I have been enjoying services at Kristy’s spa ever since she opened well over a decade ago. I especially like how you can develop relationship with a particular technician (shout out to Mandy D!) and schedule appointments directly with them. In cases when I don’t plan ahead and my preferred technician isn’t available, I appreciate how she networks with the others to set me up with an alternate that she’s confident will be a good fit for me.Luxury Nails is a beautiful, relaxing setting filled with quality technicians and a wonderful scope of services. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Every time i’ve gotten my nails done here they arent done right yet whenever my friends go their nails look perfectly fine, i give them easy reference photos to follow and they never follow them the right way. very disappointed

I used to go here a lot to get my nails done or eye brows waxed and I always had a very good experience. But the last year or so I have had nothing but bad experiences and MUCH higher prices then anywhere else I go. I wouldn’t of mined paying more had they done even a decent job. I got my eyebrows waxed and it took 3 X as long as where I would normally go which is fine BUT they barely look like I got them done at all. There are still stragglers all over the place. Not to mention a chunk missing where it shouldn’t be.

Sooo I normally dont write reviews. But I got a set last week and they did a great job on the shape and nail design. I like how nice my nail tech was. She spent time to really get the shape perfect.. which I really appreciate.I went back in because my nails were peeling and underneath was wet. So I went back in and the lady I think it was the owner. She fixed the nails. Great but the nail she didnt fully sand down is starting to peel again and seems to be a little wet still. Im not sure if this normal for them to happen. Ive never had this happen in the years Ive had nails done. I love this place too. Im just worried about going back and having my gel polish start peeling. I dont use the dip since I dont want to pay even more money. Im kinda stuck I dont want to go get it fixed by them because if it peels again Ill be even more unpleased Im mainly writing this so they can look into the polish they use maybe its cheap.I have no idea.So I just wanted to write this so they know whats up. Hope they can fix this and it doesnt happene to anyone else. Specially someone who would be a total Karen about it.

Mandy the person who was doing my manicure and pedicure, rush on the service she did a terrible job. I will never come back to this place agai.

They really took their time and did not rush my pedicure- massaged my feet/legs longer than most places. My technician was meticulous with the paint on my toenails. I highly recommend and will be coming here from now on.

This is a wonderful place to have your nails done. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends!

I had a new girl which was fine but the whole pedicure was not relaxing. She cut my big toe nail too short n i started bleeding. My feet still felt rough on the bottoms when i left. Ive never had that. I work on my feet at one job so i was hoping for them to feet soft n smooth like anywhere else i go but not at all. 😞 i was very disappointed.

Had a Manicure done by Shelly and she was very friendly and kind. She did her best to match the style of how I wanted my nails to look and I was quite satisfied with them. I enjoyed the conversation and the ease of availability as well as the time invested into my session. Luxury Nails has never disappointed me in my 3 visits I have made now.

I enjoyed the service and I had Vivian and my nail professional and just loved the way she did my nails. I will go back again. Thanks again for the hospitality.

I am sorry that I did not get the name of the young lady that gave me a pedicure at 10 am today but she did a wonderful job. I have only had 1 before and have really bad toenails so I was nervous. Very impressed.

I’ll be first to admit I was very skeptical And then confused as to how to sign in, it just threw me off completely from wanting to continue. But I’m glad I stayed and waited. Cindy listened to what I wanted. It was nice to have a conversation with her and she put me at ease. Trust when I say I came across as a real B@@@@. In the beginning being frustrated at what I wanted and what they could do but ended very happy and will return.

DO NOT GO THERE ! Girls there unfortunately don’t know how to put nail polish on I had a bad experience for the third time ,they speak their own Asian language while working with u so u don’t understand. Pedicure was the worst and I ended up paying 80$ for a bad service

We stopped in not knowing it was about to close & they still took us in for pedicures. They never rushed & they did an amazing job. The staff was very friendly & we can’t wait to go back.

