She is very easy to get in touch with when we have a question and cant visit in person and is also extremely helpful when it comes to assisting my husband and I with selections that are within our budget and that Ill treasure for years to come. In short, Zacharys has beautiful jewelry, and Evangeline is wonderful--definitely worth a visit if youre heading to DTA!

My wife and I bought our wedding bands at Zachary’s, as custom builds. The service then was fantastic, and the resizing service they did on my band (I ordered too large) was FREE! I had my ring delivered in early 2019, in preparation for our March 2019 wedding, and sadly I ordered nearly two sizes two large. When we made a vacation trip back to Annapolis, we stopped in Zachary’s, and they took care of everything. I now wear my wedding band 24/7 without any fear or losing it.

I was so happy with Zachery’s Jewelers. I purchased a ring 4 years ago. It had broken and I called to see if it could be repaired. I sent it to them and they sent it to the person who designed the ring. Well it was repaired and the ring was still under warranty. Excellent jeweler! I went in looking for a gift for a special occasion but not knowing what exactly to get. Constance used her expertise to find the perfect gift. Everything she showed me was beautiful. She showed me many different options in different price ranges as well. The customer service is second to none. Excellent upscale jewelry store that continues to provide excellent customer service. Zacharys was my first jewelry store stop in pursuit for my wifes engagement ring. Thankfully, it was my last stop as I found the staff to be extremely helpful, patient, and understanding for a novice jewelry buyer.Erica (who usually works at the other location) and Hind were extremely helpful laying out a variety of loose diamonds that matched my request (price point and size). They were able to explain what to look for in each diamond so I understood and could visually see what clarity, cut, and color was in each stone. When looking at the setting options I stated I liked a combination of 2 settings and they offered to custom design and create a setting for me. After trading a few emails of CAD designs they were able to create exactly what I was looking for.Ive used Zacharys for her engagement ring, wedding band, diamond bracelet, necklace, and earrings. She liked all the selections and they were competitively priced.Great experience!

When I ordered my USNA Class Ring, I wasnt satisfied with the vendor so I took the ring to Zacharys where they were willing to work with exactly what I wanted. They were very kind, communicative, and were able to set my own stone in the Class Ring. Ive received comments on why the diamond cluster looks so good and its because Zacharys handpicks the diamonds to go in it, as well as the other gemstones for the dividers. They have an amazing spread of various beautiful gemstones for the Class Ring, all priced reasonably for Midshipmen. Lastly, the speed and quality at which they set the stones in my ring was really quick. In the case of Class Rings, its a smart idea to go local and utilize Zacharys Jewelers.

You dont need or want any other jewelers.I googled around for jewelers in Annapolis when I was looking for an engagement ring, and Zacharys was the first to show up (and with good reason to be first too!). I walked into the store and asked if someone could talk to me about engagement rings, and Keith immediately stepped up and did what he did best.Over the next several weeks, Id stop in for an hour or so once a week to talk about a different aspect of engagement rings and what sort of ring Id want for my soon-to-be-fiancee. Keith directed me to different resources, gave me great advice on how to stealthily figure out what kind of ring shed love, and was patient and enthusiastic every step of the way.We finally decided that her dream ring would need to be custom-made, which made me worried about costs. However, Zacharys does all of their ring creation in-house, so my costs probably ended up being less than a designer ring (and its a much better ring too). Keith and I walked through pictures of a lot of rings that I thought shed like, marking off what I wanted to see or not see in the ring on each of the pictures. A week or so later, I came in and saw a plastic mold of what the ring would look like. One minor tweak, and one week later, and I had the perfect ring for her. That weekend, I proposed, and shes adored her hand-made, one-of-a-kind, just-for-her ring ever since.Zacharys was also very prompt with resizing the ring as well, and they polish up her ring free of charge whenever were in the area. Well definitely be getting our wedding bands from them too.If it werent for Keiths guidance and Zacharys expertise, I probably would have gotten her a ring she wouldnt really like, and paid more for it too. Instead, shes got the ring thats even better than the ring shes always dreamed of, and a caring, loving story behind the creation of the ring too.

Great jeweler! My engagement ring was purchased elsewhere, but Zacharys repaired the band and replaced a stone in the ring regardless and for a very reasonable price. They also expedited the job to be done in time for my birthday!

