The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Jackie, she is a magician! My father and I were trying to find a piece from the David Yurman line for my mother for their 40th anniversary, but it was sold out EVERYWHERE! For about 4-5 days Jackie was sending out emails, and making calls, all while checking in with me everyday for updates. Finally I got the call, she found one! Jackie worked diligently to get it to me overnight because my parents were leaving for their trip the next day.Working with L&B is like working with family. From the first name greeting as I walk in, to the beautiful packaging. They are so professional and we will continue to use them for our fine jewelry.Thank you so much Jackie and team!

I would give 0 stars if I could.Tried to buy two rings from this location. I was told 1-2 weeks for arrival. 15-days later, I went back to the store for an update to find out rings had not even been ordered by the store yet. A few days later I am told one of the two will take 16-18 weeks, so I requested to cancel and get refunded. I was then charged a 2nd time for the canceled ring instead of refunded. I’m not over a week out from that and have yet to receive my initial refund to find out the refund was not requested until 3-days after my conversation.Do not go here.

Not sure why they dont carry Rolex at this location. Ive been to the Bethesda location as well as the Tyson location and was treated very well. Decided to stop in the Annapolis location and pick up a Tag I had seen in Bethesda and aside from it being more expensive then the other location the sales person I dealt with was not very pleasant. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what. When I mentioned the watch being $100 cheaper at the other location she completely ignored it. I also was interested in the watch but a smaller size. There was no offer to see if another location had one or if I wanted to order one. Very disappointed with the visit.

I will never step foot into you store as long as you have a gun toting guard constantly standing out front of your store, which always seems to be empty whenever I walk by. No other stores in the mall are so paranoid as to think they need an armed guard out front. I am sure that our stupid president would love you guys.

Jaime Vela helped me upgrade my engagement ring and I love it! She was patient and so knowledgeable about the different styles, gem quality, clarity, and cut. She has also assisted my fiancée with jewelry purchases for other special gifts for me. Liljenquist and Beckstead carries a large selection of high quality jewelry that is beautifully showcased by a fantastic sales crew.

This store is soooo nice and the employees are very helpful. I’ve made several purchases there and have been pleased every time with the assistance I’ve received. They didn’t make me feel rushed while browsing and were readily available to answer all my questions. Whether I know what I’m looking for, I need gift ideas, or need appraisals on items they have been equally helpful. Jaimie Vela is knowledgeable about jewelry styles, trends, and gem quality, clarity, and cut. She is professional and her attention to detail is an example of how service should be. This store takes care of the small details too, down to different gift wrapping for each item purchased. Highly recommended!

I’ve purchased two superb Omega watches from this store, and the quality customer care was of a high caliber. However, even more so is the customer care and personal detail of their sales manager, Jeffrey, who’s gone above and beyond for me not just once, but multiple times! His customer service and expertise in the field of horology is impeccable! He’s not only helped me choose the right Omega watch for my taste and its’ accessories, but also spent that extra time and attention to the questions I had for the right watch I wanted. Jeffrey also took that same time and attention to help my wife find the right luxury watch for her taste, the first of such watches for her. Since it was her first, she really wanted to make it count with respect to purchasing that special timepiece for her, which Jeffrey ensured she made the right decision. Jeffrey even went that “extra mile” to help me find accessories for the latest Omega I purchased from him, answering my emails and researching the items I was interested in while I was in Europe ensuring everything would be ordered and ready for me when I arrived back in the U.S. Aside from our purchases, Jeffrey was — and is — an exceptional assistant for me in ensuring some warranty work for my other luxury watches was met by the work shop who services the brand I purchased them from; it should be noted I bought these luxury watches in Europe, and I did not receive such outstanding attention to detail and customer service from Jeffrey’s European counterparts as I did from him! I look forward to investing in further watches — and have all my timepieces serviced — through Jeffrey and this store thanks to their one-of-a-kind dedication to professionalism, and aptitude in the art of offering their customers the finest in watches and jewelry!

I recently purchased a ring for my wife. After shopping all the other chain stores and seeing their inflated retail prices along with their gimmicks to show how perfect stones are. I made a decision to purchase for Liljenquest & Beckstead in Annapolis Mall. Craig, Sid and the whole team are the best. Everyone in their work together as a team to ensure that the customer has a great experience. I was made to fell very comfortable through out the whole experience. You dont have to haggle and barter for the price, they dont create inflated retail prices. Thanks to Crag and his team I was able to purchase a nicer stone and felt great about the whole process. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for quality in both the product and the people. Thanks guys