I just got my nails done less than an hour ago and all of my acrylics were bending, and no where near the shape i said. they are also lumpy and crooked and falling off. i’ve gotten my nails done here before and they’ve never been this bad. Will not be coming back again.

I have been going to Luxury Nails for years now, I see Mimi who is wonderful and will make sure your nails are what you want before you leave. I have referred a ton of people to her and will only go to Luxury Nails for my appts!

I got my brows microbladed, I get pedicures often and my nails done by Susan. All of the women and men here are very friendly, professional, and great at what they do. I found my forever home here as long as Susan and the lady next to her stay there! I love you girls!! You rock ladies!

Great experience today have me a hand massage that was amazing and a simple manicure and pedi yesterday. Will probably go there exclusively from now on!

First, I never complain or write reviews, but I am beyond upset. I had a scheduled appointment at 6 PM with a specific technician, I didn’t even get put in her chair until 6:50, which she then moved to another spot and started doing another girls nails. I then had another person come start my nails and then leave, I was finally greeted at 7:15, an hour and 15 minutes later than my SCHEDULED appointment. You take appointments, if you cannot make sure a requested technician is available, then do not take appointments! She was the first to even acknowledge I had an appointment and apologize. Not only did I not get done until 8, TWO hours after my scheduled appointment, I also had to pay a babysitter extra, because I have three kids and scheduled accordingly so it would only be an hour since my appointment was for 6. My nails are not the same length or shape. I will never recommend this nail salon to another.

Made an appointment for 10:15 this morning for deluxe pedicure and dip manicure. I was taken back right away to get the pedicure done as expected. I was not a fan of this pedicure at all. I specifically asked to cut my toe nails and he didnt do it. Following the pedicure he painted my toes and they dont look good at all. Sad to have to pay 50 for that.Following my pedicure they let me wait for another 20-30 minutes to get my nails done. My nails turned out well. The lady did a wonderful job on my manicure. This was my first dip mani and Ill do it again. Wouldnt get white again, but all the other colors look good. I didnt leave until almost 1230.I am sad. I like this place but this was a bad experience today. I am disappointed ☹️

My cousin and I went there yesterday, could not understand what they were saying. Water for our pedis were so hot our legs were turining red as well as the hot towels, did not sanitize anything and reused everything on mutiple people. We asked for a basic pedi and they overcharged us. We both got acrylics done as well, overall look good, however, the one finger nail is crooked. And kept hitting my skin when filing. We were both overcharged for services and not sure why. Nail techs kept switching. Nails are cute but the service was bad. Will be trying other salons.

This was my second time with I believe the same gentleman, horrible job painting the nails, smudges all over the toes and didnt cover the whole nails again. Ill try to leave photos. For $50 Id expect much better. sloppy rushed work. Last time Ill waste money there.

I took my 10 year old daughter to get her nails done and she was scared. Cindy made her comfortable and talked to her the entire time. My daughter loved the expirence and we will definitely come back.

Went here for a pedicure and an SNS dip manicure yesterday. My pedicure was okay, but the manicurist was horrible. I knew right away that this was not going to be a good manicure considering she was texting and giggling at her phone for the first 15 minutes. My nails are completely uneven, caked with SNS powder underneath, not even close to the shape I asked for (rounded square, these are like an attempt at completely round) and she ripped up the side of my nail bed on my right hand ring finger. I was bleeding a little, but she continued to dip my finger into the powder causing a build up of powder in the wound, which is completely unsanitary and pretty painful. Howd she rip it up? She was vigorously SCRAPING the gel polish off of my nail.She didnt cut my cuticles at all either. I wouldve rather kept my peeling gel polish on than the mess I have going on now. Im not even happy with the color. Every other time Ive gotten a sparkle like this, theyll put a solid white or silver base coat first. Nope. You can still completely see my nail through the super thick layers she coated on.This is the second time now Ive had a bad manicure here. Just save your time and money and go elsewhere for the same price.

I went in for a pedicure the last kept asking if I wanted deluxe showing me a packet that said kids I said no because I didnt want to be upcharge for a kids package.

