She took her time and i received her undivided attention. She also has beverages, snacks and tv! What else could you ask for?

I have officially found my new go to nail tech.I feel I was taken care of properly. I went in to get a mani pedi and I feel like I left with all that and more. The environment is cozy and relaxing. My-le was funny, honest, and did everything possible to ensure I was comfortable. She managed her time correctly but still held a good conversation. My nails look great! She also used good product and by no means plans to cheap out on her clients. Definitely going back soon!!!

I got the Groupon for a basic pedicure, but she did so much that made it feel more then basic. The sugar scrub, massaging of my legs & feet plus the hot towel treatment really made me feel pampered. Plus she did an amazing job on my feet. Probably the best I’ve seen in a while. Her regular prices are reasonable & I definitely plan on making My-Lee my regular nail technician. Im absolutely thrilled I found My-Le thanks to Groupon! I usually stay far away from nail salons, esp for pedicures as Im very particular with sanitation and have heard horror stories about tools being improperly used on customers. Hot stone pedicure caught my eye first and after seeinging raving reviews on 3 different sites, decided to give it a try. ( Ready to bolt at the first sign of concern) After I put my feet into My-Les hands I was in heaven. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and sweet. After being pampered with lavender sugar scrub, green tea soak, detox message, cooling lotion, hot stone massage and beautiful color later (while sitting in massage chair) I didnt want to leave. Best thing is that through the entire session, I didnt feel rushed or pressured for any upsell. Im definitely coming back and I have a good feeling Ill become a regular!

I found The Executive Nail Suite through a Groupon offering a discount on a classic manicure. I added on gel for the manicure and also got a gel pedicure. My-Le is absolutely wonderful! She played music throughout and offered to let me choose what was playing, as well as had Netflix on (an episode of The Great British Bake-Off with subtitles), which she also lets you choose shows from. She did a great job on both the manicure and pedicure, even though my fingernails are tricky to work with because I bite them and theyre quite short. She offered water and wine (I chose the wine!). The massage chair is soothing and comfortable. She also gave me a sugar scrub and a massage during both the mani and pedi. She has happy hour prices during weekday mornings through early afternoons, and there is also a punch card rewards system. My-Le is a wonderful conversationalist, and I learned a lot from hearing her advice and tips about how to take care of your hands and feet, as well as about wine tasting and other miscellaneous subjects. The online appointment system is super easy to work with, and you get a 5% discount when you use Venmo (and also I believe if you use cash). If you have trouble finding the location, The Executive Nail Suite will be in a room inside a suite in a larger building (the suite contains other small businesses that are salons as well). Overall, I had a great experience and definitely hands-down one of the best services Ive had at a nail salon!

I bought Groupons for a Classic Mani and Pedi as a treat yo self present at 38 weeks pregnant. What a relaxing experience! Since this is private you get to choose any music you want to listen to during the mani. I loved the pedicure -- massage chair, callous removal, foot massage, and a TV with Netflix/Hulu if you want. My was super friendly but also respected the desire for silence to fully recharge. Its definitely a different experience than going for a mani with girlfriends, but if you want to recharge and pamper yourself I highly recommend! Ill definitely be back.
