I recently purchased an engagement ring, and subsequently, both my fiancé and I purchased wedding rings, from Aleksandra Jamison at the Jared’s in Annapolis. As one who is inherently suspicious of fine jewelry stores, and as one who was dreading the task of purchasing the perfect rings, I cannot say enough about the exceptional professionalism, helpfulness, knowledge, and basic customer service provided by Ms. Jamison. Aleksandra guided me to what turned out to be the perfect ring. She made me feel valued as a customer, and she made me feel incredibly positive about the entire experience. I now realized just how important it is to feel confident about making such an incredible purchase. I completely trust her judgment, and I think about how positive the entire experience was every time I see the ring worn by my fiancé.

Im not much for jewelry, but the sales associates at Jared are all wonderful people. They are patient and knowledgeable and welcoming. I dont know how jewelry is supposed to be priced, but theres doesnt seem overpriced. If you need jewelry, please give Jared a try. I think youll be very happy that you did.

I have always been reticent when dealing with pushy or overzealous sales people. So much so, that I almost opted to shop online. However, I decided that it would be more practical to at least visit a jeweler to get a better sense of design options, and quality before doing so. I had a decent understanding of my girlfriend’s style preference, and chose to visit Jared in Annapolis.Aleksandra Jameson greeted me at the door. She was pleasant and quite disarming. After introducing herself and asking if she can be of assistance, her first question was, “do you have a sense of what you’re looking for?” She never assumed anything during my visit. She simply asked questions, and presented options to better understand what I wanted.I ended up purchasing a ring that afternoon for my now fiancé, which turned out to be the perfect choice. Ms. Jameson was an exemplary communicator, in that she listens very well to better understand the needs of her customers. Her follow up skills were also impressive.I would highly recommend going to Jared in Annapolis, and if you’re fortunate enough to be there on a day when Aleksandra is working, I promise that you’ll have a great experience!

They didn’t get a chance to get my business. I stood in there for 5 minutes, unacknowledged, while employees looked around instead of helping me. The two patrons arriving after me were greeted and helped. At that point I left the store. No point in buying my fiancé’s wedding band from them if they can’t be bothered to speak to me.

I had an issue 3 weeks ago and left the store very upset and reached out to corporate. Long story short the general manager David was extremely helpful and very attentive and pleasant and rectified the issue expeditiously. Thank you so much David!!! I will definitely be back!! Also I would like to thank the District manager Erika for her help as well.

My wife and I were looking for rings to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. David was so patient and pleasant. He did not try to sale us anything but listen to what we were looking for. We found exactly what we were looking for. It was such a pleasant experience. Could not ask for better service.

This is the worst jewelry store ever . I would not give them my business again.My wife lost her main diamond in her wedding ring I went to Jared to buy a new diamond and to get the ring repaired. This was on a Sunday I was told it would be ready on Thursday to be picked up ....well after calling Thursday hearing it would be fri then Saturday then Sunday the ring was finally ready on Monday of the following week . That wasn’t as much of a problem because I know it’s Christmas time and they were busy. The problem is when I went back to the store to pick the ring up the sales lady was more worried about documenting the ring with the tablet they use then to show me the ring I was there to pick up. When I finally was able look at the ring I could tell another diamond was missing. Keep in mind I part of what I paid for on the ring repair was for them to check all the other diamonds and fix any loose ones. It amazed me how the lady who just looked at the ring for a good 10 minutes didn’t notice it or the person who fixed the ring didn’t notice they knocked a diamond out. I was thankful they and my self took pictures when I dropped it off. I was clearly there mistake and neglect I wasn’t very happy about the whole thing but I kept a level head and talked to the manager... some guy with slicked back hair he apologized said they would fix the ring the very next day. I unfortunately live an hour away from Jared . I asked if a friend could pick up the ring for me since he worked close by. They told me no problem. The next day they called said the ring was ready I asked my friend to pick it up my friend asked the lady working did you replace the diamond that was missing the lady assured my friend it was all fixed. So later that night I stop by his house to pick up the ring and as soon as I looked at it I could tell the diamond was still missing. I called the store talked to one manager named Scott he was very understanding on how upset I was said he would stay late if I would bring the diamond back in so one hour of driving later. I meet Scott he says they will have the Ring repaired the next day. My friend agin goes to pick up the ring and it looks good but was not worth the hours of driving or the frustration of dealing with Jared and employees and management that doesn’t really seem to care about the inconvenience or the sentimental value peoples jewelry. I do appreciate Scott’s one of the managers help but the general manager seems like someone who should not be trusted. The moral of the story is people work hard for there money and some things are worth more then money choose another company to do business with.

He went to Jared, but the ring keeps going back. A diamond is forever but the ring my husband purchased hasnt even made it four years. I am so disappointed. We had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding ring there and getting a few other pieces of jewelry. However, the follow-up service has been horrible. The diamond in my wedding ring recently came out for the third or fourth time and they can’t find any of the repair records to have it replaced. We’ve been happy with other products we’ve purchased there, but this is very poor customer service. The ring is less than four years old and all I want is an equal exchange. Clearly, this is poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service.

Go down to Jared at Annapolis mall and see David and his staff. My wife absolutely loves jewelry and David always delivers. The store is clean, staff is fun but also professional, and the overall experience was fantastic. I cant say enough about the customer service I received from David.