I regularly come here for my acrylics and am never disappointed. I always tell whoever is doing my nails they could literally do anything and I wouldn’t be mad because I love everything!!

Absolutely horrible. My nails were half the length I asked for, twice the thickness and width, and not like the picture. They also took 2 hours. Never again !!

I went to Mimi to get my nails done for a wedding, and she did an absolutely fantastic job! It was the best nail experience I’ve ever had. The salon was very clean and welcoming. I will never go anywhere else!

Horrible service. Not on time, all over the place, hidden fees, rude. Website said $25 for kids pedi, store says $30 and when I told them I wanted the $25 they said you want the deluxe ? I said the $25 one and according to the manager they said $45 not $25. We all heard $25. I called back to complain and they told me I am a liar and have a bad personality and did not offer a refund. Looking at other reviews people say the same thing.

Mimi does my nails, I have never had a bad experience. I cannot speak for everyone else because Ive never had my nails done by anyone else. However, I do know about the extra charges every time I go in. Many people are talking about it so just ask clear questions and they will answer them for you.

Mimi does an awesome job doing nails. She is very social and she understands English which is a good thing. Ive been having her do my nails for over a year and I would recommend anyone to go to her. She and one other person are the only two in there that know how to do gel nails. If you go into a other salons and say I want gel nails, theyre going to pull out a bottle of polish well no this is where you build a nail with gel. This place is phenomenal and I suggest you get a pedicure and a massage there too.

The nails themselves were fine. Pricing was not as clear as had been been explained so there was an unexpected price bump. Also disappointed that when we made an appointment for two of us to get our nails done together as we hadnt seen each other in 3 months, they separated us and put us in entirely different sections of the building. Completely defeating the purpose of us scheduling together.

Paid for deluxe....but didnt seem worth it.

I brought my entire bridal party (plus moms/grandmas) to Luxury Nails for pedicures and manicures. They were fast and efficient and were able to get 12 people in and out under 3 hours. They have one of the greatest selections of colors and finishes that Ive ever seen!

Although reservations are taken, Ive found that I can usually just walk in and get helped after being greeted by name and offered a water. Ive never had anything less than a beautiful, professional manicure regardless of who does it. They are fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. They also are open on Sunday as of this posting.

I was in a few weeks ago with my 13 year old daughter. She was getting a manicure and I was in the room next door getting a pedicure. Left clear instructions that she was getting a regular manicure with gel nail polish. 30 minutes later, I found out that they were putting acrylic nails on her despite my instructions. They said it would be best to keep them on and remove them when they stated to grow out. They said they would take them off for free when we were ready.Today we came in to have them removed and they made us pay for removal. So not only are her nails ruined because of their error, she didn’t get the manicure she wanted and they charged us for fixing their mistake.

I was here this Saturday.. This place was very busy. I came to get my pedicure done and I was really happy with the result that I got. The girl did a wonderful job on my toes. We talked about California and she told me places where I can visit since I’m going there for travel. Will definitely come back here when I get the chance.

Ashton Hale is fantastic at being a nail artist. She definitely has a gift for doing nails. She takes her time, does a thorough job & is precise & very creative with her nail design. Nice facility. Great job on my toes, but they used files and nail buffers that had been used prior. Im not sure if the other tools were sanitized between uses.

I called to see if they had an immediate opening for when I got there. Upon arrival, I was seated and taken care of right away. In and out in under an hour. Friendly staff and decent prices as well. My nails look great!

I asked to do a flame on my ring finger and it was dreadful I asked them to just put white over it instead, and the nail polish they put on was very thick, nails were full of fuzz and lumpy definitely would not go there again.

I went into Luxury nails about three days ago and my nail polish completely fell off. I went back in and had them fix it, but was treated poorly and they painted my nail completely different than the others. I highly recommend going somewhere else with your money, definitely not worth it.