Their website says they can resize engagement rings quickly either while you wait or within a day or two. This is completely inaccurate. They told me it would take about two weeks. I know it can often take awhile but the false advertising is very upsetting. I specifically went to this store because of their quick ring resizing and it was a complete waste of time.

Nicholle and the crew at Zacharys came to the rescue, creating a custom new band that I am certain will stand the test of time. My wife and I are USNA grads and I sent my wife’s academy ring to get the stone replaced as it was damaged. Zachary’s set the original stone. I sent the ring on 24 Jan 19 and I did not get it back until 11 May 19. 15 weeks is entirely too long and Errol did not keep me informed during my wait. I had to continually follow up with him and felt I was at the bottom of his priority list. If it wasn’t for the great quality of work, I would have given a lower rating.

12/13/18 at about 9pm(all shops were open late). The 40 something, medium length blonde hair women behind the watch counter made eye contact with my husband and me several times in a 5 minute period as we looked in the watch case. She never said hello, asked if we needed assistance, never smiled; instead she grabbed her phone out of her purse to text and then coninued to look at us. The store was busy, but no one was looking at watches the entire time we were at her case. It shouldn’t matter, but I was wearing designer clothes and high end jewelry, but still I was ignored. Clearly they didn’t want my money, so I will take my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would, first impressions are everything.

From start to finish, the service and customer care I recieved at Zacharys was impressive. I knew I was ready to pop the question but was intimidated by the process of buying the perfect ring. Simply put, AMAZING. My now wife and I fell in love in Annapolis and 3 years later got engaged in this charming coastal town. On a trip back, we stopped into Zacharys on a whim. A beautiful quaint little store that welcomed us and our dog with open arms. We had zero intentions that day of buying anything, but that quickly changed when we found the wedding bans we had been searching for for months. We worked directly with Steve Samaras, who made us feel like family and not simply another customer. We purchased our rings and were able to to have them shipped directly to our home a few weeks later. Now I’m a very indecisive individual who struggles to make decisions. When I received my ring I panicked because I wasn’t sure I had made the right decision - this was less than a month out from our wedding. I quickly contacted Steve who was incredibly understanding and had a new ring made and rushed out to me immediately. This all happened via trust and understanding- never once did Steve ask me for payment for the second ring which would then be refunded when I made my final decision and sent the other ring back (for anyone who is married or planning a wedding, this kind of financial flexibility is incredibly helpful). The second ring came in quickly and while beautiful it wasn’t the ring for me, the original ring was the one that was meant for me. I’m sure Steve rolled his eyes when I told him this, but never once did I get a hint of frustration from him - his cool, calm and caring personality simply continued to radiate through. My wife and I could not be happier with our wedding bands or the experience of working with Steve and Zacharys Jewlery. Our one year anniversary is still 11+ months away, but I know exactly who I will be calling and where I will be going when it’s time to purchase my wife’s anniversary ring.

Mr. Samaras and his staff take excellent care of everyone and their customer service is unbelievable. I recently had my wifes ring cleaned and the stones reset, it came back to me and looked brand new. Mr. Samaras also took time out of his day to catch up with my family and offer suggestions on our next vacation destination. Zacharys Jewelers is the only place you should ever go!

They have great staff and high quality at reasonable prices. The also do all the work in house, so your you can have things fixed and resized very quickly.

I went in to the Annapolis location a year ago with my now fiancé to get her sized and to get ideas of what style engagement ring shed like. The sales staff were incredibly helpful, laid back and easy to talk to. Not pushy in the least. Fast forward to this Spring; I stopped in to the Severna Park location with my fiancés sister and and some photos of rings I knew shed really love from our previous visit and talks throughout the year. My Zacharys sales rep was Daphne and she couldnt have been more helpful. I told her what I was looking for (vintage/halo) and showed her the photos I had. I also told her we had my fiancés late grandmothers ring to use either the whole thing or just the diamond from. We talked over the pros/cons for using the whole ring vs picking my own setting and using the diamond. In the end we went with ordering my own setting and using the sentimental diamond in it. She loves it and I could not be more satisfied with the process and end product! Well definitely be back for the wedding bands!