Very disappointing.... I dropped off a necklace to be fixed on a Friday evening, was told it would be ready Saturday. We sat up appt for Sunday at 1230 to pick up. Got there it wasnt fixed, and no one bothered calling to let me know. We were only in the area for the weekend, and it was locked up in safe, and the jeweler didnt have access. I called first thing Monday spoke with manager, was assured it would be fixed for free and mailed to me. Ok great.... received my necklace and it wasnt fixed they added a link but that wasnt even the problem.

I received excellent service from the repair department. The repersentivative actually called to ensure that my ring fit well on my finger. It is so important to review places because often times people on review a place when there is an issue.

Ms. Shadonna Brown was so helpful during our visit to the Galleria for my husbands birthday. We were able to have our rings cleaned, and given water as we browsed the different time collections. She was very patient with us as we decided on a time piece. She took the time to get to know our taster. She also added items to our wish list for our next visit. We will definitely be shopping at this location again, and hope Ms. Brown will be there to assist us.

Jareds is my go to jewelry store. I had never been there until my husband wanted to get me something special for our anniversary. They had exactly what we liked and wanted and had an insurance plan to go with the item. The sales person was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I wont go anywhere else for my jewelry choices.

I have been a customer of Jared in Annapolis since they opened in 2008!! The friendly jewelers, such as Renee and Susan, make any visit there a joy. These are real people and low pressure jewelers. They know Jared has an amazing collection of jewelry. I’ve had rings reset, redesigned, and resized. The result has always been a huge success. My husband has bought necklaces and earrings for me over the years from Jared as well. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough. It is well worth a visit there and a one stop shop :)

Arlene helped me out quickly. One of the prongs holding the diamond was bent. She had a technician look at my ring and within : or 4 minutes I got it back and it was fixed. No charge! Great customer service and experience :)

I spent a little more than what I budgeted (planned) for, but I was very pleased with my selection, quality, and the great customer service I received and Im sure my significant other will be too when I surprise her . The bank that issue Jared credit cards (accounts) interest rate are very high (26%). The 20% down with no interest is the best option, if you can put down that much. Overall my experience was a very good one and I would shop there again and recommend to family and friends.

I for many years shop at the Tyson Corner store where Ive always had a great experience. And excellent costumer service. Here in Annapolis getting my ring repaired, I returned twice in 4 wks because my diamond kept falling out. They did save the day by letting me trade my lemon diamond ring for another of similar cost.

I was a little peeved. I had a necklace from here and the chain broke. We took it in to get fixed and within a week the chain broke again in the same exact spot. I wasnt able to pick it up the same day because it was going to be too late for me, so the next day I went back to pick it up, after getting an email from them saying it was ready the previous night, I arrived to then be told that it was in fact NOT ready after they spent a good ten minutes trying to locate my necklace. I was told that it would at least be another hour.

Took my wedding ring in to Jared Annapolis for bi annual inspection and they realized that one of my diamonds had a chip. They repaired it without hassle because I had the extended warranty. Went back to get my wedding ring appraised and on that occasion the manager was not very polite. She wanted to know why was I waiting and I told her I had an appointment for which I was ontime but the appraiser was running behind. I told her another employee said I had 2 persons ahead of me and that I didn’t mind waiting. She suggested that I leave my ring because it wasn’t 2 but 4 people ahead of me. Turns out that wasn’t true. My experience with her was a little off putting. I very often go to Jared Annapolis to get my ring cleaned and inspected and Overall they seem to pride themselves in giving excellent customer service.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst and most incompetent customer service. This is based on multiple visits to the store and a variety of sales and management persons. My engagement ring was special ordered, the diamond was set crooked on the ring and when we picked it up we were told it couldnt be adjusted due to the position of the prongs, needed to be right where they were. It was purchased through the Annapolis store, but we are NEVER going back. Now we go to Arundel Mills for everything and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with every time. They also reset my ring at no charge, fixing the Annapolis stores mistakes.

Jared Annapolis - Diamond in engagement ring loose within a couple months. Engagement band broke within 8 months. They fixed it for free only because we had the extended warranty. When they handed it back to me, it was still broken. Sent away for another band to replace it before wedding. The band was bigger and not the same. They tried to tell me that it was heavier and better. Waiting for another band that they have to order over seas and will need to wait another month. We have had a great experience at Jareds in White Marsh so you would think you would get the same treatment at all Jareds.

Manager all sweet when taking your money. When stone fell out of a $900 ring (that they made) after only six days of wearing they refused to help, gave me the wrong number for costumer care. A store manager 3 states away was left to clean up their mess, but only after they charged my mom $200 to fix the ring in the first 30 days. To fix the ring, they added prongs to a prongless setting, thats how bad the workmanship was! After working with costumer care (hours on the phone confirming ever changing rules) I got an extension and had to drive 4 hours to resolve. Then went to another local PA jeweler to get a ring, it was over $200 less, I got to pick out the stone, and a FREE 3 year warranty. Lesson learned: Dont go to Jared!!

Told me they could not clean certain jewelry they have always cleaned in the past. When I insisted, they cleaned it, but upon inspection it looked about the same. Went elsewhere.