Tried this place out this afternoon and truly enjoyed it! Super clean areas, comfy massage chairs. Walked right in and was seated within minutes. Staffs is friendly, doesnt force you into awkward conversation, and makes you feel relaxed.

Be here from this place is opened n have tried another places, but this place is still top notch. The staff is always patient and care for the details. No matter when I visit, I received friendly smile n welcome attitude all time. Services r diversity & high quality. So nice place!

Im so please with salon ... they do a wonderful job. I dont like thick nails and the gal made my nails look very natural. After my nails were finished I decided to have a pedicure and it was a wise decision. Great prices and lots of nail colors ... Im leaving now to get a fill! :)

Went for a pedi, they used disposable liner in the tub, and a disposable file, pumice, and buffer that they gave me to take home. Facility was clean, love the disposables; very hygienic. Staff were friendly and professional, and Wendy did a great job. Will be back!

I really liked this place but the last time I was there, the girl charged me 57 dollars for a full set of pink and whites. Not sure why it was 7 dollars more than usual but it is 9 days into this new set and 2 nails cracked off. I have her a 5 dollar tip so for 62 dollars I got 9 days worth of nails. I dont have time to keep coming back to fix them. I will be trying another place.

Always hidden charges in the service they do not tell u about when they try yo talk u into it. I have had extra charged anywhere from $20 to $5. Im done.

Unluxery nails is more like it... do not come here if you want to be pampered. I had the shortest pedicure ever and it was the deluxe. The lady providing the services ( if you can call them services) pushed me into the chair (you sit) rather than asking me to be seated. My friend was shocked to witness this. The water was ice cold which she did fix. The selection of polish was the worst was when she started cleaning the tub while i was sitting there with my feet drying. I asked if i should move so she does not get bleach on my pants. She either does not know a word of English or just plain did not care because i was ignored. Save you 35.00 and go across the street where the service is better and cost less. The worst ever

Im a little upset. I’ve went here two times now and my nails have either snapped in half or fallen off. I’m a high school student so I’m not being rough on them. I grabbed a binder out of my backpack and one snapped in half and then I picked up my puppy and the other broke off. They looked really nice for the first few days

Ive been coming here for years and Ive never had an issue until recently. My friend and I came in and we got the same exact nails done. Her nail lady charged her 40, and the guy who did mine charged me 50. $10 difference for the same exact thing. Later on when I looked at my reciept it said 1 manicure and 1 pedicure. But before I even paid he told me it would be 50.... very disappointed. Wont be back.

I would give it less than one star. The lady who did my nails for acrylics didnt shape my nails correctly, some of them arent even straight. When she was filing my nails she took off skin and made me bleed. Plus I didnt get in until an hour and a half later. Along with, they also accepted other people who were just walk-ins without appointments before me. Never going back.

Made appointment for 2pm on a Sunday for my grandaughter and I and still had to wait almost an hour. They were short staffed and kept accepting walk-ins! Then they rushed through our pedicures and we didnt notice till after we left what low quality pedicures we got. My granddaughters was smudged badly on big toe with no attempt to fix it. Wish I would have paid closer attention. I could have done same at home. Very dissappoined.

Worst pedicure ever...it was busy so I can understand but they did not even scrap off the dead skin off my feet. If you do come here get the American girl she seemed to really do a good job. I will not be coming back again.

They put me with a guy, who rushed through the process, he kept blaming the brush he was using for lumps, but did not get another brush. I had sns nails done and he did not spend enough time smoothing them or shaping them , when I pointed out to him that the thumbs were very lumpy and out of shape, they look worse than toe nails. He apparently took offense, because he hurried to put a finish coat on and went to start someone else and just left me sitting there. I saw they were dry so I got his attention and he said I could go. It was probably the worse experience I have ever had any where, horrible I will not be back . I felt like they were just trying to rush me through for the numbers, no concern about the quality of their work.

I did not like my visit mainly because the lady made me bleed. She might have been a rush to leave ( I don’t know) but she clipped my skin and caused me to bleed.
