My partner needed a battery replacement for his CASIO SGW-100 Twin Sensor Digital Watch. When we brought the watch to Fast-Fix, the guys said it would cost us $40 because this model takes two batteries, plus replacement job. Well, Amazon sells new SGW-100 for precisely $41,99, so we were not ready to pay that much for replacement - it seemed a better decision to get a new watch. When we said so to Fast-Fix people, they argued a new watch was much more expensive. Luckily, we had checked Amazon before seeking replacement, so we knew it made no sense to pay $40 for battery only. We ended up buying a new CASIO Pro-Trek Atomic, and I decided to try and resurrect the old SGW too.Here is the math: $6,97 for a pack of two Energizer 2025 batteries (and surprise-surprise, you will only need ONE, not two as Fast-Fix claimed) + $4,39 for Eyeglass Repair Kit (which I already had) + watch a YouTube video on how to replace the watch battery for inspo (free!) = approx. 5 minutes fiddling with the watch and $3,5 for the battery, and the old watch is back to life.So $3,5 agains $40, which is a rip off. Go figure.

I was helped immediately and cheerfully. He offered three levels of batteries for one watch - 1 years, 5 yr, and lifetime. While selecting a band for the other watch - a choice of 4 extra-long - I commented that our puppy had eaten the band. He noted that my coat had a dog embroidered on the left chest which led to a discussion about my Black Russian Terrier. I wouldnt go anywhere else for watch and jewelry repair.

I have had my wedding and engagement rings re-sized a couple times at Fast-Fix after going to big Jewelry stores were not able to do it for me due to the intricate design of my engagement ring. Fast- Fix jeweler has been able to do the work and my rings look perfect. They are professional and trustful , provide real expectation when item will be ready and i believe the price is fair. I have also had a gold necklace closing lock repaired by them as well. If I ever need any jewel repair, for sure I will do with Fast-Fix.

We walked in with 7 watches that needed batteries and 7 others that needed the batteries taken out to keep them from corrosion of the batteries. Cost was not too high for amount of work done and staff were pleasant and professional. Very efficient..

I had a battery replaced in my watch from Fast-Fix 4 years ago, and purchased the 5 year warranty. Today I had to bring the watch back because the battery needed to be replaced, and they did it for free, just as the warranty states. I also brought in another watch for battery replacement, and again purchased the 5 year warranty. I also received a coupon for 10% off my next jewelry/watch repair. It really is good value—other businesses charge around $20 for a battery that only has a one year warranty. Fast-Fix offers good quality and value. I definitely recommend this business when you need jewelry repair!

This is the most expensive battery replacement for three watches I have ever heard of. However, the jeweler was the only person who could open my Invicta watches to replace the batteries in one hour and not six months. I recommend them for their abilities and professional manner but be prepared to pay well for the service.

During the challenges we are all experiencing because of Covid-19 I was so pleased they were open and available to me. Plus they had it set up for safe distancing. I have been using them for many years and have never been disappointed. The service is quick and they honor all warranties. I trust them. I called for a watch repair. I was Hesitant to use a location at a mall but the reviews calm my nerves and I decided to give it a chance. When I arrived the younger gentleman looked at my watch and told me he honestly needed his supervisor to look at it the very next day to be able to give me a honest estimate on what it would cost to repair. The very next day the owner of the store called me and advised how much it would cost to repair the watch. I told him to go ahead and fix it. I was expecting it to take a couple days however he called me back a few hours later saying he had found what he needed to fix the watch and it was ready for me to pick up. When I arrived the watch was repaired and looked great. Without asking he also offered me a discount for being law-enforcement which I really appreciated. The cost was more than half what the jewelry store in Waugh Chapel was charging. The two staff members were delightful. The watch was done on time and runs well. My wrist watch had stopped and I thought I would need a new battery.I found the shop through Google.When I took the watch and then dropped it off, the staff were very attentive and friendly. I came back a short time later, and it was done.It turns out the battery had just been knocked loose inside the watch, and only needed to be pushed back into place.The watchmaker didn’t charge me for the repair, which I appreciated.Highly recommend the shop. Great service, honest and friendly. And easy to get to.

What hasn’t changed over the years is how reliable and, dare I say, how “fast” they truly are when you need work done on your watches and jewelry.I went in last night to have a watch sized and I was told it was going to take 25 to 30 minutes. No problem, the Annapolis Mall is a great venue for walking and I figured I could put 3,000 steps on my Fitbit in those 30 minutes. I have had several pieces repaired here. They offer options when it comes to watch battery replacement (Ive enjoyed the 5yr option for SEVERAL years!)I had my engagement ring repaired. To say Im pleased with the finished product would be an understatement! They also have a limited inventory of jewelry for sale. The staff are friendly which is a plus.I recently had a family member with me to pickup a couple pieces (a battery replaced & a charm switched out on a bracelet), she saw a ring that she liked but it would require being sized QUITE a bit. First rate repairs! They are up front and honest when jewelry cannot be repaired. Jewelry is returned shined and polished and looking brand new. There are shops closer to my home but I make the drive because U’m never disappointed.

I think the sales person was in a hurry to get my watch for repair, and have me leave. When I returned to pick it up , a different person waited on me, and he showed me the different watch bands available, and their durability. My band being leather, had already been cut to fit. Since I wanted to wear the watch daily, he said leather was not a good choice. I could not have it changed at that point, without buying another band. I am still disappointed.
